A dozen pre-made breakfast sandwiches sitting out ready to be packaged.. all had 2-3 flies sitting on them feasting while waiting to be packaged. Absolutely disgusting!!! Never Ever again getting anything from their deli again. I advise everyone to stay clear of anything that comes out of their kitchen!!!

We use to look forward to coming here. We stop here no matter what when we come from the mountain since it opened. Every thing has always been good but this time food was terrible. Cups had no lids. Mainly food was made no care. Teasted terrible it was like a whole different company.

Exceptional customer service from guy named Jody (sorry if spelling is wrong). Times like these lots of people lack good work ethics and he does a great job!!!

I frequent this location and it is always dirty... 4 years now and is always dirty... Take some pride in yourselves and your workplace... You guys were quick to yell at someone for a mask yet work in filthy conditions. Hey corporate do something!

Havent found a kum & go that I havent liked yet. Love the way they treat customers and have app payment for operating pumps.

Some mornings they dont have food. When they have pizza in the morning, its only the gross breakfast pizza. It would be nice if they had pepperoni. The restrooms are on an automatic lighting system which will shut off on you if you are in the stall, so kids panic Only reason I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 is their service is usually fairly quick, and their food is alright when they have it. Sometimes their pizza is old though.

Just want to say thank you for offering the curbside pickup. The staff there is always so nice and helpful. I’ve never used curbside before and it’s so nice to not have to go in if possible due to Covid. Thank you

Adam the assistant manager needs to learn some customer service skills. First when you walk up to the counter how about a hello or how are you doing. Not can I see your id? Then when handed said ID and asked to lower mask which you cant hear very well. Speak up. Whoever the big fat guy was next to you? The really? Comment. How about you mind your business I asked him to speak up so I could hear what he was saying. Just blatant rudeness.

I once complimented an employee of a different Kum & Go on his friendliness and was told that was a high priority and requirement of the employees. Not so with the new Kum & Go on E. Bromley. For as beautiful as this store is, they lack significantly in the friendly department. There are 1 or 2 fairly friendly employees but the majority of them act like the customer is nothing but a huge nuisance to them. For the prices they charge, you would think they could afford a smile or a friendly greeting. Especially the kitchen staff; If you do not like your job, I would suggest finding something a little more suitable.

Clerk was outright rude and yelled across the whole store to my son who cant wear a mask due to a medical condition. Will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on!

This place was clean, the employees were nice and attentive when the slushy machine was out. We ordered a salad, it was fresh! Normally we don’t eat from gas stations but this one was great. Keep it up guys! The restrooms could certainly use a sweeping but were otherwise clean.

Got asked if I have a problem by one of the female cashiers because I looked mad. Keep in mind I am a minor, she then proceeds to go off on me for no reason

I was very disappointed. The lady behind the counter was rude to me. When she charged me 1.49 for a fountain drink, I told her that the signs all say any size for a dollar. She told me that is only with a rewards card. I dont have one so I must pay the regular price. After the sale was finalized she asked if I would like a card for next time. I informed her that I live 53 miles away, this was supposed to be a convenience stop. I will never stop here again. There are several other places around with much cheaper fuel prices and I refuse to recommend this Kum & Go to anyone.

This is new and clean as can be. They have have a fresh made pizza area that offer a buy one, get one on Fridays. So many drink options when it comes to self serve fountains. They also bake different types of breads here too.

These guys are great! I park my truck when I come home for a night or two, always courteous and friendly! Pizza is always on point!

No soap or paper in restrooms. Music was playing ridiculously loud.

Charge station looks good, but $5 for 15 min DC is $45 per fill up. $100 if you use the lvl 2

So far its a pretty great place, they have trouble keeping the drinks stocked but other wise i its a pretty nice place and the Pizza is pretty decent.

I would strongly advice not to order food in here, it does take a lot of time just to place the order, the employees at the food stand are so incompetent as if they never make a sandwich at home, and it is unsanitary not to say so filthy as just no the janitor mapping the floor jumped in to fix an Italian sandvich, disgusting.
