Many stores to choose from, take an afternoon and check all the shops out. The names you look for such as, Old Navy, Rue21, Best Buy, Chick Fillet, McDonalds and Bass Pro among several others.

I am not a fan of the smells as there is just so many. However I love them individually. My ladies of the house love this place and visit often. The always have great deals and gift options. I have never experienced any issues with the staff. I have seen others that made issues with the staff just simply because they felt entitled or that they should get something for nothing. The staff cant be rude but I sure will tell Karen where she can go.

I had never been in this store before. Wow. Great selection. The variety of home products just amazed me. I love this place now. Pricing is great. Lots of sale and clearance too. Stop in, you will be pleased !

I love coming here! When I do I do t know when to leave. I love everything they have. I’m from Wise, Va and drive about an hour and 45 mins to get there. It’s worth every minute!

I dont like the new policy regarding returns. We used to be able to get a store credit if we didnt have a receipt. Fortunately my sister (who made the purchase for our aunt) was able to find the emailed receipt. But it meant my calling her and interrupting her evening, as I was just out running errands without her.. There certainly are worse things, but Im far less enamored with bbb.

You could spend hours just browsing in this store. The employees are super friendly and very helpful. The bathroom is always clean.

Found a coffee pot on sale for 50% off which made it $12.50. They were sold out but advised they could order it. We finished our shopping and wanted to order the coffee pot. After ordering noticed we was charged full price. Brought it to their attention and the lady manager quickly said well I cant over ride the price, before we could even bring it up. So we asked to just cancel the sale. Rude associate and poor customer service.

It’s not my own experience, it’s the experience of a fellow service dog handler that doesn’t sit right with me. If I could give zero stars I would. This handler was in the store with her service dog that was helping her through a medical episode and she had to sit down or else she could’ve passed out. But instead of being asked if she was okay or giving her dog space to do his job and get her secured , your manager named Ashley on august 27th decided it was okay to tell her to get up and move. The handler explained why she couldn’t move and got an eye roll in return . Hold your managers accountable or educate them. Either way it goes an eye roll is NOT giving good customer service and you need to do better. If this handler had been injured in your store due to someone’s ignorance it would have been on your hands. Think about that next time you hire ignorance into your company

Hands down the best store for home goods. The staff address always super friendly and helpful. And as long as you keep your receipts your items can be returned with no hassle. I had to return an entire set of Calphalon cookware due to a warped pan and it was the easiest return Ive ever had.

I really like this place unfortunately I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for but its very nice very appealing and very friendly staff the place was just great

Even the associate who helped us was complaining about how the same item was placed in multiple locations throughout the store which made things hard to find. We assumed they were out of a product but the computer showed 7. Unfortunately, it was very hard to locate, even for the employee. Recommend they rearrange to make shopping easier.

If you cant find it then they will be more than happy to help, I love this place!

I did not have my 20% off coupon, but the manager looked up my email on the internet and was able to give me my 20% off, because my email hasnt received it yet. She was so sweet nice and helpful. I will shop there often

Bed Bath has always been one of my favorite stores to window show and I always come out of here having bought something. Who doesnt like their clearance section? The store seems larger than their previous location in which they migrated from, but the selection is the same. I dont like having to pay TN Sales Tax, but it is next to other stores we like to visit so we enjoy the experience as a whole. Parking is easy and the staff is nice. Will be here much in the future.

Very disappointed in Bed, Bath and Beyond. Customer Service is poor online and in store. We registered for our wedding here because the lady said anything we received, receipt or not, we could return/exchange here without issue. We received items that are sold by Bed, Bath, & Beyond but wanted to exchange them without having to ask family members for the receipts, especially since we’d received several of similar items. The store refused to exchange them even though I could pull them up on the website and they were listed on the registry. They said their store didn’t have any in stock so they couldn’t have sold the items. The online rep said since they weren’t bought on the registry they wouldn’t be exchangeable.Terrible customer service. I won’t be back to Bed, Bath, & Beyond other than to use the gift cards I got for the wedding. I wish I could exchange them for cash because I now would rather shop with Belk (who exchanged those items without a single problem, wishing us well on our marriage). I used to be a huge fan of this store but no more!

Very diverse selection of products! The,quality is high in many of the items they sell or they offer things you cant find at Target or Walmart. I love their candle section and bedding. Very neat place to discover you never knew you needed a shower rug (yes rug) for inside your shower.

Very nice, mold free shopping center. Perfect to find outdoor furniture, bedding, bath items and lots more! The staff are very friendly and go way and beyond to help you find what you need.

Exactly what youd expect, albeit this location seems a bit more cramped than most. Almost as if they tried to fit all of the store into 80% of the space. Friendly staff and easy to find what youre looking for. Just hopefully youre not walking through the same area as someone else.

My experience yesterday was wonderful. Workers do not let a customer go unnoticed and are extremely helpful with a smile on their face. Unfortunately I didnt find the design I wanted on my oven mitts but they have a huge selection of everything beautiful for a home. Highly recommended.

Really nice store. Things are outrageously priced even like $150 for a cooking pot is not outrageous for them. You can find some of the craziest things for your home here including smart devices, kitchen supplies, bedding, even things for your pets. was surprised to see they were still selling Christmas decorations at a fraction of a discount in the middle of January. That stuff should be gone by now yall. Only saw one other customer while walking around the entirety of the store. On a weekday. The employees were friendly so just be sure to be kind and respectful because Im sure if youre one of the five people that enter that store they would hate to have to kick you out for being rude lol.

BB&B doesnt need my review, but if you are looking for that particular bath or kitchen knickknack I bet they carry it. All the advantages of a national chain, with the ambiance (and stock) of a specialty store.

This is a great store and customer service is always great. I usually dont visit this store for after thanksgiving deals but did this holiday season. The store design and lack of registers made for long lines and people constantly bumping into each other. If you just avoid the rush then this store is great.

I went to purchase items on my Nephews wedding registry. I was offered assistance as soon as I walked in the store. This was nice. I was even given a printed copy of the registry since I was having difficulty pulling it up on my phone.

Went in looking for a pillow. The staff were very helpful, and I did find the perfect pillow after trying and failing at a nearby store. My only complaint is that its a bit overpriced.

We have spent quite a bit of money at this store since buying a house near it about a month ago. We recently came in to buy 6 chair pads and that day the manager was extremely rude when we asked for a price match(had brought picture of matching item from another store). Walked out empty-handed and drove up the highway and bought them. Today we tried again and went in to purchase a $200 Slim Cycle . There were none in stock, and once again the manager was very short with us when we asked if we could buy the display one. We left, went to our car, called the BBB in Johnson City and ordered it from that store instead.A little bit of kindness and courtesy can go a long way. I worked retail at a book & gift shop 6 years. Our owner always told us. you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Bed, Bath & Beyond in Bristol, TN failed 2 times. I just might add that the first manager looked about as unlike any manager I have ever seen.He was dressed in tight pants, sneakers and a hoodie and kept the hood on his head the whole time we were in the store...just seemed strange.

My phone didnt have service inside the store and I had a coupon and the cashier Dean could see I had it and refused to let me use it bc it wouldnt pull up. The Johnson city location always honors my coupons regardless. He really needs to work on customer service if hes going to be doing this kind of work.the situation could have been handled differently for sure!!!!

Bright, clean store and very attentive staff

I cant believe BB&B moved 8 miles to go from Bristol, VA to Bristol, TN, which has the highest state sales tax in the country! I will not buy anything from that store, whereas I frequented the VA store often, spending far more than I should have.From now on, Ill order online and get free shipping. Cheaper than driving to the TN side to pay approx. 5% more on every item!! What were they thinking??? The Falls (on the VA side) will be open soon and smart shoppers will spend their money there because they automatically save over shopping in TN.SHAME ON BB&B!!!!

I shopped in the store and proceeded to check out. I had a e gift card and when the guy at the check out tried to scan it for whatever reason it would not scan. Instead of getting a member of management he just stood there and looked at me. He told me what the full amount was again. I told him just to forget it. I know it was busy but that was very poor customer service.
