Ocean City Beach is fun. Great water and excellent boardwalk with toms of food options. There are amusements (ferris wheels, bungee jumping attractions, and more) that offers something for everyone. Lots of musicians and artists creating art on the boardwalk. Its clean and monitored by the State Police and local security. Parking is slightly tricky but nothing unexpected for such a popular spot. Have fun!

Store does not accept returns past return date for store credit, very disappointed. Will be going to the hardware store accross the street exclusively from now on.

Absolutely Love Home Depot in Brentwood. One of my go to Stores for creativity. however i do see a cost increase this year for Christmas Trees. Therefore this year i did not purchase my tree at this Store. Although the Trees appear very healthy, freshly cut and smell amazing I felt the 9-10 footers are just too costly. Looking at Lowe’s across the street , their prices are pretty much the same. This year i left and drove to the hills to cut our own 10 foot down for a fee of $75.

The positive about this Home Depot is if Lowes across the street doesnt have what you need, there is a good chance this place will have it. In comparison to its competition across the street, theyre less organized by a lot, the customer service is lacking and this was the case before Covid. I can say that post Covid the customer service here did not decline, just stayed the same. The store was also very unsanitary in the flooring section today. It looked as if a bird got in and sat up in the lighting and used the flooring samples as their bathroom in addition to leaving their feathers as a calling card.

Love Home Depot! One stop shop for all things home. The customer service is great here.

When returning an item with the receipt they do not honor the price you paid on the reciept, you get their current price. This means I lost money in the transaction. Not happy about that.

Ordered a chandelier online and picked it up here. Free shipping and the employees are nice, always helpful whenever I need it when shopping.

BUYER BEWARE. We went to Home Depot in Brentwood, CA for floor tile and spent $5k for three rooms (materials and labor). Home Depot uses JW Flooring as their installer. When we had trouble getting through to JW Flooring with questions, scheduling, etc. we asked for a different installer. Per Home Depot they do not use anyone else. Know that when things dont go well with JW, and youve already signed the contract, youre stuck with a sub-par flooring company.This is a summary of our experience with JW Flooring:- They were scheduled to start on Monday 8/9 in the AM but instead they let us know on Monday AM that they would not be starting until between 1-3PM- Two installers showed up around 4pm on Monday, they stayed 5 minutes, looked around, said they didnt have the right tools with them so theyd have to start on Tuesday- Tile was installed in kitchen and two bathrooms so they removed two toilets and put them back before leaving on the last day- When they finished on Friday afternoon, we went out to eat, when we got back both bathrooms with new tile were flooded via leaks from the toilet tanks- We turned off our water, cleaned up the mess and called JW Flooring to report the problem, they said the follow-up guy that was coming on Monday to tack the carpet back down would fix it- We were left without use of the bathrooms all weekend- On Monday morning at 5:30AM the JW Flooring rep came and tacked down the carpet, then told us that JW Flooring takes no responsibility for the toilets, its just something that sometimes happens when toilets are moved and now we should hire a plumberThis has been the worst home improvement/installation experience weve ever had. We sent the above concerns via an email along with a video of the flooding to JW Flooring - they did not respond. I couldnt post the video here so including a few still shots.Giving Home Depot 2 Stars for having a good selection of tile at reasonable prices. No stars for the experience of getting correct tile to our home, or for the unprofessional contractor used for installation.

Had to wait a long time. Wating for someone to be call to help me. Witch took a a long time. Then I have to explain to her how to do her job from start to finish (who to call part numbers ect..) not a good experience. Fyi it was at the customer service counter.

It is a happening place. It is very near to home in fact walkable. I am visiting at-least couple of times a week. Staffs are pretty helpful. I bought lumber, blinds, and gardening stuff and plants.

Today was a good day! The customer service has improved. I was immediately ask if I needed any assistant. I did not have to walk around for 30 minutes looking for my items.

Clean store, well stocked with just about everything you ever need for home improvement projects and tools. On numerous occasions weve already witnessed how under trained some of the employees are. I went in to purchase a new nail gun, no employees around so I asked for service help in the tools section, 5 mins later a young man shows up and I ask him a few questions about the 2 different nail guns and he wasnt able to answer any of my questions... this is just one of many examples at this location. We never run into this issue when we go to ACE hardware or Lowes.. Aside from these issues, its a good place to go if you already know what you need or want and dont need to ask for service help.

Have been visiting The Home Depot at this location quite a lot. Could always find everything that I needed for my personal projects. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Store is clean and costumer base is always present in somewhat large amounts. Keep up good work The Home Depot. Will be visiting you again very soon.

Went to get carpet. No one working that depth it seems. They kept calling for clerk, no one showed up. The couple ahead of me (3rd I. Line) had been waiting 30 minutes. Carts of stuff blocking pathways. Gave up and went to Lowes.

We recently tried to rent rototiller. To start off the deposit was almost double what it showed online, the price to rent for 4 hours was the same price that was listed online for a full day. Just so you are aware. We got a friend to put it in his truck for us and brought it over. It didn’t work. We tried for about an hour and it wouldn’t stay on for more than a minute at a time. He called the number for help and they didn’t know what was wrong and told us we could bring it back and exchange it for another one. Our friend came back with his truck a couple hours later and we brought it back. They then told us that we had to pay for another 4 hours and even though we had contacted them and told them it was broken because we didn’t bring it back immediately we had to still pay for the 4 hours as well. Absolute worst customer service I have experienced. Do not recommend.

Awesome store, have a everything what you needed: rental tools, wide assortment of products for construction, garden and home, self check for quick shopping, free huge parking lot, backyard storages, come and see it yourself, I liked.

Just your basic run of the mill Home Depot. Employees are knowledgeable, but you kind of have to track one down to ask for help. Other than that nothing very special about this place.

Blinds got cut. First they told us that the cutter wasn’t working. But we went to the area to validate, and sure enough the cutter was working. Trust but verify!

I use a electric cart supplied by Home Depot and many of the displays are set so closely that the cart cant get through. Other than needing help from other customers I was able to get most of what I was looking for.

I like this Home Depot, BUT I can not emphasize enough..... If you are planning to order an appliance of any kind check with them to see who their delivery and installation company is first!!! It is currently Temco logistics and they have made our lives a living hell! We ordered a refrigerator and a chest freezer from two different Home Depot’s and after a month and a half we still have nothing! Temco is a freaking joke. Just google and read their reviews. I wish I had read them before we ordered because let me tell you, I am not the only one who had a nightmare experience and we finally just canceled both of our orders. Home Depot has been great though trying to help us but unfortunately the only real help they can give people is to get rid of their delivery company!!!

I can never get any help from anyone here whether that be calling or going in. For example, I went to rent something and waited for 30 minutes before leaving. I saw many of the staff sitting doing nothing or just standing around... even after asking for help. Very disappointing!!!

Been converting a school bus into a Lego Stem bus and this has been my go to. People are cool, but I mostly go and get my own stuff. Love the self check out and the pro id helps with not having to have your receipts.

Still has all of the stuff for home improvement, the gardener, for cleaning supplies, etc.

Bought something for curbside pickup, got home and it was incomplete!Somebody had opened and the store taped it shut!I return and go to Returns counter.Nobody wants to help!They are talking to each other and ignoring the customer.A simple exchange, that should have taken 5 minutes...took twenty!Not one time did an employee apologize, or offer any kind words! On Wednesday we placed an order at the Pro center desk The consultant confirmed that the material needed was in-house and would be delivered on Friday.We then had the contractors begin tearing the old fence down because we had a planned to build the fence by Saturday.Today, the delivery guy did his part, but at NO fault of the Pro center consultant writing up the wrong work order we now are without a fence. When explaining the urgency that we have HOA and its not going to work in our favor Home Depot could really care less. We thought it was kind of weird that the consultant just gave us a receipt without a work order, so we assumed it was coming with the delivery person which it did.The Pro center needs to start attaching the work order to the receipts just like the Home Depot in Nashua, New Hampshire. We came here specifically on our vacation to do home upgrades now we have to head home tomorrow with the job incompleted. Home depot is a hot mess.A week or so ago my daughter had three vanities delivered only to have the sink broken into two pieces.Last week we made a trip to home Depot because they confirmed that the mirrors I needed were in stock. However, when we arrived it showed that there were eight in stock, but then they said we cant find them.We live in New Hampshire and we have never experienced the issues we do in the Brentwood California 94513.Home Depot needs think of a better ordering process being multi-million dollar company they should NOTwait to be completely out of an item before ordering. Especially under these unprecedential times (Covid-19) where individuals are stuck in their homes doing upgrades.We immediately called Lowes and explained the situation. Lowes was very accommodating and has everything in-house.The silver lining here is it could have gone a whole different way.Golden ticket it was $700 cheaper than what Home Depot is charging.

While ease of entry and customer service has definitely improved, my lower rating is due to the fact that the customer service desk had 11 employees sitting/standing around inside the work area chatting and 5 did not have their face masks covering their nose and mouths. They had them sitting on their chins or under their necks. Compliance would increase their safety and your customers.

Ordered online for pickup over 24 hours ago and havent heard anything. Tried calling but cant get anybody to talk too. It goes to hold for 5 minute then rings but nobody picks up for a minute and hangs up.

This is the most unprofessional store that I have ever dealt with in mu entire life! I had ordered a mini fridge and ended up getting delivered a regular sized fridge instead. I called the store to return the appliance and was transferred to 4-5 people who could not answer simple questions about returns. I was placed on hold for for over 30 minutes and someone would pick up the phone and quickly place the call back on hold and let the phone ring non-stop. I will never order anything from this store again! Such bad customer service!!!!

Customer service representative was pleasant and brought out my order quickly as possible even though the curb side pickup was full at that time.

Good selection. A lot of the staff arent very helpful when it comes to anything beyond the basics; light bulbs, lumber, which way is the garden center. But you can look on the website and it will tell you what isle and bay to find exactly what you need. So thats cool.

Amazing staff, and I cant say that enough. I had such a positive experience. Due to being vastly unprepared for my project, I had to go to Home Depot three times over the weekend. Each time I was greeted by wonderful staff members who made navigating that huge store into an easy, painless process. I was able to get in and out quickly. The Home Depot team was awesome.

Staff is lazy. Took 45 minutes to get someone to grab a item off the top shelf. We are short handed, as I counted 8 different employees playing grabass in the lumber section and by the rental counter
