I love that I can have a large selection of TN Volunteers wear when I come to visit. Store was clean and staff was friendly.

My husband was in the self check on 6-28 and a working a younger girl come up to him and was flirting with him. Telling him how handsome and good looking he was. I’m sorry but no employee on the clock should be that disrespectful and talk that way to a customer!!! Not pleased or happy at all with this issue. Please talk to your employees about not looking for a date while on the clock with customers!

Fresh fruit and vegetables are wonderful and the prices are good on certain ones of them ..... But it was not stocked up and no employee to be found.....was frustrating but I got what I could.... I feel like I shouldnt have to walk all the way to the front or back to get assistance.... And I was there for 30 minutes or longer.... No employee to be found....in produce.... 😐

The best Wal-Mart by far the store is always very clean, the shelves are well stocked & the employees are very friendly and do not mind to help you out anyway they can...The only thing is if you are looking to buy jewelry its very hard to get someone to help you in that department but I think over the last few months that has improved drastically!!

Wonderful place to go shopping. I just have one problem, when it comes around to the jewelry section of the store theres not enough help. I had to wait there for i would say 20 mins without help.

A very typical Walmart but better than many Ive been in. Well stocked shelves, clean store, friendly staff make for a good shopping experience. If you are in the Bristol Tennessee area and find yourself needing to restock your groceries, supplies or personal care products, stop in. Always have plenty of fresh foods in the bakery. The produce is typical Walmart stock. A pretty large camping and sporting goods section that still sells guns and ammo (good luck there!). Health and beauty section is larger than some of the Walmarts Ive been to. Pretty much anything you need is there. I cant speak for the deli or pharmacy as I shop after 10pm most of the time. Store is open until 11pm.

Best Walmart in the Tri-Cities! Seriously though, they are never out of stock with what I need. I pass two other Walmarts to get to this one. If I am looking for something online, this is always the store that comes in clutch. Store has been very clean and tidy every time I have visited.

Very clean and all the employees were friendly, courteous, and helpful. If Im in the area again, I will definitely do my shopping at the Walmart. They have everything and then some!

The store itself is alright but the people that work in the automotive department are absolutely worthless. I went there today and these workers didnt do anything to help me. I sat in line for over 15 minutes to try to get my oil changed and no help from anyone. I am not talking about the cashier I am talking about the ones that change oil or tires. Because of these terrible work ethics I will never visit this store again I will drive further away from now on not just to get my oil changed but for all my shopping purposes.

Worst place in Bristol, my girlfriend had over 2,500$ cash stolen from her and they could only get a partial plate, fact is Walmart has great security cameras but not Bristol, TN. I dont care for the blurry pictures I was show.But I bet if I stole something they could tell you the last time I brushed my teeth, there lazy and sorry!!! Update they did catch the person s involved thanks to Walmart and Detective Keller of the Bristol,TN Police Dept!

All of my interactions with Walmart employees have been positive. You are greeted by, helped, checked out, and given a pleasant goodbye by kind individuals. The prices are good, food is fresh, and things have been in-stock everytime Ive gone. Thanks for the great experiences.

No air-conditioning. Extremely hot in the summertime. I may as well be outside. Its exactly why I no longer shop at this location.

They NEVER have more then 1 or 2 registers open because why pay their employees to check people out when they can let the customers do it 🙄 for our convenience?! Generally I have a good trip though. Most employees are awesome but some obviously hate their jobs (who doesnt though). Considering they dont have employees on registers, you would think they would have their shelfs better stocked 🤔😒

Everything was a mess and theyre were lacking many items on their bath and beauty department. Instead they left a stocking rack that blocked traffic in the middle of the isle with no one actually stocking anything, they also didnt carry many of the makeup or skincare brands that others do. Their locations of this like sunscreen and makeup was chaos and made no sense.Only silver lining is that the self check out attendant on the home goods signs during 2-3 pm seemed very helpful and polite.

Walmart is near by our home. That store is wonderful and being treating like family and comforts. How could u know. My fiance and I are deaf couples, we went there many times. No problems at all ever since.Thank you

There has been a change since last time here. Its a shame when the one at exit 7 in VA is ten times better than this one.The restrooms are dirty, the stock is way down but in stockroom the bins are full.This bothers men after servicing these stores out of Cheyenne for last two years running 24/7 servicing 6 states. Not good but could be corporates decision not to hire enough help.

We use the pharmacy every month and it seems to be better than most Walmart pharmacies but screw up by having to be told the same thing over and over and not putting it into the computer.

No one knows where anything is in this store... Or have very little of anything... Its a hit or miss, I will only shop here if its an emergency and even then, they most likely wont have it.....

Restroom were nessey and very dirty they only had 4 lanes open the express lines said no cash. I was not happy going to Walmart cant never get anybody to help you. Im 63 and handicap nobody offers anymore to help you to your car to help with items that needs to be put in your car.

So pleased the mask mandate is enforced. Ive been limiting shopping to those locations since my son, I, and almost all of my closest friends are in various high-risk groups. Really appreciate the attention to safety and hygiene during these stressful times. I know its hard to turn people away especially when they are loud and rude with no thought for others. Very grateful for the extra effort.

I was very appreciative of the staff wearing their masks properly. Unfortunately, the mask mandate is not being enforced any longer and I would estimate 75% of customers we nor wearing them which is disheartening since our county is still booming with Covid cases.

Nice employees though few cashiers most have been replaced by self-checkout which I try to never use! Well stocked

Not enough stockers for 3rd shift!!! 12 stockers for a store 4 times bigger than Food City, and Food City has 12 stickers on 3rd shift!!!It’s CRAZY AND BLOWS MY BIND!!!ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE NO AIR CONDITIONING FOR 3rd SHIFT!!!

Anything you need, this place has it. Oil change, boom. Dog food, boom. Anything! And online now has outside vendors so everything doesnt have to come from Walmart.

Well, I understand that you are doing resets, But...So many things had no pricing. Went to the garden center. They had totes But No lids that fit. Went to house goods, no lids there either. The fleece wear was a Total mess. Boxes were listed as Crew Sweatshirts, nope, 👖 parts. Tried to get assistance in the Electronics about the Free TV Antenna...nopeAn elderly gentleman passed me twice. I even said Excuse Me, Sir, totally ignored. Did catch one person at counter..he knew nothing about them and didnt offer to find anyone.I left with no totes, sweatshirts, or a TV antenna. Did find the CORKYS BBQ TV DINNERS that I love, bleach, drink and a candy bar 🍫.No Heated Mattress Covers. Did find some Cat 🐈 food. So I guess it wasnt a total loss of travel and time.

For some reason they want to sell the new systems online where bots buy them before you can click buy. Then they sell them online for triple price. Went in yesterday to talk to the guy in electronics and he wouldn’t quit talking to the cell phone guy long enough to even acknowledge I was there. And on top of this issues, I’ve been up there to get a game on release day several times, and they never have it. I’m about completely done with this store!

Shelves are somewhat empty most likely due to lack of help but its the convenience that causes me to keep coming back.

I have only had trouble with the one on bristol va side, they have not been friendly and when something was on sell they have assumed that we would have put that star sticker on there or put that price sticker. Like I carry stickers.. The Bristol Tn i have had no trouble so that is way there is a 4 star.

This WalMart has decent prices and is very clean and the coworkers are very helpful.

Wal-Mart is just an average store. Nothing special about any of them. They never have enough people working, their shelves are never fully stocked, and theyre usually out of at least 2 things I need. It seems that every time I start liking something really well, they just stop getting it.

Pharmacy staff if always friendly, they work to know there customers personally.Only issues are there arent enough staff which can cause long waits.Also their self check-out doesnt accept cash, so if you want to pay by cash you have to wait in line for a cashier.

Shelves r getting empty

First time ordering online for pick up at the store .... didnt seem real complicated since I do it at Food City quite often . I got an email to come pick up my purchase arrived at Walmart about 4 pm .Zachary asked for my order gave him the name and he said Ill be right back...so 2 orders were there already...they did those...3 more cars came they did those... and 2 more came and its 4:25 Im still sitting there in my car waiting for 3 stemmed poinsettas that I could have easily went in and bought in the 25 min I wasted sitting there..So i asked politely was I in the right place for pick up and he asked my name again.I really was irritated but I just wont waste my time ordering online anymore I wasted my time and apparently theirs too!!
