First and foremost this auto dealership is not just any dealership there family. I came in with not so good credit and was thinking I was not going to get approved. My sales representative William went above and beyond to ensure that I will leave with a vehicle. Even staying after business hours. I ended up leaving with a 2018 Passat fully loaded. With payments on time I returned back five months later for my birthday and my sales representative got me into a 2019 Dodge Charger GT. Quick story- On Saturday my wife and I were at another car dealer. She was looking for a 4 series Bmw. The dealer we were at pretty much ignored us as we browsed their lot. When it comes to auto dealerships, I’m sure everybody is aware many times you go in to purchase a vehicle and are met with a pushy sales person and a upsell. That is not the case at Fellah Auto group. A friend of mine got their car at Fellah auto group a few months back and had nothing but positive thing to say about his experiences. So my sister & I went in to check out the 2018 Jeep Compass Ltd they had on the lot . Within minutes we were able to test drive.Bryan helped us get all the information together that we needed to finance the vehicle, and was not just patient but also very thorough . Charles helped us with our financing options, and took his time explaining everything- he really knows his stuff! While we ran through financing they had the car detailed and everything!I really cannot stress enough how comfortable they make you feel. They are honest & up front which is something you don’t find a lot in the car buying world. Also their prices are right in line with KBB. If you are a first time car buyer, or have questionable credit, I would really recommend them as they walk you through you the whole process.(As for the negative reviews on here, honestly you can only do so much As far as your credit , can’t blame the dealership. I can however say this is a fantastic way to build your credit ! )

Bullied me out of my car after “approving me” - yoyo deal is what its called . Told me I was approved and asked me to come back with a pay stub then the owner followed me to my car for my key and said “ until I get a co-signer he would need the keys back” it was only two weeks later. They claim I didn’t make enough hours ((I missed work for to my kids being extremely sick)) I wouldn’t recommend- shady people.
