Brighton Ford gets 5 stars in my book. I had a very specific configuration of a Ranger 4x4 that I was looking for and salesman Isaac Richmeier found it for me. Not an easy task during these pandemic times. The trade-in negotiations were relaxed and after reaching an agreement the process went fairly fast. It took about 4 hours altogether which is shortest time I have ever spent at a dealership. I also intend to have my Ranger serviced at Brighton Ford.

I came to Brighton Ford from southern Colorado to pick up a Ford Ranger that had just come in. I primarily worked with Nate in internet sales. Nate was able to get a good portion of the paperwork out of the way and allowed me to place a deposit on the truck to make sure I could pick it up at a convenient time later that week.I finalized most of the financial arrangements over the phone and through email and had to walk one of his coworkers through the process and make sure that all of my rebates were applied correctly. The difference between the proposed monthly payment and the actual monthly payments with the rebates was about $50/month and Im glad I was able to handle those issues at home rather than at the dealership.When I came in to pick it up the paperwork was already prepared, but there were some delays caused by difficulties applying all of my rebates to the purchase. All in all, my wife and I were in the dealership signing for less than about 45 minutes. The truck was clean and ready to go along with some scented air fresheners in the air vents. I found this to be a very welcome addition, but I can see how certain customers may not like the scent. I have really enjoyed it and it has kept the truck smelling great and fresh.Ultimately, I would certainly do business with Brighton Ford in the future and appreciated the price on the truck with the ability to handle a large portion of the negotiation and paperwork remotely.

Great experience. Most people don’t look forward to the process of buying a new car and I was one of them. Staff was super helpful and worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price. They took our trade in and gave us a fair offer. We worked with Isaac and he was phenomenal throughout the process. Rudy, the finance manager we worked with, made sure to explain everything clearly so we knew exactly what we were agreeing to. We’ll be going back when it’s time for another vehicle.

I came in on 4/6/21 because I received a call that a truck I was interested in, a F250, was in and available. Joe was awesome and was very prompt and even had the truck up front and ready for me. I didn’t have much time, so this was awesome service.He showed me the features of the truck and then got my license and information so that I could take it for a test drive. I drove the truck and really liked it.We discussed a trade in value for my existing truck and then the numbers on the new truck to see if we could work out a deal. 3 hours later after back and forth with financing and the sales manager Johny, we arrived at an agreed upon price.I gave Joe my fleet account number to receive my Ford benefits and he said he would be right back after he gave it to his sales manager. He later returned and said that unfortunately the sales manager was not able to honor the agreement at this time. This is not a new agreement and my company has had this with Ford for years. I wasted 3 hours of my extremely valuable time here just to be told that they don’t honor a valid program. I hope that small amount of time that it would have taken in paperwork to do the fleet deal was worth losing a customer.The sales manager Johny wouldn’t even come tell me why, apologize for the time they wasted, or offer to make it right. I emailed the general manager to follow up and see what was going on and what happened and have still never received a response.Joe gets 5 stars, but management was poor. Will update the review if they bother to reach out and remedy what took place.

From the moment we got to Brighton Ford it was a good experience. Miguel was great. He showed us several options, was patient with us as we test drove, and was clear and simple about financing options. Jay helped us with our car loan and final paperwork, and it was the most pleasant buying experience I’ve ever had. The whole process took a little over two hours, which I thought was very short compared to some marathon sales I’ve experienced in the past. My parents are now looking at inventory there. Thank you!

Very happy with the truck I purchased, however the tires were old, starting to dry rot and need to be replaced. When I brought this up to the salesperson they stated the vehicle had a safety inspection and the tires have over 50% of their usable life left. Based on my measurements the tires have about 7-8/32nds of tread left. They also gave me a story about the type of tire being a specialty tire, which it isn’t. Just a Goodyear all terrain tire. Overall happy with the truck disappointed with the lack of safety concerns regarding old tires.

Negative 5 starsthere service department is ONLY concerned with taking your moneyI took my fiesta in to get recall work done on it, they took three weeks and over $1,000 to fix it for it to go into full on limp mode a week later, and when I contacted them about it they acted like this has happened before.I would not wish this kind of service on my worst enemies

Test drove and looked at a couple options, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Bought my new Mach-E from this location a few weeks ago. I had done a lot of planning and research on this purchase and knew all the telltale signs a dealer was going to do something that is frowned upon. None of that happened. They were good about giving me status updates on my order; had everything ready when they said they would; and didnt add any ADM or try to pressure me into add-ons. In addition they honored X-Plan! I have to say I received better service from this dealer than I have received in the past decade being a Porsche, BMW, and Lexus customer. Thats saying something, I hope they keep doing the right thing. While I was never interested in a Ford product before, this dealer is top notch.

We were outta town guests came in early on a Saturday with just an check engine light on. 2017 for f350. All we were wanting them to see if they could do is see what code was.. (very willing to pay for) was told they dont just check codes to take it to a part store down the road and check it! Well I didnt buy my Ford from a parts store. So thats not where I take it! Owned Ford my whole life never been told that! They only do full diagnostics. You can drop it off at beginning of week... no thanks!

I was supposed to have a loaner car and I rearranged my entire schedule around this, as I live far out in a rural area. They did not have one and I was unable to get all the services I had scheduled. They admitted they were supposed to have one and apologized that no one called to tell me one wouldnt be available ahead of time.After the services I did get were rendered, I had to wait for quite some time to get the billing straightened out, per a mistake on their part as well. I spent considerable time on the phone beforehand working out all the details that were not observed at all.With that said, everyone I dealt with there was very nice and did what they could to rectify the situation.

I’ve never had a “good time” buying a vehicle before… but this was the exception to that rule.I had the pleasure of working with Joe and Eric on the sales team - and Jay in the finance department. When the last “t” was crossed and the final “i” dotted, I woulda happily spent a few more hours chewing the fat with these guys. It seems like scheduling an appointment is just a place holder for the day and not the actual time they work on your vehicle. Otherwise the service and work are excellent.

I was not very happy.I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment, and It took over 3 hours and cost me 200 dollars just for the diagnostics. Then I was quoted a repair price of over a 1000 dollars. I turned it down I ordered the 3 parts I needed on Amazon for a total of 205 dollars and did the repair in 15 minutes with a little help from utube. That seems like a huge price to pay for labor on such an easy repair. The repair was to replace my backup camera.

Today, I visited the Service department for a transmission issue and suspension noise on my 2017 F150. I also came here because I was fed up with the poor, sloppy service and long repair times from the big OFord dealer in the area who said they would have to hold my truck for at least 2 weeks just to start looking and any kind of transmission problem. Here at Brighton, I pulled into a very clean service bay and was greeted by many smiling faces even at 5pm on a weekday. The Service desks were all clean, organized, and tidy. Service personnel were very friendly and helpful, and my Service Writer kept me regularly updated on repairs (unlike that other place who would go days without an update). My repairs were completed in one day to my satisfaction (again, unlike that other place who cant do more than an oil change in one day). When I came in to pick up my truck, everyone was friendly, helpful, and still smiling. This is my new home for truck repairs. And, having worked 7 years at dealerships in my past, I can happily call this place a Model Service Department. (As much as it sounds, this is not a paid/sponsored review)

If you are looking for a car new or used - you know how difficult it is to find one. Also most if not all dealers are marking up the limited cars they have - way over MSRP. Its insane. And Brighton had every right to charge us whatever they wanted - the laws of supply and demand. But they didnt mark it up at all! They honor the MSRP. It was truly a blessing for us. No pressure tactics, no hidden charges, no markups. Thank you!Brighton Ford is the place to go. They were the only dealer we could find that is selling MSRP. We saved over $4,000 on our new Bronco Sport.The customer service was also outstanding - the Bronco sport we liked had come in the night before along with 19 other cars . . . they had a lot of cars to process. And with in a few hours of deciding to purchase the car, they had our Bronco ready to go - even added tinting to the front windows. He referred us to Brighton Ford. That meant a lot to us. We called and were referred to Kyle who handles internet sales. Kyle was friendly and helpful, handling all the details over the phone. We experienced difficulties getting our trade in to them. Kyle and Matt were very helpful and reassuring. We drove 5 hours to get there. They were ready with all the paperwork and handled the transaction quickly and efficiently. Jay in finance was very helpful. Kyle followed up with a phone call Monday morning to be sure we made it home safely and were happy with the truck. Purchased a new truck from them in 2018. They pushed an extended warranty on me and I was absolutely misled regarding the fact that I cannot cancel this contract. I sold the truck after driving 43k miles on it. So I paid $3,995 for a 100k mile warranty and only got 6,500 miles of protection. Absolute rip-off and dishonest tactics by not revealing the fact that this is non-cancellable.Lesson learned and I will never shop here again.

While traveling with my dog from Michigan to California, my car started making weird a squeaky/creaky noise on the front driver side of the vehicle. After being stuck overnight in a snow storm (somewhere in Colorado), I decided I needed to get the noise checked before moving on. Thank goodness I was only 9 miles away from Brighten Ford! I arrived a bit early and they opened right on time. Obviously I didn’t have an appointment, but the first employee I spoke with (wish I got her name) was nice enough to check with the quick service department on my issue. They agreed to take a look at my car. To make a long story short, I’m very happy the issue wasn’t as bad as I thought - just some old parts that needed some oil. I was not here long at all, they got me in and out! I left Brighten Ford so happy to have stopped through. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Literally proving the reason I stick with Ford! Usually took my vehicle to Larry Miller’s off of 6th & Simms which was very far from my house.Trying Brighton Ford because much closer to home.Called for appointment and ended up being about 3 weeks out.Door lock actuator acting up driver’s side.Passenger already fixed by Larry Miller.Received recall letter from Ford about Door Actuators.Working on refund from Larry Miller.Already scheduled at Brighton Ford.Didn’t think to have them start the approval process from Ford.Assumed these things would be taken care off.Refused overtime at work to drop truck off.Got message from service representative about approval issues and needing truck over weekend till Monday.Said approval can take 1-3 days and person from Ford could not be reached or left early.Dealing with Kelly whom responded fairly quickly and explained the situation.Tried to reach later that day with no response.Reached another associate who explained that she had already left.Picked up truck and 3 days later texted what I thought was Kelly’s # about my vehicle being approved and rescheduling.No response.Will call to try and see if my truck has been approved for the recall work which could not be done by my extended warranty because it is on recall.Hopefully I can reschedule and hoping for a smooth experience.Possible bad timing on my part or possible communication problem on my part.

Walked in without an appointment and was advised it would take about one hour and a half due to multiple customers already waiting. The service employees were friendly. The waiting area was nice and they had cold bottled water on hand for customers. Would give them a fifth star if they would have ran my vehicle through the car wash prior to returning it to me. I ordered a new F450 back in February and my salesman Servando Sanchez kept me updated on the truck during the entire build process. Called me a couple days ago to inform me my truck just came in. They are horrible. My powering steering went out we went to them a month a go because it was a recall on my car for that. They made up a story to not fix it. The mechanic we are dealing w now said it was the recall issue. Now that we talked to them to fix it now the recall is expired. Law suit coming!!!

The staff was very professional and I also wasn’t waiting for a long time for my vehicle! The service advisor I was being helped by was Samantha Hickey and she was phenomenal! She was able to help me out in my time of need, and made the service fast and easy! I am happy there are still wonderful people in this world! I know how to change my own oil and do all the stuff but I work on vehicles already, but I really don’t want to work on my own. It’s one of those things, and they made everything effortless! Today was my first time needing quick assistance on a tire issue. I went to the Quick Lanes in Brighton as a walk-in & was immediately taken care of. The person helping me (Isaac?) took the extra time to help me work though an insurance claim, had his tech fully explain the do’s & don’ts of driving safely while waiting for a new tire, and helped me order a new key for the tire locks. Clean facility with a nice showroom. Staff is friendly and courteous. Looked at a few different Mustangs but didn’t find the exact model I was specifically looking for. They do have a nice variety of trim levels available to choose from. Will be coming back here when I see the right spec/year mustang show up on their lot. I was impressed by their sales team, did not feel pressured at all.

I bought my 2020 F150 Brighton Ford. So, I take the truck to the Quicklane for maintenance. The truck always comes back clean and ready to go. They have never once told me I needed new blinker fluid for an additional charge of course. They ALWAYS top it off for free. I love this place...

Very poor customer service, needed to drop vehicle off due issue with rear suspension possibly recall issue, I was told that Ford wouldnt take into account tell Wednesday and sorry about your luck but we cant help you with a spare vehicle either. I had to ask to talk with a manager but of course there was no manager on site, a phone call was made to a manager and was given the same response sorry we cant help you with your FORD vehicle at a Ford dealership. Poor customer service across the bored poor effort to help out a return customer for years . I hope this reaches someone who cares about their customers.

I took my 2013 Ford Fusion in because it was intermittently shaking while driving. Not when shifting, but when coasting. I heard a constant buzzing noise while the car was on. I also went through half a tank a gas from driving from Thornton, to Windsor, and back. No engine lights were on.The mechanic did diagnostics and decided that I had 2 bent wheels and that is what was causing all of the problems. After they had the car for three day’s, they called and said it was all fixed. I went to get the car and paid the $2100 charge for 4 wheels.Got in and drove for two minutes and noticed NOTHING was fixed. Same shake, same buzz, bad gas mileage. I called them and nobody answered. I left a seething voicemail.Next day the manager Michael calls me. Says that the technician said that everything is better thanks to the new wheels. I told him nothing was fixed! I asked them to put my old wheels back on because that is obviously not the problem. I asked if they even drove the car. They guaranteed me they did. Michael told me to bring the car back in and we will retest it. But I had to wait a week for the retest because the transmission guy is on vacation.So finally they test the car and say “you need a new transmission”. I asked why they would say that if everything was fine with the new wheels. They said there is a “new” problem when you drive longer then 15 minutes. Bs!! Nothing has changed. The problem is the same problem I took the car in for.I asked, what do all of these diagnostic tests tell you. Well, nothing since there are no engine lights on. So our very skilled transmission guy says I need a new transmission.It has been fighting every day with Brighton Ford telling me I am wrong and there is nothing wrong with the car… to I need a new transmission.They refuse to reimburse me for any money for their original incorrect diagnosis. I have wasted $2100 and now they are saying I need a 7k new transmission. Liars!Stay AWAY from this dealership!!!!!!!

I brought in my 2018 F-150 for a loud engine noise. The technician was able to diagnose that both front wheel bearings were bad and had them replaced. I had a great experience with the dealership. I have been taking my truck to Quick Lane at Brighton Ford for a few years now and they always get meIn and out. No pressuring or trying to make a sale on extra or unnecessary labor or work that needs to be done on my truck. Always courteous when I go in and communication is great as far as when it will be ready or if they will need more time etc even make recommendations as of what may need to be done the next time or at least pay attention to. Will continue going to Quick Lane for more years to come!

Very bad experience and rude sales.After they sold the car to me found some issues and when I tried to call the sales person again he never answered or replied to emails. After I wen there someone helped me and has scheduled an appointment but after I arrived to the appointment the sales manager said “sorry we can’t help”I don’t recommend this place at all especially for new owners.NEVER TRUST THEM WHATEVER THEY SAY TO YOU.
