Prices were wrong. Cashier double charged me for bleach. Manager Lisa didnt know how to do 1 return with shelf pricing so she did MULTIPLE transactions then kept my original receipt when I purchased other items! So I left the store with no receipt! Never coming here again!

Compared to the past the new staff is very helpful. Even helped me bring my bags to the car. New management is getting things done. Looks cleaner, neater... many rude customers who dont wanna wear mask or listen to company policy. Yesterday I was shopping and the previous assistant manager was very rude to the cashier. Threaten him with corporate... the cashier is very friendly and helpful as far I know. Oh and Ruth and Kim great customer service and keeping store sanitize each time I go to shop. Store needs an update but loving what new management is getting done...

Great place to find necessities & fun things for reasonable prices.

Told my mother who was advised by her DOCTOR not to wear a mask, she needs a mask. According to HIPPA laws and the ADA, they violated her rights to practice what her doctor recommends, and ordered her to keep her distance. This entire situation has really made minimum workers gain a Karen complex with some huge power trip. I can see why they are so entitled that they think they should get paid as much as technicians and mechanics. Attempt to violate her right to BREATHE again, and I will be looking into legal options. The only reason I am not bringing this to corporate is because I do not want to harm other peoples livelihoods, which is more than I can say for the employees.

This location use to be my go to store! Now with the change in staff.....it’s sucks! Management staff are the rudest! I was waiting outside at 8:08am. The person opening the store was late and did not apologize to the customers!

Employs fallow people around. Make me very uncomfortable l will never go to that store again. There not helfull @ all.

The prices are relatively low compared with most stores, obviously. But the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean.

The store is cluttered and like small. Theres like no signs telling you were stuff is. Some of the employees there dont even speak good English. Low prices. Wouldnt go there for like grocery shopping. Just to pick up small things if you have some time. Wouldnt go there if you were in a hurry.

Small store... however the new store manager is doing a great job; cleared aisles, merchandise is easier to get to, the clothes are accessible, & the store is clean. Great experience.

Where do I begin...a year ago assist mgr refused to take defective ITEM back WITH RECEIPT, 1 WEEK OLD, WITH MGR ON PHONE AGREEING! Threw my receipt in trash and told me if I wanted it to dig it out..after CALLING police, she got fired, the staff now, very rude and abusive, tore my bag away from me outside saying I tripped alarm, did NOT, but were yelling at me for telling them its illegal to put a higher price by a lower price and charge the higher in ST of CT, refused to honor lower price and apparently I was proved right because after 6 months they flipped the prices around the correct way but stole from customers 6 months or more. Many more violations. But when you keep the absolute worst staff on in the world it tells you exactly what CORP is made of. On disability and no car so have no choice but to purchase some things there, but shame on Family Dollar for employing the absolute worst people on the planet.

Lots of nice stuff thats cheap and convenient. The store is showing its age tho and could use some TLC.

This place is the most unorganized and unprofessional Family Dollar I’ve ever been into! A woman that goes by the name Miss Soto is very very rude. My wife and I asked a few questions and wow! She’s “to busy handling a truck! She’s all by herself! People think she can do everything and only get paid like a Mexican!” I am very disappointed! We did not need to hear all that. Unbelievable!!! And disgusting!

Good place, until I was accused of stealing. So I had to prove I didnt. Had them call the police. Never went back to that particular store. Manager was extremely rude. Have gone to another town.

What a mess this store is soooo unorganized to find one item it took me like 20 minutes because merchandise is all mixed up. The lay out of the store is so unappealing to the customer eye.. They dont have items stocked I have gone 2 different times to buy something and they didnt have it. By the way the store is supposed to open at 8 and I had to wait 10 minutes after 8am to get it in. Definitely need new management..

This family Dollar is pretty grim. Store tends to be messy with cluttered and narrow aisles in some areas. Would prove challenging in a wheelchair or with assistive devices.Handicapped parking is close and convenient, and entry is smooth with ample room.

Store is poorly staffed and poorly run. Staff couldnt appear more disinterested !

Worst experience ever customer service is always rude theyre always speaking in a different language theres always one person at a register the place is constantly dirty cant walk around the floors can walk around the Isles I believe with the right people in that store the store could be presentable because its the only store and Bristol... They should change the crew there

I always find something I need in there. Staff is friendly. Prices are good. My only problem is that it never looks tidy and clean. Things out of order, looks cluttered, cant nagivate through the clothing section with a cart, etc.

Store was jam packed. Unable to get thru the clothes due to them being all crammed together. There was plenty of stock but didnt seem to have plastic bags as I was given a trash bag for my items. No public restroom.

So, I go to the family Dollar 59 N Main St, Bristol, CT 06010, I often get dirty looks from A short Hispanic women who claims she the manger. So I go in a week ago, and she claims I stole something. After I prove her wrong, she profiling me as Im poor or Thug and said its my job to put the item exactly where I found, I was in a rush, didnt feel will and the line was crazy long! It was one item cough medice. When she snap and started to yell at, I didnt raise my voice, I didnt cuse or flip out, I said to her its apart of department store to put things back the other customers were in a rush to leave by. She didnt apologize she was in the wrong. And I just left I stop in today. And she telling I cant shop, there my money is no Good, Im an upstanding guy with no trouble with the law. This is wrongful person persecution.And I want to if family dollar endorses that behavior of their employees, wait no, their mangers to act in this manner a wrongful persecution customers?!

Best place for cheaper budgeted items of the general merchandise spectrum. Always there seems like.

They hand out counterfeit money. Had to call corporate to get any response. Just do not pay cash if you HAVE To go there. Rude employees and no one can communicate effectively.

This place is garbage the lady lied about her friends hit and running on me in parking lot when i was on my 80cc moped I chased her down and called cops the cashier lied to cops saying I hit her when about 4 homeless people and the other businesses told cops she hit me when I was sitting still and was mad at me cause she almost hit me when I was parked the first time an started yelling at me for no reason and trying to fight me please get the lady who Ben working there for years fired she lied and the police report say so dont make me call corporate ik the will see this anyways manager there is a lying and would help her Rican friends because in white and dont like white people

Its cluttered so bad that some of the isle you cant even walk through .While waiting to check out the cashiers and store manager indulged in subway grinders and small talk.When I spoke up they looks at me as if I did something wrong and all I asked I there was a cashier not on brake ..They then started speaking Spanish amongst themselves as if I didnt know I was being insulted ..guess I wont shop at that store ever again hope they loose all there business and close the doors ..
