On a road trip about 20 miles out, cylinder six started to misfire, went there and they got the parts and repaired the engine quick! The front desk guy was doing his best calling his suppliers to find parts so we can leave that day! Mechanics were awesome and flexible with us because we need to get back on the road! They gave us the military discount also!!

We found Meineke in Brighton when we moved here from Denver, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Always on time and professional, Steve is the epitome of customer service! Prices are always better than fair, and I have never had them recommend anything that didn’t need to be done (like I have experienced at other shops). When we first moved here, we had tried 2 other shops trying to get my wife’s AC repaired…and it never worked. Meineke quickly found the problem, fixed it for less money and in less time than the 2 previous attempts at other shops, and never gave us problems after that. I can always trust the quality and completeness of any repair. It is clear that they are in it to earn lifelong customers — and they’ve definitely earned our repeat business again, and again.

I want to first start off by saying Steve was great. He had a very professional attitude and is the epitome of customer service. Now to what I had to have done. It was actually a very simple repair to have the drivers side window motor replaced on my son’s car. Normally this is a repair that I would make myself but I was out of town and had to take it to have repaired. The cost of the part was about 4x what you would pay if I had bought the part myself which is pretty typical for a repair shop so I can’t really fault Meineke for that but it’s ridiculous how all shops markup parts. The hourly rate was less than a dealer and fairly standard for a mechanic.Overall the experience was great, they got the car fixed quickly and the price was right in line with anywhere else you go but what sets this place apart for me was the customer service that Steve provided. If you live in the Brighton area and need a place for your routine maintenance or emergency repairs I highly recommend them.

I came in for an oil change and I was out of there in less than an hour. No pressure or upsale to buy parts or additional services. Ill be back.

I usually dread getting my car serviced, but Meinke of Brighton is the exception. The main reason is the customer service person. Steve is honest and not condescending like many service centers. He could have said my rotors needed changing but chatted with me about my options asking questions to clarify my needs. He even said to keep my coupon for when I do need the service done. He’s a wonderful asset to the business.

I cannot praise this particular Meineke shop enough. My brakes failed while traveling and from my first phone call until driving away Steve and his crew took care of me with great care and professionalism. If all other Meineke shops are like this one, they sure have earned my business!

When the supervisor Mr. Puckett is there I never have any problems. This weekend someone else was and tried to get me to pay a 1000$ for stuff that I don’t feel I needed. Sometimes we go over on the mileage yes but does that really mean you have to do an oil flush for like 400$! And like five other things as well that supposedly need to be done?

I made an appointment. They seemed to do good work. I was kept in the loop the entire time. They had to wait on parts from two different companies. I can deal with delays as long as I know what is going on. There was something that wasnt done last time. They made it right.

My fiance scheduled an oil change appointment online for today at 4pm. We went in to drop the car off an hour early and they said our appointment was for tomorrow. I showed him the confirmation that the appointment was for today and he said oh, sorry. We can get you in tomorrow? Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. We will NEVER go here again! Please do not support this location.

This shop was hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Broke down on the highway, called them and they were able to squeeze me in right of way. I had my car towed there and within a couple hours my car was good as new and I was back to my cross-country move. Couldn’t have gone more smoothly.

Love this place. Have used this specific Meineke for years and will continue to do so as long as Steve, the manager, is there. They perform thorough inspections and only recommend necessary repairs. I have never been up sold here. Thanks for the great service as always.

Friendly, sure, competent maybe not so much. Took my car in for what should have been a quick repair/assessment at 8am sharp. When I hadnt heard anything back some 7 hours later, I figured things were moving along as expected. So when I gave them a call and they said they were getting an error code they didnt expect I figured circumstances changed. But then they say its working fine now.. However, I knew something was up, when he couldnt tell me what the actual problem was.Well after picking it up, it most certainly wasnt working fine. Instead the problem had gotten worse, making the car undrivable. This means I was unable to drive my dogs to get boarded, and meant I had to cancel a flight and my first vacation for 2-years.Do I think they shop damaged my car? No. But one, they should have called me as soon as they knew that circumstances had changed, not hours later. Two, when I asked what was wrong the answer was some ECM code we have to research. Its a code, all it should take is referencing the manufacturers lists? Finally, dont tell me the problem magically went away.I paid $55 for Meineke to do nothing, offer no insights, and tell me my car was drivable.

I will always bring my car to Meineke, but more importantly this location. Steve at the front desk is so friendly and easy to talk to. They want the best for your car and for you. I highly recommend this store.

I have always had great experiences with Steve and the staff. The online inspection form they sent was very informative, detailed, and even included pictures. I have never felt pressured or had the impression they were trying to upsell me like so many mechanics. They are honest, fix what needs to be fixed, and inform you of things to keep an eye on going forward. Great and honest mechanics are extremely hard to find so I will continue bringing my vehicles here with confidence.

Steve was very good went in to do a Intoxalock calibration and my car wouldn’t start, they looked at my battery and replaced one of my terminals for free. There was also another younger guy who helped try and charge the dead battery

Excellent service on my old F-150. They were excellent on their recommended service and came in on the estimate. This group has always been nice and respectful. They are my go to shop in town.

Paid over $1,000 to this Meineke for new rotors and new brakes on all four tires of my truck. After experiencing problems with the brakes I took the truck in to them to get checked. Turns out that the front brake pads are completely worn and the front rotors need to be replaced, and the rear brakes are 50% worn and the rear rotors also need to be replaced.They didn’t want to cover the rotars under warranty, only the $100 front brake pads. Makes me wonder if they even installed the new rotars to begin with. Will never take my vehicles here again. So disappointed.

Customer service was good and friendly staff but $800.00 to change an alternator and a serpentine belt WOW I guess its the going price huh? As a veteran I thought i was supposed to get a discount aah thats ok. Not sure if I will ever come back but thanks for fixing my car in a timely fashion!

Never buy your tires or get your alignment at this place! They don’t service the tires and claim there’s really no warranty on them.The alignment they couldn’t even get and blamed that on a manufacturing issue took it elsewhere and it’s aligned!!! I will never do business or recommend this place again.

If the guy up front cant be bothered to wear a mask, what other corners do they cut at this place? I just got out of the hospital and it was good to see just how little this place valued the health and wellbeing of their customers over the course of a few visits recently. I will not be back to this location, as I dont feel they take wearing a mask during a pandemic, or my health, seriously.

Steve is always helpful in getting my cars needs seen to and telling the mechanics in the garage any special request I might have. The mechanics always do what needs to be done.

This is my third time back today the 4th of June the first time I brought my vehicle in it got a oil change and a recharge the second time they recharge but they could not find where the leak was coming from this third visit is to take another look where the coolant leak is comin from

My car was not properly diagnosed at this location.Steve on the front desk & the mechanic who worked on my car were both 100% unprofessional when I asked them to show me the work that was done on my car as well as why my check engine light was on? I had to take my vehicle to another garage to find out why it was on. I’m wondering why they said I needed one thing fixed but fail to mention or diagnose properly why my check engine light was on. I felt intimidated & totally disrespected by The staff at this location and I am going to be taking further action with headquarters about how I was treated and the wishy-washy job they did on my vehicle to the tune of $356.34...

Always professional and never a high pressure situation to make you spend money. Very honest repair facility.

When Steve is not the manager working its always obvious. Things do not run smoothly when he isnt there and the other guy is always trying to upsell; its frustrating.

Some great lads over here. I had a bit of an odd job I was calling around for, most tried convincing me to do it myself. I tried, but 3 different 10mm sockets later I still couldn’t get my door panel off. These guys were more than happy to have me stop by and they got it done in probably less than 10 minutes. No charge at all, and very friendly throughout rather than being annoyed. I’ll definitely be returning for future issues. Thanks again guys!

It feels SO GOOD to finally have a place I can trust for my car needs. They are fairly priced and get things done QUICKLY!I know NOTHING about cars... and that has been taken advantage of several times in the past by other companies. But not here.I went in thinking I needed an alignment ($89) for my SUV and the guys looked it over and decided it wasn’t necessary.. they just needed to do a simple tire rotation ($10) to level out the wear on my tires.AND I just have to say that Steve is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and always makes me feel valued as a customer. This place is HANDS DOWN the best place I’ve ever taken a car to!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t give them five starts because they failed to tighten the bolts on the muffler they replaced. Lost a bolt on I-70 and when I looked underneath had to replace another and tighten 2 more.

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and personable. I was able to drop my car off without an appointment and was not made to feel like I should have made an appointment. My only concern was the greasy hand prints that were left throughout my car. This showed a lack of professionalism and respect for another persons belongings.

I know its cliché, but I would give 0 stars if possible. Went to this place through a recommendation for a brake issue. They had the vehicle for a week, didnt call with any updates for 3 days, and when they finally did call, it was to tell me that after throwing on a new master cylinder, that it needs to go to the Ford dealership because theyve reached the the end of what they can do. If that was the case, you should have told me that from the beginning that you didnt have the knowledge or technology and I could have avoided the $500 bill. Picked up the vehicle, the brakes were worse than when we had brought it in, after being assured that they were better, and my lady almost got into an accident because the car was barely able to stop. Dude there on Saturday acted very nonchalant as well about it when I called. Just ridiculous

Wasn’t able to get ball park price even with knowing the issue unless I brought it in. Took two days and price was very high. Didn’t even check half the issues I asked for. Simply putting air in the tires to get tire sensor light off wasn’t addressed after spending $1500. Just did it myself. Not impressed. Should have stuck with Big O.

Not a good look when two cars go racing side by side down a residential neighborhood not once but twice and then we see the cars parked right behind your shop with employees working on them. Whether they were customer cars or employee cars both are unacceptable and paint a bad image of the business.

I brought my vehicle in to have my A/C evaluated and fixed if necessary. I was told I would need a new compressor and some other parts to fix my A/C issue. This seemed reasonable. However, I was also told that my rear brakes, rotors and calipers were in awful condition and would need to be replaced. I was told I would be hearing them very soon. I was quoted $800+ for parts and labor (not including the cost of my A/C). This was a red flag for me because I had my rear brakes replaced just over a year ago. I had them do the A/C because I needed it right away, and got a second opinion on my brakes. After inspection, as I suspected, there was absolutely NOTHING WRONG with my brakes. Im very disappointed with this Meineke and wont be going back. Being charged for work that doesnt need done, especially during the current Covid/economic situation, is just plain wrong. If you choose this location, I would advise you to get a second opinion.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place!! I was in Colorado picking up my daughter for Christmas! Unfortunately while I was traveling down C-470 I have a CV Shaft break on my passenger tire. We were towed to this Mieneke and from the second we got there we were treated with so much kindness!! They quickly discovered what the problem was and got to work right away with getting us fixed and back on the road! While there a kind lady bought my daughter and I pizza!! The gentleman running the place that day was so nice to myself and my daughter. He kept us updated and even went as far as buying my daughter a candy bar and a fuzzy animal hat that has the mittens attached to the hands!! I highly recommend this place to anyone. Every person that walked in that door was treated like family! I can not thank this place enough for everything!!

Super friendly staff, and the sure honest. I was looking into getting tires, and they told me we could get tires for a cheaper price somewhere else. They changed my oil in under 30 minutes and told me about things they said I should look into. It was my first time there, but definitly not my last

They check you fluids but they dont them off? For what you pay youd think they can at least top off the fluids if your low

I have been taking my F150 to my local Meineke for the last five years to have the oil changed every 5,000 miles. Today I took it in for the last time. The manual for my truck stipulates an oil change with conventional oil every not more than 10,000 miles. Today, I got a spiel from Robert that I should change the oil every 3,000 miles and use synthetic oil. Additionally, he told me that my brake pads need changing. They are new. And, that I have a water pump leak. It doesnt. Plus, a $24.95 oil morphed into a $60.00 oil change with the addition of a new air filter. Some malarky about shop supplies. The old air filter could not be found because it was still lodged under the hood. Then I parked my truck in my garage and now have a giant oil spot on the floor. I recommend that this store be avoided. Roberts spiel is a practiced scam attempt and any level of genuine concern about customer care is absent.

While I hate having to spend lots of money on car repairs I always feel like Im being treated fairly at this location! Im very impressed with customer service, Steve is always very helpful when I call with questions. (This is extremely valuable to me because Im female and I dont always feel like Im being told the whole story at other places Ive taken my car.) They are very knowledgeable at this location, my car has always been ready in a timely manner, and they stand behind the work they do so I can feel secure spending my hard earned money on repairs or service for my car.

Regardless of whether it has been just an oil change or an unexpected repair, I call and can get my car in and out the same day. I stopped in to get an estimate for a new muffler Friday evening, Matt looked under my truck, estimate was given, then I asked if I could get it replaced Saturday, he said that they would work it in. Fast friendly service

In December 2018 I had my 2004 Nissan Frontier towed in as I broke down just east of 160th and SR 7 This shop was the closest to perform the repair. They replaced the entire distributor which includes rotor and distributor cap - with mounting plate - charged $644.86In June of 2019, SIX MONTHS LATER, truck breaks down again in Brighton. Same exact way it happened in December. Instead of going back to Meineke, I had it towed over to my mechanic in Westminster. Diagnosis: Rotor fell off. (My regular mechanic states that the distributor was installed incorrectly.) Vehicle needs a new distributor cap and rotor. Cost to repair $365.39 Cost to tow to my regular mechanic $150.00I am out another $515.39. Should have taken it to my regular mechanic from the start.

My alternator went out, but, I made it home and a neighbor suggested Meineke. I didn’t realize we had a Meineke in Brighton. I got there about a half hour before they closed...Brian was so nice! I signed up for an alternator and an oil change, while we’re at it! They got it back to me the next day before 12! I’ve dealt with Meineke before in Denver...and I’m so glad there’s one in Brighton! Yay!

Had an expected car problem. They fit me in same day, figured out the problem, got the part in and fixed my car within 24 hours. Steve was a gem, and the rest of the team I spoke with were all friendly and helpful.
