I truly detest coming to this Starbucks, I live in Greece and go to center place Starbucks all the time. I used to also be a partner at the center place Starbucks, so I understand and sympathize how it is working at starbucks, for Starbucks and how some Starbucks customers can be. However every single time I come to this particular location I feel so uncomfortable. Looking at other reviews it seems like Im not the only one that feels like this. This morning after dropping my husband off at work around the corner I came here because its the closest one. The gentleman behind the counter named Jake in my opinion was not only rude but judgmental in his looks while serving me and while I was waiting for my order. I understand Im not dressed in a suit and tie at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday but I felt as if I was being stared at so oddly that I was unsure myself if at the very moment I was waiting for my coffee if I was starting to grow extra limbs while standing in the waiting area. I dont know why I continue to torture myself by going into the Starbucks and being made to feel like a second class citizen who 78% of the time will receive the incorrect order and then have to leave and go to another Starbucks to have it remade because Im so uncomfortable already.

Looking for a place to sit down and reminisce with a very close friend. It was cozy, warm and the staff was very friendly!

So it took 25 minutes just to get a simple latte made.. and it was not the busiest of times..

Its a Starbucks, so I cant give it 5 stars as it isnt local however The staff deals with a busy clientele daily and they do it well , good job guys.

They have become too nasty for me. Yelling at me because I went to the waiting area in a different way as to stay away from others. Yelling at me because I questioned the price which was a dollar more than last week. Yelling at me because my boss called me into work right in the store and I had to leave for 30 seconds. Just too nasty for me.

Friendly staff, service is slow at times. They also ran out of most of their holiday food/drink by 5pm.

Staff is always nice and attentive. My drinks are consistent and service is delivered within reasonable time no matter how busy they seem to be.

Fun and knowledgeable staff. Sometimes very busy during morning and lunch rushes, and other times nice and quiet to sit and relax. Recently remodeled and is less cozy and more sterile in appearance.

Great coffee, but I can never figure out the size thing... so I got a smaller than desired, but delicious nitro cold brew!

Parking can be a bit tricky here, but is always do-able. The actual Starbucks is large with cozy seating options and lots of tables.

I have been to this Starbucks twice while I was in Rochester for work, and both times they made my drink perfectly. I had to review them because I havent had mocha frapps that tasted that good in a long time (no offense to my local Starbucks)

Twelve corners location very roomy and great for meetings or working on whatever you need to do.

Coffee too strong, maybe even bitter. Place is way too loud ! When u walk out, you suddenly realize what a quiet relief it is to get outtathere ! Feels kind of uppity too.

Bit late on posting this review, but they were open on christmas. It was super crownded but I like that they were opened during the holidays.

Coffee is great if course, but to sit here in the winter is impossible. The place gets very cold whenever someone opens the door (which is often). Nice homey feel but dont sit by the door.

I am not a super fan of Starbucks the coffee is too strong for me so I get half and half but the people are very friendly in the atmosphere and Starbucks is better than any other fast food establishment but this particular Starbucks has remove the newspaper rack so I probably will not be visiting it anymore

To give my girlfriend a treat, I ordered a grande a mocha cookie Frappuccino and for me, a grande caramel crunch Frappuccino. Without knowing it, when I showed up they were having happy hour. The lady behind the counter was sure to ask me if I was a member and if so I got happy hour 50% off. Im sure glad I decided to be a member about 10 years ago it was one of the best investments Ive ever made.By the way, membership is free.Thank you Starbucks!

Loved the atmosphere, the service was prompted and friendly.

This place is a hidden gem, as the plaza where it is located seems rather small. However, when you step inside you will notice that is very spacious. In addition the baristas are really helpful, particularly I want to highlight the fact that during my visit I needed help with activating a gift card and connecting it to my app. To my surprise the barista just offered his help and walked me through the process in order for me to get what I needed done, thus facilitating this for me. Unfortunately I didn’t catch your name young man but just the fact that you offered your help, speak heaps, thank you! Management should be proud to have someone like you on staff.

Stopped here after having lunch with my sister and service was fast, people were friendly and our orders came quickly. Starbucks is great for its coffee and Ill go once in awhile just alittle expensive for every day.

Blonde roast is still too overly roasted for me. I also had a sandwich which when I attempted to eat it, the hot cheese leaked out into the bag making it a mess... almost unable to eat. The new people working here do not care about quality of food, just want to serve it as quickly as possible. As soon as my gift card runs out, I wont be going back. Starbucks, you used to be better. Start serving the customers again, not shareholders.

Can never go wrong with Starbucks I dont know what they do with their coffee but is amazing you only need one cup to get your day started or to keep it going I definitely will be visiting again

Generally a very busy location, so not an ideal location for a quiet conversation or for quiet studying. Better if you need coffee on the go or dont mind studying in a loud environment.

Odd layout but it gives a nice homey vibe more than most of the other corporate feeling Starbucks. Nice place to get work done.

This particular Starbucks location has a couple of serious issues in my judgment. Although the place is well furnished (recently upgraded), the staff is paying little attention to the cleanliness of the tables or the floor.The 2nd issue has to do with poor service, and to be frank the treatment I received smacked of discrimination. I ordered espresso, paid for my order giving them my name, and waited. Although the place was not especially busy at that time, the wait time was way too long. Finally, I saw the barista place the espresso demitasse on the counter and turn around without calling my name. When I picked up the demitasse I noticed there was no saucer or spoon, and the coffee was splattered all around the wall inside the demitasse and there was little foam on top of the coffee. In other words no attention was paid to how the espresso should be served.BTW, there are other Starbucks locations where espresso is served properly.

Twelve Corners - Starbucks in Brighton is the perfect meeting place with the right ambience and the right coffee for good conversation.

Staff was pleasant and the coffee was good. Milk wasnt scalded and espresso wasnt bitter

I ordered a cold brew and was very disappointed with the promise of foam. I saw it made properly for other people but mine(ordered on the AP) took 10 minutes and was not very well made. I normally very much enjoy Starbucks but this place just became my least favorite location. Im also upset because the ap promised 300 stars for reloading my starbucks AP electronically and though i did it 2 x that day and 2 more times the next 2 days, I didnt get my stars. Disappointed. Hopefully the promise of 6,500 stars after I charge 500$ will be made good on.

Our drinks were made really well and the barista responsible for making them was very pleasant. However, the Cashier was rude and unprofessional. She purposely expressed judgemental opinions of our beverage choices with respects to our gender. Our entire encounter with her was awkward and left us feeling very disrespected. I expected better customer service from a company such as Starbucks.

Was nothing special. If you are a Starbucks groupie, I guess you would be satisfied.

The sales associate, on cash register, was not so happy, rather grumpy. Probably needed more sleep before coming to work (She had a white knit hat). This is not typical for Starbuck baristas. But I did enjoy the Nitro Cold Brew. This is a very interesting beverage.

When it was my turn to order,girl walked away! Next girl looked at me weird as if she was scared so I moved over to the next cashier,I didnt feel welcome! Never spending my money here again!

Staff cant seem to grasp the concept of caramel almond milk ice latte vs mociato.

THE GOOD: Nice baristas, decent coffee (the dark roast is always bold - never too weak), large space, nice accommodations (tables, cushy chairs, a bar with tall counter seats, clean bathrooms, plenty of outlets.)THE BAD: No vestibule, do when the door opens, the entire space gets a breeze. Its 27 degrees as I write this, so its not very comfy. There is a contraption above the entry that blows air every time the door opens but seems to only make the breeze worse. Its impossible to keep loose papers on any table within 15 feet of the door. Also, the group of cushioned lounge chairs are commandeered by the same group of people every morning who treat this place like their personal living room. They are loud - often shouting - and it is impossible to share this space and not to know their politics, sports team favorites and heterosexual preferences every morning of week. I suppose there is no easy way for management to enforce basic manners, but if I were to truly review this place as a cafe - which includes product, service and environment - this should be a factor for anyone who might otherwise anticipate a relaxing morning here.
