We were on our 2 hour way home & got a flat tire-first we tried a “chain place” and they were no help told us it would take too long.. Pulled into here 15 mins before closing and the owner and his crew fixed us all up QUICKLY and got us on our way with ease! They were absolutely WONDERFUL I recommend them to everyone!

I took my 2014 Nissan Titan in to have new Bilstein shocks installed. During the install, they found that one of my front coil springs was broke near the top. They had a new set of springs over-nighted, and had everything installed within the next morning. No high pressure sales tactics... and no feeling like you just got taken advantage of after pulling of their driveway. These guys are speedy, professional, affordable, and do great work! Will definitely go back for future repairs, and will refer friends as well.

I needed a 4 wheel alignment for my vehicle.Scheduled an appointment online and got a quick response.Was in and out quick and the guys have great customer service and are very friendly.Found out that I only ended up needing my front wheels aligned because the back looked good. Had to go back because I had a vibration which wasn’t there prior, and still not fixed. Long time customer that will NOT be back.

I was introduced to Dave at Hi-Way by my now husband. We were dating and I was from out of town he said to go there for an oil change so I did. The experience was quality. But I was 25 and an oil change was an oil change. Ten years later Im still taking my cars to Hi-Way. Dave and Rob have always been honest with me and charged me a fair price. I have never had to return for a repair without the guys there warning me I would have to. Great local business.

Last time they saw us immediately, so I know they do care and really do want to help. They promptly filled up our tire for us and given the hardship presented, didnt demand payment. Fantastic eager service, no guilt-tripping. They just help you and move you on your way.

These guys are just great. What can I say without sounding cliche but the guys down at hi-way tire ALWAYS give you a fair price and work to make everything right. I am have been going to them for about 2 years now with no complaints. Not once have I felt that there was any shadiness to their operation. I have had work done from oil changes to moderate mechanical repairs with no complaints to speak of at all. Their prices are better than average and they will work within a budget. Give them your business!

I would not recommend Hi-Way tire. I have had two separate experiences there over the last three years. First was the purchase of tires for my vehicle 2 years ago. After receiving the vehicle, I returned days later because of strong vibrations at high speeds. After checking out the car, the owner informed me nothing was wrong. He offered to put a different set of tires on my car if I was not satisfied. I agreed. Following the second set of tires the problem continued. Keep in mind nothing was wrong with the vehicle before getting the new tires. I took the vehicle back two more times and was told the issue was my transmission. I quickly got rid of the vehicle due to this discovery. I purchased a new vehicle and 40k miles into the ownership of the new vehicle I returned to Hi Way. I felt I owed them my business due to their supposedly great help the last time. I once again purchased new tires. Days after this purchase of tires, I returned due to vibrations in the steering wheel at 70 miles an hour. They checked the balance and told me all was fine. I left thinking I was just being too picky. I rode on those tires for some time, seldom at high speeds so I didnt notice the vibration. This week I did a lot of highway driving and noticed the same issue was still there. I decided to take my vehicle to the dealership I purchased it from (should have done this right from the beginning). I was informed my tires were “grossly out of balance” and any further vibrations I would experience after they balanced them was due to the low-grade quality of the tire. I shared with the dealership what I paid for the tires and was told “I would never pay that kind of money for those tires. I am left feeling that Hi Way tire sold me low quality tires at a high price to make up for the incident two years ago. I am also left to believe their customer service is poor and not what I would accept as a reputable business. Since sharing my story with friends, I have come to learn they too have sworn off Hi Way tire due to poor service issues. Dave, you have lost another customer.

I have taken my vehicles to Hi-Way tire for many years. They are above all honest and friendly. As the name implies they sell tires, but they also do many other automotive repairs. Ive had them replace wheel bearings, suspension components, brakes, and tires. They have always provided good service at a reasonable cost. Ask to speak with the owner. As an automotive engineer, I am frequently skeptical about automotive repair shops, but these guys are the real deal and have earned my trust!

Best honest shop in livingston county. They get you what you need and tell you what you can wait on. Honest, fast, reliably. The owner will take time out of his weekend to get you back on the road asap. Highly recommend you use these guys.

Were able to fix my car same day and didnt try to upcharge me or get both sides or the one thats always pulled, the alignment. Had additional issue and was fair about pricing with that. As a single female, I didnt feel taken advantage of. Thats was a nice change because I do know a little about cars and repair. Seems fair. Id use again.

Took my car into Hi-Way Tire for a coolant flush and Serpentine belt change. They did excellent work and my heater core ended up needing back flushed, when I got my car back I could no longer turn the air all the way up without it freezing me out. Hi-Way tire is my go to place for repairs and tires. Good honest repairs at the right cost.

Went in to get an alignment and wheel stud replaced. They checked the alignment and that was fine. They told me they didnt replace the wheel stud because the wheel hub was in the way. I didnt receive a call giving me options on how they can repair it, they just decided they were not going to fix it. Then they gave me some estimates on some other repairs my car needs. The older man behind the counter literally sighed as if I was irritating him while l asked questions about the estimates. I couldnt even believe it when it happened. I took my car over to A&H Auto and they fixed the stud and were very friendly. Dont come here unless you are fine with being treated like crap.

Hi Way Tire is the only place that we trust to not only do the right thing, and do it right, but at a reasonable cost. We bring our vehicles here whenever something is wrong that we can not fix ourselves without being fearful that they would put a higher cost on it then needed, and they can always at least get your car in to look at it fast, and most of the time they have been able to fix it in the same day. I am female and I have no idea what to do to fix my vehicle, but I ask any question that I need to ask and they explain it to me without getting irritated. The man who is always at the front desk knows everything that goes on in that place, and everything is ran by him before anything happens. Quality control!! Cant say enough about them, my sister also uses them and feels the same. They do way more then fix or change tires! Ive even had them check out my gas efficiency as I was using a lot more gas then usual, they have changed out a tie rod for us as well as put on new tires for both of our vehicles.

More like Hiway-Robbery lol. Water pump went out and was quoted $470. I called down the road to bobs and walked away paying $220.Prior they took 5 hours to fix a flat tire and never even looked at it. I then took my tire to discount tire
