Most tow company’s make it seem like you are bothering them when you call for service. This company has the best customer service!! They were thankful for the work and they care about their customer. I called yesterday late afternoon about a truck they had just posted online for sale. The gentleman said it was still available, but they were closing for the day. So I made an appointment to stop by in the morning when they opened to pick it up. Arrived at 8:30 am after driving 35 minutes to get there to find out they had sold it the week prior. Didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. I literally had cash in my pocket to buy a vehicle, and would have been interested in other vehicles for sale, but the guy at the front desk barely paid attention to me. So that’s the kind of service you can look forward to…

I had what appeared to be a positive experience until this car dealer received the monies for the car purchase. After getting the car checked by a third party during the warranty time line, the car functions like the radio, windows, radio+navigation and more stopped working. I contacted Cliff for the car to be checked and assessed. I was told because the “drivability was not affected” they were not obligated to service the car. A couple short weeks after, the car would not turn on at all. The car was completely dead. And although, I shared this information with the car seller, Cliff, since the car’s drivability was at zero because it wouldn’t turn on, my contact was ignored and he was completely unresponsive. I was later told by a mechanic that the car had wires stuffed and dangerously packed in such a way that was irresponsible and unsafe to drive. This dealer did not follow through on honoring my plausible concerns during warrantee nor did he do the right thing when his vehicle was clearly poor quality. I am deeply disappointed and will be contacting authorities about their business ethics and practices. I bought this car less than 3 months ago.

Taking care of her in her time of need right before the holiday shows what an amazing person you are and what a great shop you have. I wish there was more people like you and more companies like yours in this world. Automotive Plus, and more importantly its staff, are by far the examples that automotive businesses, and quite frankly any business that exists should strive for.I have not used them, as I am on the opposite side of the country, but after seeing Cassies incredibly generous gift to a struggling mother whos car needed work, I wanted to at least give them what I could in form of a rating on Google, because as someone else with a business, I can understand that your image matters when trying to find new customers.Cassie, please keep doing what youre doing. Everyone else should run to match the level of generosity and care that you expressed to that customer. Its not often we see videos of businesses doing GOOD deeds, its so often that when people see a video of a business that makes them flock to their review page, that its usually because they did something so negative, but this is not one of those cases.I help people relocate all over the country, and if I ever relocate people to Bristol, Automotive Plus is now on my list of recommended businesses that I provide to people when relocating them to new areas.

I didnt get service as they was so backed up with incomplete work they couldnt see me at my appointment. Then no one called to tell me prior so I drove there for nothing. Then they rescheduled me & I wasnt able to be seen during that saved appointment time either. I think they could have done better by calling to cancel appointments they couldnt honor. Those calls wouldnt take that long to let people know that you cant honor their scheduled times and re-schedule them in advance of the customer driving there.

Was having engine issues for some time and was avoiding the repairs for fear of repair sticker shock but decided to bring it to Automotive Plus. They scheduled a quick appointment for diagnostics and came back pretty quick with a reasonable price. It was a pleasure dealing with Cathy who is very professional , knowledgeable and followed-up very quickly with updates. Everything was fixed perfectly and the car runs great now and their work is also gauranteed!

I would like to take a second say how friendly the workers are over at Automotive Plus. The receptionist was very friendly Cassie was super friendly. I came in and I was kind of in a bad mood and I walked through the door she had the brightest smile and the most welcoming tone in her voice. There was other customers in the waiting room and i noticed that she was friendly with as well. She offered us some water and coffee that was provided. She was super informative about what was going on with my vehicle letting me know how long everything was going to take. She was honest about the prices and what needed to be done. What great service, I shopped around for tires for a while before heading to Automotive Plus, and they had the lowest quote by far, and when I got there, I had zero wait time before they took my car in and started working on it.! Cassie was very helpful, explained each step, and kept me updated. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone! These were great! I have had such a bad experience with a very well know automobile insurance company on multiple occasions so I cancelled them. My car broke down on I-91 and it has air suspension which is easy to mess up if you aren’t familiar with towing. I gave these folks a call and instantly felt relieved, they got to me quickly, hooked up the car on the flatbed correctly and when they got to the destination, it was a tight fit. The car was placed exactly where it needed to be with some creativity by the driver. We will be in the market to buy a new car soon and look forward to working with them on our new purchase. Just had an emergency light come on my vehicle, pulled into automotive plus, they immediately check the vehicle and with a very quick fix I was on my way within 20 minutes. Highly advise using automotive plus!

I currently own a 2015 Nissan Rogue and over the summer my car decided to stop running properly. I called Automotive Plus to see when they could get me in. They were booked up for the day and I explained my situation on how I needed my vehicle since it was the only one that I had. Cassie, the service manager, told me she would call me back about getting me in that day. She called me no more than 15minutes later and said to get the vehicle over and she would get it right in. During the technicians, I think his name was Jason, diagnosis of the vehicle he determined that there was a sensor that was bad. Cassie came and sat down with me and explained what was going on and let me know that other than the bad sensor everything else was in perfect working order on my vehicle. Not only did she get me in on a day they were slammed, she also comped me a free oil change and sent me on my way. I will from here on out only be using Automotive Plus for any of my vehicles needs and my families needs. Anyone that I have sent over to their shop has said similar things to my interaction with them. A+ for service, A+ for communication, A+ for customer service, A+ for efficiency, A+ for just being over all great people!

Went in for a simple oil change and they tried quoting me other things telling me an oil pan swap was gonna be $1,200 but if I got the pan from another place it would be $800!? I used Automotive Plus for the first time the other day! I was referred by several ppl on Bristol talks. I was so pleased with the experience I had. I was first greeted by a lovely little kind dog and then the lady at the front desk ( name starts with a C manager). She was wonderful and pleasant. Chris the owner posted on my Facebook post a Groupon link for oil change and rotation and that’s what drew me in. Chris took me to the Bay Area and went over a bunch of things with me while my vehicle was on the list. He explained to me what maintenance needs to be done in the near future and answered all my questions. Chris is a very kind and patient gentleman and truly takes pride in costumer service. Not only did I get an oil change but also an o2 sensor that needed to be replaced. Prices are also very affordable. I high recommend Automotive Plus for all your vehicle needs. I’ll be going there for my oil changes from now on.

Awful by the tow truck driver my son pulled in to a parking lot where he lives did not have a tag and the tow truck driver immediately hooked up to his car even though i had his pass and brought it to him , which he is in college and just got home from break , the driver would not listen or understand , Driveways were not plowed all the way to see vistor parking or regular tenants ,he was unprofessional in every way , i work for a trucking company In Southington Yarde Metals anyone who i speak to will always here the worse review about your company and your tow truck driver acting like a vulture at 11 pm at night . Your company is below standards and i will speak to everyone i know in this industry . And if i was able to give you no stars i would have most unprofessional driver i ever met this reflects on your company .

Over the years Ive used Automotive Plus for their emissions testing. During those visits I was so impressed with the respect that I both recieved and that I witnessed them giving to all customers. Recently I found myself needing extensive work done on one of my vehicle that would require extra effort on a mechanics part. After being turned away from several garages because of the complexity of the situation I remember Automotive Plus and the outstanding job I saw them giving to their customers. I then called Automotive Plus and they where happy to help me and went above and beyond to help get my vehicle running great. Besides their positive attitude to both myself and wife, they repaired my car for well below all other garages prices I was quoted. It is a place you can not only trust but know you are getting excellant service!!!
