I went to get my Emergency Broadband benefit and at this store and was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received from Karen. She was knowledgeable quick and efficient at getting me set up with a mobile hotspot with 35 gigs of data monthly for free.

One of the best experiences I have had. Karen was such an amazing help and I was able to get all my questions answered and get a new phone!!! I would tell all my friends to go here

The store manager Jesus is exceptional!! He was professional, very respectful, generous with his knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference between other alternative phones. Jesus was able to multitask, giving an amazing service to another customer that came after me. He is very fast, but speed doesnt take away the great quality of his service. Over all and in every aspect, Jesus gave me outstanding customer service. Jesus help me navigate the new phone I had to purchase, because my other phone was damaged, along with other devices Im still in the process of repairing, due to these devices falling due to being rear-ended. Almost all my devices that were in inside my car were damaged at the time of the collision. Jesus was patient. I require certain accommodations because Im dyslexic and hearing impaired. I was accomodated in this aspects with dignity. THXUmuch!

Fast reliable service at the front desk

My first time at boost and it worked out perfectly, i met the manager jesus and he gave me execellent customer service; once i walked into the door he was instantly qouting me on a phone and a plan that would best fit my budget, i was even able to get another free phone with the phone I purchased, in total i only spent $270 for one phone and got the other for free! I suggest you choose boost!

Taj was very tentative and worked with me for 2 days on getting my iPhone 11 switched from sprint to Boost Mobile!She was and is very professional, respectful and easy to work with with her get it done attitude and her fun personality. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting the Kitsap Way branch in Bremerton Washington and asking for Taj! You won’t be disappointed I promise

I came in to switch my plan over from a previous dealer, and Jessy was there to help me out and even help me pick out a better phone than the the I initially was going to get. Not only that, she was splendidly friendly, could talk about anything with you, and all-around gave amazing customer service. I highly recommend her in the future and hope her supervisors see her potential!

Online inventory had a promotional sale on a phone and said it was in stock. Once I showed up I was told they don’t carry the phone which just wasted my time. The customer service was great though.

Josh is a superb employee. You should be proud of him. I needed much help today with my new cell phone. He gave freely of his time and knowledge without grunting, frowning, rolling his eyes in disgust nor any negative body language. A pleasure to have him assist me. I was so pleased, I left and brought Josh back a pizza to show my gratitude. He is a keeper.

This store is so busy they could use 2 employees on and around the first.but the customer service is amazing. They really know their stuff and have great products like headphones and batteries at that location.they are hella quick at hooking up service.

I like Boost but there was 1 problem, my Samsung A20 was defective when I bought it,. It was a gift for Christmas. Because I brought it back late to let Boost Mobile know ( I called before I took it back and Boost told me that they (at the store) would replace it. The Boost Manager of the Store Bremerton, Washington(wouldnt take it back) told me to call Samsung and they would replace it. The phone had a problem with the charger area. She told me to buy a wireless charger for the A20. That Cell phone isnt compatible. Nice to see Boost Mobile stepping up to fix a problem...

Ive been a Boost Customer for years now and have had no problems before. I was able to get my 2nd phone replacement due to me getting oil in the microphone (I work with car oil) only to find out that it was sent to me with the wrong sim card. I went to another boost location in Bremerton where they replaced my sim card with the one from my old phone and it started working. I was happy for a moment until I got home and realised I kept roaming and roaming and couldnt make a call or receive them much. Most of the time it kept telling me my network was down. Fast forward a month later or so and I finally dragged myself to the store on Kitsap Way this time and found help at last!Kosh ( I believe was her name and Im sorry if Im mis spelling it ) helped me out with resetting my system profile and said if there were any more issues to come back and they can help out with a new sim card. Definitely coming back to this location.

Customer service referred me to your store. Low and behold you can were closed.

I’ve called boost mobile once to express my concerns about how my service works anywhere but a 10 mike radius of my home and in my home. They told me to shut my phone off and back on and to see if it works. Nope, still fails my calls before they even ring. Says, “Welcome to Verizon wireless.” When supposedly boost runs off Sprint. Fast forward months later (I’ve just been dealing with it) I’m trying to call a government building and I’ve called about 10 times now from my own home, the call fails after 40-60 minute wait times each call.Now I’ve called both boost mobiles twice and neither of them answer. I hate my service and have since the day I’ve gotten it. Would never recommend and would like my months of $50 for nothing back and the money for the phone that was way too much.

Good promotions but if your billing cycle ends on a weekend and you dont have automated pay your service cuts off at midnight
