These people are so sweet. Love them all. Miss Kim is the best no pushy sales. They try very hard to help u make your best choice for you I have went back and most of my living room is furnished by these people. I hope to buy more from them in the future.

Everyone there was amazing and so sweet! Me and my wife had been looking for furniture for a while and all over priced but they made sure it was right for us and a good price!

We moved to Bristol about a week ago; just purchased our first home! We went to a few furniture stores before Schewels and everything we liked was either unavailable for at least 4 weeks or the double tax and delivery was just too much. We walked into Schewels and met Kim who made everything better! The selection was wonderful, tax was waived for customer appreciation and we had it delivered in just a few days!!! We love every piece of furniture and now it feels more like a home! Also, we left our measuring tape at the store and before we even noticed we had left it, the delivery guy came by our house to drop it off!!! Such a great experience all around; will be going there first next time we need something. You should, too!

I will have to say I love this store, the workers are so friendly and ask you how you and if there is any way they can help you to just let them know , I have made several purchases from them .and I plan on making several more purchases because you cant beat their price

They have plenty to choose from and where greeted as soon as we came in and showed many options until we were able to make a choice that was just right for us 😁

Shopping experience was great!When they delivered it didnt go well. Wouldnt try more than a few minutes to get my box spring upstairs and then when they called me to tell me they were leaving it downstairs I told them to specifically leave it in the kitchen so my child wouldnt get hurt by it and they left it right in the middle of the living room instead. Not happy with the delivery.

Jedediah was one of the friendliest and attentive sales reps Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Very informative while not being pushy like most sales reps in the business u run into. Lisa was amazingly helpful in the finance dept and they got me exactly what I needed and wanted without breaking the bank. The store is laid out perfectly and was overwhelmed when I walked in. I was not expecting this when I first walked in but walked out knowing Id only do business with Schewels in the future because of their selection and ppl like jedediah and lisa!

Wonderful place filled with wonderful people. My first visit they helped me with credit process and helped me find the right couch for my family, budget & room size. My second visit I got a new mattress & they were very patient with me (I tties every mattress at least twice). I just went back again and purchased a new living room set. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my furniture or appliance needs.

When you spend over 2000 dollars on a kitchen table and 6 chairs you expect them to be well built. At least once a month I have to take it all back apart and re-apply lock tight.the chairs legs fall off,the back of the chairs wiggle 3 inches. Very poor quality, when i picked up the furniture from the store there was no one to help load it. They also had no clue where my purchase was so I had to go through there inventory and find it for them.

Saleswoman was very friendly and helpful. Didnt feel pressured or rushed. When made payment arrangements, was offered delivery within the hour! I absolutely love my mattress and couldnt be more pleased with the customer service provided. Highly recommend Schewels. Dont want to buy from anyone else now! I bought a sectional that had vinyl trim around the seat cushions and the vinyl began peeling off and it was coming apart at the seam on the chaise lounger. The manufactures warranty covered replacing the seat covers. But the same thing happened. Schewels went above and beyond the ma,ufacturers warranty and let me exchange my couch for a brand new set .Thank you Schewels for your outstanding customer service .
