Delivery fast unloading but it is the worst place for 53 to unloading.

While I was inquiring about a some occupancy sensors that were needed for our schools, I made contact with Walters (Will Call Center) and I had the privilege in being connected with Andrew Felix, Counter Supervisor and Mark Gomez, Branch Manager. All though they did not the quantity I needed, their knowledge in products, professionalism, and support was stellar.Although the phones were ringing; other customers were being assisted, and/ or waiting to be assisted, I never felt rushed. They demonstrated customer care for all. Kudos to Walters and thank you Mr. Felix and Mr. Gomez!

Was very glad to see they are open and they do have a vast selection of tools and parts available. Definitely very helpful staff.

Just received a text message from old manager by the name of Ryan S, how the company is flourishing and doing well followed up by an F U text message. These are the kind of people that work management for this company very immature unprofessional. Just because the companys doing well Ryan doesnt mean you are, you 100% didnt have any idea how to run the tool department and the only reason the pipe department is doing okay is because of your workers not YOU. Getting fired from this place was a blessing 100% and by the way I have your colorful text message saved maybe Ill post pictures of them later...On a separate note WALTERS should have John N running the show not a person like Ryan Im sure other workers for this company think that as well.

They have one lousy purchasing agent who doesnt like vendors to call him! If you call him for the second time to follow up he starts shouting and yelling at callers. Purchasing is his job!!

Some of the worst customer service as well as management especially the pipe bending Department, I can get better answers from a child which in essence shows me that the company can care less as long as some incompetent fool is able to run the department its okay...

The guys at the counter are great. But the moment you have to deal w/ anyone from the back office or management it becomes a bit of a nightmare. Cant get a response to save our life which has led to delays on some of our bigger projects. The head of the Brea Walters even gave me a call and told me a bunch of fluff that he would look into things... absolutely nothing. Prices are high, Service is Terrible. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
