My stylist Olivia was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The seamstress on the other hand was possibly the worst person to work with. She refused to make my bustle the way I requested it. When I was ready to pick up the dress I had to wait for them to fix it. She argued with me about how to make the alterations highly unsatisfactory. Very disappointing for how much I paid. She also left all the tags attached to my dress when it was requested by my stylist for her to remove them. She couldn’t remember anything we discussed for the dress. She asked me for a picture of how she pinned it at the last fitting and had to remeasure me. Unbelievable.

Dont waste your time trying to find a dress here.Im extremely disappointed in the service that I received here from stylist Olivia. No follow-up, no communication and just poor service trying to get anything done. My initial appointment was fine and I requested that some dresses from other Nordstrom locations be brought to this one so that I could try them on. Olivia said that Nordstrom owns all of the dresses you see on their website, so it wouldnt be a problem.I made an appointment on 12/03 to try on said dresses on 01/05 (thats almost a month in advance), then a week before the scheduled appointment she told me that none of the 4 dresses that I requested would actually be available at my appointment and 2 of them would be available the following week if I wanted to come in.I changed my appointment, never got a reply back from Olivia to confirm my new appointment after responding to her 5 days ago. I then emailed Olivia again to see if other dresses that I was interested in were available at their store and if I could try them on at my new appointment, again no response.Disappointed that I wasted so much time waiting for them to ship the dresses that I requested (and that they said would be no issue), thinking that they would have them, then have them fall through along with the lack of follow-up and poor communication.Again, dont waste your time and money trying to find a dress here. There are plenty of more helpful and capable bridal shops out there that can help you find a dress.

I had Nordstrom wedding suite in mind for bridal lingerie, shoes, and undergarments. I already got my dress elsewhere. I called and made an appointment and let them know what I was interested in trying on, including item numbers. This is the only reason I made the appointment, to try on before buying. The person I spoke to over the phone just said ok, I’ll let your stylist know. When I show up to the appointment , which was 45 minutes away from where I live as these wedding suites aren’t everywhere, the stylist was unprepared and in fact did not have a single thing I was looking for. I wish they had just been honest and let me know upfront that they did not have what I was looking for. But instead it seemed that they either didn’t care or figured they’d just try to sell me whatever they happened to have lying around. why do they make you make an appointment if they aren’t even goin to try to fit what you are requesting? The Moral of the story is, Unless you’re looking to buy a specific dress there, triple check to make sure they actually have it, and skip any bridal accessories. Go somewhere else or just buy online and try on at home. Could have saved myself 3 hours.

Dresses were not too good of collections but our consultant Tina was the Best! She sure knows her business.
