DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I purchased an entire house of furniture in June and was told it would be available for my move in date in September. I have left emails with ZERO response and 3 messages for the sales person all with NO response. I also left a message for the manager to return my call ASAP as well as did an online chat where they said they sent it to the manager of the store and still no return call for 3 days. The customer service I am able to speak to is now saying it will be December. Their solution is to go to the store which isn’t possible since I am moving from out of state. Every time I call it is another date and another story. I am not sure what they are selling because they HAVE NO INVENTORY. I am not sure how they can be so busy they cannot follow up with a customer call. The phone number doesn’t even ring to the store. They say they will deliver the headboard but the rails are in December which means that is not a functional bed which is useless. This is by far the worst customer service experience by far I have ever received after a sale. When you are standing in the store with your cash they are great…but good luck once you walk out. I would cancel my order but you cannot even do that because NO ONE WILL RETURN A CALL.Update: 1 month later: After an hour visit to the store some of our furniture was delivered. The “white glove” service cracked the rail of the bed in half and didn’t tell us. They said it was “missing a screw and we should refuse it”. Somehow they “found a screw” in the truck that would work. We later found this. It has now been a month with a bed you cannot use. A room with a bed taking up the room so you cannot use the room.The second delivery came with “no hardware” and required a second group to come put the second bed together.We are still waiting on pieces that were to be here in September that are now out till January. We’ve gotten multiple calls saying they need to schedule delivery and when we call back they say that was an autogenerated call and nothing is ready. I’ve emailed the store. Called the store. No response. When I read these 5 star reviews on the shopping experience I laugh..just wait 3-4 months until you have made about 20 calls and there is no response and no furniture. I’m sure you’ll update those.

The selection of style my wife was looking for was great. We found what we were looking for quickly. The price was good on the items we liked. The only reason I’m giving four stars is it was a bit like a car dealership visit and took way longer than it should. But the staff were very friendly and really wanted our business unlike others in the area. Definitely will go back for a sofa and love seat soon.

Our sales rep, Doug, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was super helpful and took the time to make sure we had all our questions answered. He took us through every option available until we found the piece we loved. He made the whole experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be back for future furniture needs. The desk we purchased is absolutely beautiful as well. It is sturdy and makes our whole room look better.

Enjoyed working with Ashleigh and all was easy in ordering but I am concerned about actual delivery dates. I think they (the sales teams) don’t really have any idea of when furniture will be available. When they tell you it will be 30 days I think they are just giving you something to grab but they actually have no idea. The reason I say this is I know how bad our shipping is coming into the ports. Everything is backed up, I’ve been told that containers are just be stacked up and nothing is moving. I think it would be more helpful and professional if Ashley home store would be truthful about the lead times and just say “we are not sure”. They have the data to back this up so why not be transparent.Update: So I received my couch on 10-17 so not bad for what they where where telling me. I ordered on 9-6

Ver very bad quality furniture also very bad customer service I order a furniture from them and every time they send the delivery the furniture was damaged and they have to take it back this happened about 7 times we went to the store in Brentwood to return the stuff they kicked us out of the store saying you are not allowed to come here anymore that’s because we were upset about m. I wish I can give them less than 1. I don’t recommend this people and the quality of the furniture is very very bad and the store manager and the regional manager were disrespectful and very Rude.

Ordered furniture in store on 7/13. Delivery was scheduled for 7/17, reconfirmed from my end a day or two in advance. After Ashley missed the delivery window (that I came back early from an out of town stay for), I called them to see what the delay was. I was informed that my furniture was damaged in the warehouse and wouldn’t be delivered. Again, they did not call me, I had to check and see what was going on.I opened a service case to look into this further and get to a remedy. I was supposed to be contacted within 3-4 hours. That never happened. I called that Monday 7/19 to the customer service center to cancel the order and was informed that I would get a confirmation within 36-hours. Never happened.Later in the week, I received a call that my furniture was in and going to be delivered “this Saturday “. Mid morning Saturday I received a call saying they had to scratch my delivery and that it would be 2-4 weeks before the furniture would arrive. Told them again at that point to cancel my order and refund me. That didn’t happen.Had to go back into the store to get the refund processed, that was a three ring circus to say the least.I’ll also note that throughout this fiasco, I called the store 5-times asking to speak to the manager, leaving messages. To this day, I haven’t received a call back.I had issues in getting furniture delivered with them in the past, not like this, nonetheless they had the piece I wanted, and I gave them another chance. Shame on me for that…There’s too many options to shop from, don’t bother getting jerked around here by their staff that doesn’t give a rip about customer service.-3 stars if I was able….

Do not, repeat do not, shop at this store. How do I give zero stars????? I guess one is the lowest but they don’t deserve one star. Don’t shop with these guys unless you would like to pay up front and wait for months and months without any communication. I have called numerous times, no one answers store, no one at main office can help, they escalate call for a 48-72 hour return call which never happens. Post on Yelp they tell you to text a group that has no idea what they are doing. Ship someone else if you actually want your furniture and want good customer service. Buyer beware of Ashley home store..Update back from their comment below... Same (i believe automated) response to TEXT (have done this and they dont seem to be able to do anything) and EMAIL - Which helps zero.. Which I explained in the comments above. I dont fault the employees as they clearly have leadership that either doesnt care or is incompetent.

Hands down, Lily Blake is the best sales person I have ever encountered! I would buy the whole store (if I could) just so she could get the commissions for it all. The enthusiasm she had to help us find what we needed was beyond expectations. I will be back for sure!! Even if its just to say hi! 😁

Richard helped us pick out some great pieces and was fantastic! He was very helpful and not pushy at all. We had a great experience and have bought furniture at Ashley the last 2 times we moved. We will go there anytime we need something new! Best prices and honestly best selection and we looked at several places. You can’t go wrong!

Judy went the extra mile to finish up a sale that another sales rep had started and wasn’t there today. We had driven a ways and didn’t want to come back a different day. Judy made everything very clear on what to expect from delivery. It’s not so easy buying furniture in a timely way now a days, but Judy made it a good experience. We went in today to look for a new sofa, having picked out a living room set online. Upon seeing it we realized it really wasn’t what we were searching for. I purchased a bedroom set and couch on 7/3. I asked to make sure that the items I selected were in inventory and there would not be any delays. The sales person told me everything was available besides one night stand. I had no issue with a delay on a nightstand. My delivery date scheduled for 7/27. As the date got closer, I began using the text line to get updates because Ashley’s Furniture has HORRIBLE customer service and does not ever contact someone about delays. The updated delivery date changed about 5 times, but all were said to be at the beginning of August. Last I had heard, everything should have been delivered to their warehouse on 8/7. Today, 8/8, I texted the line to ensure that everything was delivered and I received a text that now they are expecting delivery 9/24. The fact that they do not provide any status updates by email or otherwise is sickening. The sales rep knows my situation and that I moved across the country with zero furniture and I continued to stress that I needed to pick items that would not be delayed. I’m sick to my stomach over this and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. If you’d like to receive furniture DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I spent $8.5k and no one is willing to be accountable or provide updates unless you want to track them down.

Bought 1 shelf in June 2021. We were told that the estimated delivery date was 3 weeks. After July had almost completely passed by, we called asking for an update on delivery. Ashley’s then explained that the delivery no longer has an estimated delivery date since the shelf is now on back order. Towards the end of September, we called and were told it would be delivered October 1st & that we would receive a call with more delivery details. When it was never delivered & we never received a call, we called and were told it would now be delivered on October 13th. Today, October 12th, I called to confirm delivery. I was told today that the shelf would not be delivered until August 2022. I’ve now been on the phone for 1 hour on hold trying to cancel my order. We should not have been sold this shelf if it was no longer available. Ashley’s never called to inform us of the delivery updates. We had to consistently call to receive information. Ashley’s also should not have been guessing delivery dates instead of determining accurate dates of delivery. Ashley’s Furniture has the worst customer service after you purchase. I’m still on hold to cancel at this very moment. Does anyone answer the phones?? I’ve not been this frustrated with customer service in a very long time. I will never shop with Ashley’s EVER again.

This has been the worst experience purchasing anything in my life. I understand that there are supply chain issues causing 4-5 month delays on deliveries, but thats no excuse for the terrible service. I received 6 phone calls in a row spread out 10-15 minutes from an automated dialer, confirming delivery and those calls started at 6:00 in the morning! This was after I had already confirmed deliver via the text they sent, and via the e-mail they sent. In addition to the harassing auto dials, so far now furniture has been damaged 3 separate times on delivery. One of the instances, I saw the delivery person drop the night stand and asked if I wanted it anyway. It was clearly and severely damaged and when I said no sorry I cant accept that, he was very rude and just walked away. Today, I took the morning off work to accept delivery of the final piece of my order. I saw on the delivery status that I was stop #5 and they were on stop #6. I didnt know why they skipped me so I had to call customer service, sit on hold for 20 minutes, for them to tell me the piece was (once again) damaged in the warehouse prior to delivery and cannot be delivered. That would have been nice to know this morning before I took off work or wouldve been nice for SOMEONE to call and let me know rather than make me just sit here waiting for someone to show up when theyre not even coming. I will absolutely never, ever, EVER purchase from here again. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Went in to look for furniture that I had seen online to order for delivery later this year. The sales associate I worked with was very informative and helpful. Was looking at a bedroom set was helpful with showing mattress options and did not try and upsell me on items over my budget. Was very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the customer service.

People in the store were nice enough, but after placing our order the customer service is unimaginably bad. Told us in store that watt would be around 10-12 weeks and it was more than double that. Then, they sent us an email on Thursday saying our furniture delivery was scheduled for Saturday and gave us little to no ability to change the date. They literally told me if I needed to move it back more than a week that they were going to give my furniture to someone else and it would be back ordered until god knows when. If I spend $6,000 with a company I expect the slightest level of customer service. Literally -1000 / 5. Don’t shop here.

Received a call stating my bedroom set was going to be delivered, all pieces except one night stand (I ordered 2) which would come in 2-3 weeks. Since I signed up for “The White Glove Delivery Service”, I read the instructions on my receipt, confirmed my appointment and removed all the old furniture. Delivery was late, there was no mattress as I was told over the phone, only the box spring. They forgot the dresser as it wasn’t in the truck. The night stand had a hole in the bottom, looked like someone punched the bottom out of it and it was scratched up. The bed frame was dented too. Of course, I rejected the order. The delivery guys told me that I shouldn’t accept furniture in this condition. I called the store to report what happened, spoke to Cathy. I asked that she have a manager call me to discuss what happened as I was not confident I would receive furniture as advertised while at the store. She assured me a manager would call me back. No one called. I call again that evening and was routed to the call center. The rep said she would have her manager, Rob, call me back. No one called. I have now lost trust in this company and I will be driving to the store to cancel my entire order. The receipt specifically says professional packing/transporting, assembly etc. the furniture was assembled and placed in the back of a truck with no foam, cardboard or protection of any kind. Ashley Furniture, you should either remove this from your sales pitch/receipt or fix the issue. Don’t let it leave the warehouse unless it has the packing protection to withstand the trip.

We were helped by Tommy, and he was very kind and informative. We were able to find the bedroom set of my dreams, and I’m so excited to receive it! It was over the budget my husband and I had initially set, but with financing and 36 months no interest, we were able to get exactly what we wanted at a good monthly price. Very happy with our experience, and we will be back for a couch!

As she showed me the selections, she noted what I did and didnt like in fabrics and styles. I found exactly what I was looking for without wasting time. Alexis even found a chair and half that coordinated with my sofa, so I bought that too! She did not rush as we looked and made this shopping experience fun!! I don’t even know where to start. Ordered over $3000 dollars worth of furniture from this store on April 1st. Was told it would be delivered by end of May. Great! No problem. May comes and goes, nothing. Mid June I decide to reach out and see where my furniture is. Ashley furniture says all pieces but 1 will be ready for delivery by end of June. Sounds good. Deliver day comes end of June and 1 of the pieces that was scheduled for delivery doesn’t come. So I reach back out again and they say well it’ll be ready in July but won’t commit to a date. I check back a few days ago and now my remaining furniture is scheduled to arrive August 13th. How does my date keep getting pushed back? Nobody at Ashley can answer that. So we decide to switch out the last few pieces of furniture for something that’s in stock. Delivery day is only 2 days from when we make the switch. Well today is delivery day, and nobody can even tell me what time today the furniture might arrive. I have to call the store 4 times to even get them to answer their phones. They say they use a 3rd party delivery service and they don’t know when the furniture will come. So now I’m stuck waiting at home all day, for furniture that may or may not arrive. Oh and also, I was supposed to be credited around $250 dollars onto my credit card because we switched to cheaper furniture. 2 days later and still no sign of the credit.Moral of the story: don’t buy from this store, and maybe Ashley furniture in general. Nobody is helpful. Nobody has any answers. They still owe me money. This has been a horrible and frustrating experience.Edit: My furniture that was literally scheduled at the store to be delivered today, has now been rescheduled for next Wednesday. There is no bottom to how poorly this store operates.

She was very gracious and made sure the furniture was delivered very quickly thereafter. I am updating my review because now that the delivery issue is resolved, I am happy with my order. The furniture itself is wonderful and Im happy with the quality of the items. Thank you to the store for resolving my delivery complaint.Initial Review:On January 18, 2021, I ordered a power recliner, a reclining sofa and an end table from this store. The in-store service was excellent, but delivery has been an issue. When I bought the items, I was given a delivery date of approx. one month later, but the dates have changed at least 3 times. Now, 4 months later, I still dont have any of the items nor do I have a firm delivery date for any of them.I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Middle TN and continue to try to get the situation resolved with the store so that I can get the items I purchased.

We have placed our order in March 2021 at Ashley Stores (Brentwood), sales associate promised us all items will deliver by May mid 2021 and we have agreed for it. Till now we have received only dining table with chairs that also with multiple deliveries.Still we are yet to receive our Master bedroom furniture set and Queen bed furniture set and its been more than 5 months and postponed 5 to 6 times. I really wish I could write a good review on this store. I am absolutely in love with their products, but am honestly afraid I will never receive what I purchased. I purchased a love seat and sofa matching set back in May, and was excited to be told they would be available for delivery the week after we moved into our new home in July. To our surprise they did not ever contact us as we got closer to our delivery time and the company did not tell us this was going to be changed. We were then told, after having to reach out to them, that the new date of our furniture arriving would be late July for one piece and late August for the second. When the July piece didn’t happen, and we reached out again, we were told both would be available for August 8th. This date came and passed, and once again we had to reach out to ask when this was getting in to schedule the delivery. Then, this past week I called and was told the first would be available the 14th(today) and the second would be available in early to late September. I was told to wait and they would contact me for the official delivery time. Well today, I missed a call to schedule my “delivery”. I called back, and after being hung up on multiple times I was told one piece is now available for next weekend, but our main sofa won’t be available until NOVEMBER. November. We are at a loss of what to do and feel as though we should just cancel this order all together.

Walking into furniture stores is always a tough thing to do. Pushy salespeople swarming you which ultimately makes you feel like they don’t care about what you need, but the commission they will make. Moving to a new house already creates enough stress, especially having to furnish from scratch. We can tell you, our experience with Ashleigh from Ashley Furniture store made our experience the best we have ever had. She was professional, not pushy. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us ideas to direct us into the right direction of the type of warmth and decor we were looking for. But most of all, she was a pleasure to deal with.

Ive purchased furniture including two bed frames, 2 mattresses, and 1 box springs for me and my son. This was handled with two separate transactions within a few years of each other at the same location of Cool Springs, and both experiences were some of the best weve had purchasing in a retail environment. The employees at this store are knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and so helpful. Even the manager came over to make sure everything was going great. I paid off my bed, and my sons bed frame, and went back and purchased my son a mattress. Both experiences were wonderful. I highly recommend this location. Ive been in Customer Service for over 20 years and pretty hard to impress. So, this isnt something I do often. Thanks to the wonderful employees, and especially the super helpful mattress Dr. 👨🏾‍💼and sales lady 👩🏻 that assisted us today. Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤜🏼🤛🏼

I’m a repeat Ashley Customer. Jason was great at the time of purchase super knowledgeable and super kind. However, after I spent over $5000 at the store I ended up having a terrible experience. I reached out to speak to the manager and never got a callback. I had to physically drive and walk into the store to get customer service help and was met with rudeness. The team told me that they were “too busy” to get back to me. Which implied that since they already got my money I’m not as important as the people in the showroom “may” purchase something. I waited over a week before leaving a review to see if they would do the right thing, I have still yet to receive a phone call. I was planning on purchasing a lot more furniture and will not be doing that. I will also no longer be referring Ashley Furniture. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere, all they want is a sale and will not take care of their customers after purchase.

I don’t even know where to start. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. I bought an adjustable frame and mattress, dining room table, dining room chairs and a TV cabinet. EVERY SINGLE DELIVERY has been a disaster. I receive confirmation text messages and emails with specific delivery windows, and I take days off from work and nothing is delivered. I go into the store to check on things and nothing happens, nothing is fixed. When something is finally delivered, like my brand new dining room table, it is terribly damaged. I give very specific delivery instructions as to my address and location, and those instructions are always ignored and the delivery drivers always get lost. When my most expensive item, my adjustable bed was to be delivered, not only did they not have it, not deliver it when promised, but when they finally did deliver it, it wasn’t even the bed that I had ordered and paid for. I cannot imagine how this company stays in business with such terrible disgusting customer service. If I ever get all of my furniture delivered, I will never ever ever ever shop here again. I would not buy a coaster or a napkin ring from this company. Take heed people. Shop elsewhere.

Shady - Sketchy... however you want to describe it.Covid did a number on these guys and they have been resorting to some pretty low tactics. Ordered a couch in March and wanted to cancel since they kept pushing the delivery date back further and further.They wont answer phone calls. We even went into the store and waited for 40ish minutes to speak to a manager, who eventually gave us her personal cell phone number and promised she would take care of it and to reach out to her anytime -- not one time did she answer or respond.(She probably quit)Only thing that worked was calling corporate directly, which still was a hassle.This place sucks. We are just going to have to pay more and go to a higher end furniture store -- at least they answer their phone.

We recently visited this store knowing exactly what we wanted when we walked in. After perusing around a bit a sales member approached us. We told her what we were looking for and she took us over to it. Explained the pricing and let us see a few other options, only to come back to the original. I applied for store credit, was approved and scheduled delivery within 20 minutes. Delivery arrived within the delivery window and we now have beautiful new bedroom furniture.

Shopped with my son for his new apartment. Tommy was very helpful and guided us to some perfect pieces for the new place. So the shopping experience was good. Now we’re preparing for the delivery and it’s all messed up! Evidently our preferred delivery dates weren’t entered - and we can’t blame it all on Tommy. He seemed to be relatively new and a manager (district or regional) assisted him. A month later, we find that none of the dates we thought we had confirmed with them were confirmed.

TL:DR I was sold furniture that did not exist, and it has been delayed indefinitely after I paid for it over 4 months ago. Do not purchase from this company.Allow me to get the singular good thing about my experience out of the way, and that was the saleswoman that worked with me. She was very helpful in explaining and selling furniture that did not exist. Now on to the rest of the experience.I went to this store on May 7th of 2021, and was sold several pieces of furniture. I scheduled the furniture to be delivered on July 17th, over two months later. I was told the furniture would deliver by that date. Everything seemed great. Then the 17th rolled around, and no furniture came. A 2 hour call to their customer service resulted in them telling me (after reaching out to them) that my furniture was delayed a month. August 17th comes and goes, still no furniture. Again, the customer service runaround, which results in another month delay. I am now writing this review because most of my furniture has been delayed another month (as if that is the truth), and that the rest has been delayed INDEFINITELY. Do NOT buy from this company, they do not have the furniture that they are selling available, and it doesnt seem like that will change anytime soon. They are quite literally stealing from their customers.

What a sorry excuse for a company, lacks transparency, professionalism, & the ability to uphold an order. Ordered my furniture over 2 months ago and was given a estimated delivery date of 05/22. Called a week later after 5/22 to see what the hold up was because by that date we did not receive a single phone call or text. Our furniture was in the warehouse waiting on a king size box spring? Received a text on July 1st to schedule for either Tuesday July 13, Wed. July 14, or Thurs July 15. I chose Tuesday, now this morning (the day before my delivery) i receive a voicemail asking to call and reschedule my delivery date with no explainable reason besides “due to being delayed for a later date.” I try to call and get some answers and all their delivery department can tell me is “no, you’re scheduled for Saturday.” I then get hung up by their wonderful customer service representative to then be put on hold for another 10 minutes to try and get some answers. Still no reasonable answer to why my delivery was scheduled and then needed to be pushed back an additional week. Saturday July 17th is now my delivery date, nearly a full month past my estimated delivery date and 3 months since i ordered. I will never order another piece of furniture through this company.

The furniture for livingroom and bedroom was not upto the mark, it was okay. It showed monthly payments on all the items which was affordable, people who cannot pay in full, monthly installment is a good idea. But again the quality and designs were very basic.

Great store with great prices. We bought a ton of furniture here about 4 years ago and it’s held up super great. Prices weren’t as cheap as some stores but not as expensive as others. Sits in that perfect spot for quality furniture at a great deal. Chandra helped us today and was a wonderful saleswoman with lots of knowledge and gave us quick service.

I walked around for almost an hour and ready to purchase some furniture. However, no one single sales associate on the sales floor ever asked if I needed help. I noticed certain sales associates came almost to the door and greeted certain people and even gave them a 25% off coupons. I might had looked out of place, but I was ready to make a purchase in cash!!! By noticing the discrepancies on how customers were being greeted, I walked out. Never judge the book by its cover

Chandra was very friendly and helpful! She let me wander without pressure, but checked back to make sure I was good. The store didn’t have a couch I had seen online, but she asked my size and color preferences and took me to something similar that worked perfectly! She showed me the different options for pricing and financing and talked me through each part. I would recommend Chandra to anyone and the other staff seemed friendly and helpful too!

Great experience! We went in to look for a particular type of sofa chair. We were greeted within the first minute of being in the store. We told Judy what we were looking for and she took us to one right away. We decided to order the piece and she made the process very easy. She was very professional and knowledgeable on the products Ashley carries. It was a great experience and we will definitely go back again.

It’s been 9 months and I’m still waiting on furniture. I found out I was pregnant right after we ordered furniture and I’m due next week. That just goes to show you how long we have been waiting. They kept telling me certain things were in but they were waiting on others but every time I would call they would say another part, which makes no sense at all. Also, nobody answers at the store or updates on shipping dates or stock dates.

Bought furniture in May and scheduled white glove delivery service for the last week of July. Every call has been the same story (if I dont get hung up on) 2-4 weeks we should have your furniture. I call back in 2 weeks, Its still at the manufacturer, we should have it in 2 weeks. You can tell someone is telling all these CSRs to parrot the 2 week line. At this point I have no idea if Im ever getting my furniture. My wife has been working on a plastic folding table in lieu of a desk and we are enjoying our new living room in camping chairs and barstools. If I ever do get my furniture this will be my last purchase from Ashley.

One start is way too much, i did my order on May, they told me it will be delivery in 12 weeks, delivery date was scheduled on aug 12th, call the store to check the status of the order and now they are saying estimate delivery for December, are you kidding me? More the 6 months? That was not what they told me when I purchase the items, they told me 12 weeks and I can understan a delay but more than 6 months?? Now if i cancell the order they will charge me 10% of the order 🤬This is ridiculous. Please be careful if you buy furniture from this store. Never been so disappointed!!

My wife and I went in today, 1/27/21, looking for a couch and the lady, Chandra, was the most pleasant person that I’ve ever dealt with in a professional setting. She walked us through what options were available and how to find out for each piece what was available, broke down the pricing and went over every single option for financing our couch. She was very personable and charming and we had lots of laughs and an overall good time. I will be asking for her to buy the rest of my furnishings from now on. Best service you could ask for when buying furniture for the first time. I wish I could give more stars.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Please be sure you read all of the fine print. You can not trust that they will tell you accurate information. I recently bought a mattress and was told if we didn’t like it we could exchange it for “something else in the store”. I asked, “so I could use the credit on a sofa” which I was also considering. He told me yes. Turns out I can only exchange it for another mattress, not anything in the store. The mattress I ordered originally was $1000 more than a the other one I exchanged it for and they told me I would be just loosing that money unless I also bought an adjustable frame which was $1800. So either loose a grand or spend almost another grand on something I wasn’t going to buy. Then when I did the exchange they told me my item was in stock and that I would get a call in a few days to schedule delivery. I call a week later and my items are not in stock, never were and they don’t know when it will be in. It’s been over a month sense then and several calls into customer service where I’ve been disconnected with more than I’ve actually talked to anyone. I will NEVER buy something from this chain again.

Terrible Company, Go somewhere else unless you want to pay money for a promise of a couch that never comes. We Ordered a couch in March and was told it would come in June but it’s July and two scheduled deliveries later it’s still not here. They keep saying it will be delivered at a certain date and I have to call on that date to find out it’s pushed out again one more week. They have zero customer service and pushy sales people.After emailing the person who responded the delivery date was moved one day later…. Useless

Fabulous experience. First off, the selection was outstanding. After visiting 5–6 other stores, they did not have nearly the options and inventory that Ashley has. Second, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel pressure, and there was always someone around to answer questions. Third, they double checked our order to make sure it was right, plus thoroughly explained all options available to us. We will definitely be back to purchase again.

Called to check on my refund today 3/2/2021 and was told by a nice lady Dee that my order was NEVER CANCELLED. Yet an email from Lane Robinson from the escalations depart said it would be cancelled by 2/11/2021. Now I have to wait an additionally 7 to 10 Business days to receive my refund which at this point I feel like I will have to take legal action to have happen. I guess this company just doesnt are how it treats peopleSo my saga continues. Almost a month later and I havent received the refund for the only part of my order that I paid for up front. It is so funny how quickly Ashley took my money compared to how long it is taking them to give it back.I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with a purchase. I am the type of customer that is often willing to pay more for excellent service. To call the service that my wife and I have received from the staff at the Cool Springs location here in Brentwood TN horrible is actually an understatement. We understand delays in delivery, but the utter lack of communication from the salesperson and management is appalling. we are cancelling a total of $9000.00 in purchases simply because we have no faith that we will actually receive our furniture. Word to the wise, DO NOT purchase from this store!

Extremely poor service from our sales rep to scheduling delivery. I will NEVER use Ashley again. I have several pieces of Ashley furniture in my home and have never had an experience this bad. Getting the pieces delivered has been a nightmare. Every time I call, Im given a further delay. At this point, Im planning to cancel my order and look elsewhere.

We have had the most unbelievably terrible experience with Ashley Furniture. We ordered a couch in early December 2020 from the store in Brentwood, TN, and they told us the couch would be delivered in mid March. It showed up a month early, while we were moving and in between houses. We had to argue with multiple people for them to agree to hold it for two more weeks (still earlier than the originally stated arrival date). During that two weeks, Ashley sold the sectional to someone else and required us to reorder the item. They gave us some money back and said it would arrive by the end of March. The item arrived mid April damaged. The delivery driver lied to us by telling us that he noted the damage in their system, and Ashley would be in contact with me within the next couple of days. After two weeks, I called to find out that the delivery driver did not have access to their systems, and Ashley did not have record of any damage. We reordered the item, and they scheduled delivery for June 19. On June 19, the delivery driver called to say he was 15 minutes away. 3 hours later after calling the driver and the distribution center to find out what was going on and getting no answer, I had to run an errand. The delivery driver then texted me that he was 4 minutes away. I told him I would be home in 15 minutes. When I got home, the driver had left because they said 15 minutes was all they were allowed to wait... even though they were over 3.5 hours late. I rescheduled for Monday, June 28. On Monday, I waited and called when no one arrived. They said the delivery had been cancelled internally and offered a refund for the inconveniences. They rescheduled again for July 10. The items arrives damaged. I called again and reschedule for July 24. However, now they are saying they never offered the refund amount that was discussed. Brandon, the manager, says he cannot speak to hear say but would not be honoring that amount and that I was being unreasonable. I informed him I never asked for that amount, but that was what was offered to me. He hung up the phone on me abruptly. July 24th arrives, and they were a no show again. I called, and the distribution person informs me they dont have the item and will need to reschedule. It is July 26, and I still do not have an undamaged sectional that was ordered in early December 2020.Through all this, I was supposed to get multiple call backs from customer service and distribution managers, most of which never happened. I called the store multiple times asking to talk to the manager only to be blocked by their operations manager. It was not until I called every 15 minutes multiple times in a row that Brandon, store manager, actually took my call.I do not recommend using this store or this company.

Lied about delivery dates, informed us after the fact we might not get all pieces of bedroom suit since all was not available at same time, sales rep Julie Holt is worthless. Told us anytime with a problem to call her. Have called her 10 times and she wont answer or return calls. We finally got a cancellation confirmation from so.eone in California. and told we would get check within 7 days. Been over a month and no check.Cant talk to anyone at store for customer service unless you pick to talk to sales rep from their phone prompt. Total liars and unethical. Great customer service. Rudy did an excellent job understanding my needs and waiting for my wife and I to make the decision. Did not press me for a sale. I was told it will take until potentially March 1st. I am optimistic because I understand the issue with staffing and COVID. We had a pleasant buying experience from this store and really liked our sales person Tony; however, after we left the store and started having deliveries my opinion changed. One: I’ve left three messages for the manager over a week and no one has called me back. Two: Tony no longer wants to help us and continues to pass us on to the manager; however, when Ne-okey answers the phone she’s extremely helpful and gives me the answers that Tony didn’t want to deal with. Overall I’m dropping stars from my review. They’re happy to help when you’re buying but not so much after you leave the store.

Would give this company zero stars if possible. We bought new furniture, and after waiting two months just had it delivered. It’s the wrong furniture or a defective piece, as they are supposed to be reclining sofas but they don’t recline. When we called to get it taken care of, we’ve been disconnected multiple times and on the last call we were told to call back tomorrow because they can’t help us as it’s too close to when it was delivered. This is ridiculous. Poor quality control for an item to leave the warehouse like this and poor customer service to not search for answers. Wouldn’t even think about doing business with them again unless they make this right.

Person checking us out totally arrogant. He didn’t care about anything because the “store was already at 200% to goal”. He incorrectly typed my phone number. We called six times to have it fixed and eventually was. So we had to wait six weeks to get furniture delivered. When it was delivered the “warehouse cut off the plastic”, so was on the dirty truck unprotected and you guessed it arrived with a stain. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. Also do not respond with “call me and we’ll make it right”. It should be right for the amount of money spent in the first place.

Do not order from this company. We have been waiting for three months for our furniture, we are given a date then no calls, I call to confirm the delivery and its been delayed. No one bothers to contact you. I was given another date and I call to confirm. Nope wont be that date either. I asked when it will be here. Well we can give you an estimate but we cant confirm that date either. Trying to get hold of a manager is impossible. The customer service doesnt care. I would not recommend Ashley Furniture to my worst enemy! We paid CASH in February 2021 for a bed set, and after 7 attempts to deliver the right rails with the foot board, (Yes I said 7!) as of May 28, 20201, todays delivery FAOLED again! I have had ZERO calls back from request to the store, corporate, delivery warehouse, management...NOBODY gives a D#!@% at this organization. They tout being Americas Largest Furniture Retailer...does their corporate management remember a couple little old companies called Kmart or Sears?? Oh, maybe thats where those company engineers of those disasters went..it just occurred to me..to Ashley Home Furniture! This company is a joke and all should be embarrassed to work for such a customer NO Service oriented business.
