They repaired my Nissan Juke, they done an excellent job and was done with it pretty fast. They also kept in touch by text to keep us updated on whatever they were doing. I would definitely recommend them. Oh and I also saw a truck on the lot that I wanted and they worked with me on it. Now I have my car fixed, and a truck that I love.

Purchasing a 2019 Odyssey, requested quote from three Honda dealers, Gatton had the lowest quote. Karl Mock, Sales Representative, has been fantastic meeting all of our requirements. We added several accessories and selected a color that Gatton did not have in stock, but Karl has ordered all of the accessories, and located the color van we wanted and had it delivered to Gatton in two days. For a fantastic deal visit Gatton, and for a great Sales guy ask to see Karl Mock. Will buy again from Gatton Honda.

Bill Gatton is a waste of money. They charged me $140 that Auto Zone would have charged me $24 for. Same identical service. All they care about is taking your money. Check out other places if you need work it just might save you a lot of money. I no longer do business with Bill Gatton and Im thrilled with the change. Im getting much better service and Im not being robbed blind.

Pretty cut and dry buying experience. Salesman Anthony did a good job, would give them 5 stars but finance department tried to sneak an extra $499 dealer fee into the transaction. Thats the kind of stuff that gives the auto industry a bad name.

Bad service was lied to had an appointment with a different salesmen than the lady sales staff I had been communicating with cause they lied said she would be on vacation but the salesman I made the appointment with made us wait forever then went to bring a car down from upper lot came back a long time later said hed picked up the wrong key to give him a minute to get the right key came back without a car we had said we was able to go drive to the upper lot. Then a different salesmen came said could he help us long wait then we go to look at type of car I was interested in he hadnt gotten the keys to be able to look inside or to test drive. He leaves us standing for a long time outside finally we had gotten tired of waiting & had started walking back to the dealership office the salesman is driving the car says get in but doesnt want to let me drive it he expects me to get in the passenger side I said to him no let me drive then we get back into the dealership and the lady I had been communicating with was there in the office & was just as taken back that we were told she wouldnt be there due to she was on vacation.... hence we left to go buy elsewhere honesty is the best policy.

Was attended to immediately. Salesperson was named John and he was likable and relatable. Felt like we were being shown a dependable used car in very good condition. The price was higher than what we would hope for for a vehicle that had 157k miles on it but the offer was within the higher end of fair market value and the vehicle really was in incredibly good shape to be a 2007 model. Was not happy about the $500 doc fee and ultimately did not purchase vehicle but was overall satisfied with this dealership experience. I do believe they try to offer reliabe used cars in addition to new models for a price that would he competitive with other dealerships.

To many companies to close and no way of knowing which one to go too. Have to go to one and ask so you will know which one you need
