Can in particular was so supportive in helping me overcome the hurdles of changes to my bridesmaid dresses throughout a really uncertain time with unplanned postponement, changes to circumstances all outside of our control.The bridesmaid dresses were absolutely stunning, great quality and individual styles which took the pressure of me choosing one design to suit all.Despite the dresses being a mixture of different materials and styles, the colour match was spot on and we were all well co-ordinated.I loved these bridesmaid dresses so much, I bought a two piece matching outfit from DB to change into for the evening. I visited David’s Bridal today with 3 of my bridesmaids. Our stylist was Alex. He was great with my youngest bridesmaid (7) and made her feel like an absolute princess. Alex was patient and always asked if his opinion was welcome before giving it which I found very respectful. Alex even grabbed a bottle of water for us when little bridesmaid lost a tooth mid fitting. I did find that I needed longer than the hours appointment especially to finalise those last details such as measuring and deciding on a final colour. Overall I was really impressed with the service received by all members of staff and a final shout out to Alex who knew his stuff when it came to all dress styles and materials. Thank you!

The consultants at the Stratford Bridal shop were truly amazing and knew what they were doing. Lucia was my initial consultant and then Laura came to join with her amazing expertise and years in the business. I thought I had found my dress but my bridesmaid wanted me to take some time before making such a huge decision especially it being over what I was thinking of purchasing. I think I was a bit overwhelmed towards the end about purchasing the dress now and there ( this was only my second time dress shopping) but besides that the consultants really helped me understand what I liked and wanted and they were so friendly and fun to be around so I really enjoyed my experience. They even advised what colour my bridesmaids should wear which was 5 star and very helpful.I advise all brides to take their time especially if they are not 100%. Im so glad my bridesmaids were with me that day, as I found my perfect dress elsewhere that same day.

Highly recommend Davids Bridal, they have dresses for everyone. Short, simple and elegant as well... they have shoes and whatever you may need on your very special day...but first of all they have brilliant team! I thank my stylist Christina for her professionalism, empathy, kindness, sophisticated sence of humor and friendly atmosphere all the time. She guided me, making right questions and helping to understand what I want, to find myself in a dress - smth I really needed. Super efficient time spending and amazing result! Also Christina gave great advice on finding alterations in my special situation - just two weeks before the ceremony. Augusta was absolutely incredible, she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! All the other stylists gave me so much confidence too when I came out in THE DRESS! The whole experience was so much fun, and so easy - everyone had so much knowledge about the dresses and what would look good so it took all the pressure away from me. Went for a bridal appointment with Augusta and it was such a lovely experience. She really knew her stuff and was patient and kind. She didn’t put pressure on to buy and the experience didn’t feel rushed. The range of dresses was great and there was a huge range of styles and sizes for all budgets. On my first visit she listened carefully to my description of my style and the type of wedding we are planning and proposed 5 dresses. I was then torn between three of them - any one of them would have been lovely! She was very attentive to every little detail, pinning the dresses to give an accurate view of how they would fit once altered to fit correctly. After three visits, I made my decision and have ordered my dress! Thank you Francesca! You were so warm and personal and made this such a lovely experience!

Maisie, was so sweet and so helpful! She was on hand to provide me with assistance in the changing rooms and showing me alternatives. She listened attentively and understood ‘the assignment’ lol. I have been to a further two appointments at Davids Bridal and each one of then was really special. I ended buying my wedding dress from another place and two days before the wedding I was not sure If I was comfortable in it. So less then 48 hours before my wedding I called Davids Bridal again and they managed to book me in for the next hour. Emma M was my consutant and she was amazing. She did manage to find the perfect dress for me and to book my dress in alterations last minute!Next day I went to alterations twice, once in the morning to try and pin the dress so they could work on my dress for the day. I picked up my dress on the same evening and the dress was perfect, thanks to Shaz and Ernie.On my wedding day my husband kept saying how amazing my dress was and all the guests complimented me and said that that dress was the perfect dress for me. I have all of that thanks to Davids Bridal Staff for working so hard and making me feel very special on my wedding day.

My bride and Myself visited David Bridal to buy a wedding dress. We were greeted by our personal member of staff, Emma who has biggest smile and fantastic energy. Absolutely smashing job done by each and every staff member in this store and it has been very delightful experience to pick and alter my bridal attire. Very special thanks to Laura who helped me pick my dream bridal dress and to Shaz who perfectly measured it out for the alteration with cheerful, friendly approach and at the same time professional attitude. The whole process has been very straightforward, effortless and comfortable. I simply attended my appointment, showed couple of example pictures of my dream dress and tried on few similar dresses and found my bridal dress. I really cherished the tradition of making a wish and ringing the bell to seal the deal to purchase the final bridal dress, it definitely brought out emotional moment to appreciate my first bridal look and bond with staffs on another level.Very lovely ambiance and amazing experience!! highly recommended, as there are massive selections of dresses for bridal wear, bridesmaid or prom and many more occasional/evening gowns and dresses.

I came in on Tuesday to try on dresses for the first time. I had the lovely Christina assist me. She was very knowledgeable, and knew exactly which veils would look good with which dresses. She made me feel happy and comfortable in the store, and even encouraged me to call my mum to see what she thought of the dresses I was trying on. I especially enjoyed getting to stand on the centre stage and being able to see the dress from all angles thanks to the mirrors in front, beside, and behind me. Overall I had a lovely experience and I would highly recommend coming here. Although I must suggest coming on a weekday if you can, as that is when they are less busy and you will have more chances to try on more dresses.

Where to even begin! My first visit with Augusta and Lacey was what every bride-to-be dreams of! We tried on lots of different styles to ascertain what worked best for me, and we got there! I found a beautiful dress that same appointment and left extremely happy! They were friendly, helpful, intuitive and had a great eye for what worked best for my style & shape.I then saw a David’s bridal gown at the wedding show that I fell in love with at first sight. I re-booked with Augusta, tail between my legs & asked if I could try it on. She searched high and low for it and I kept my eyes closed whilst she did me up. I opened my eyes and burst into tears. It was perfect, and August was so kind, patient, understanding and joyful! I felt like I was with my best friend and mum all in one. We found the right veil, tiara & shoes that complemented my perfect dress and essentially I’ve lived happily ever after ever since.Words cannot describe how happy and blessed I feel Augusta, a massive thank you to you and Lacey for everything!

Bal and Maisie were fantastic with the very complex and indecisive bride. The ladies were able to narrow down what she was looking for and offered knowledge and wisdom about what would and wouldn’t work. They were really helpful and dedicated to helping my friend finding the dress of her dreams! Also a shout out to Emma, who was equally helpful the first time we came here. Fantastic service!

I had the most lovely experience at davids bridal Stratford today. My stylist was Lucia.C. she was so wonderful. I already have a dress for my wedding but I was unsure about a few things. She didnt make me feel bad about my current dress and she didnt show any less interest because I had a dress already. She supported me in my decisions and was not pushy at all. None of the oh well if you dont buy this today it May be gone by tomorrowI now have the most beautiful dress for the evening of my wedding and I cried when she asked me to ring the bell. I never thought Id cry over a dress. I wish Id come here first. The dresses are a great price too. I highly recommend Lucia especially if you like sparkle and glamour. Thank you xx

Got my non-traditional red wedding dress here. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Michelle helped me select a dress in my first visit, taking into account all my preferences and giving good advice. Alterations went smoothly and were reasonably priced. Felt amazing wearing the dress on the day!

Went with my sister to find her prefect wedding dress. After the first appointment at another store we thought all hope was lost. However, Davids Bride in Stratford was welcoming and warming. Our stylist was Madi and we couldnt ask for a better one. We had a new born baby to contend with and they were very accommodating. Friendly and brilliant staff with excellent knowledge. She knew what she was doing from the word get go. She knew what my sister wanted and what she didnt need. We didnt even think we would have found the one but we did!!!!! Such brilliant prices and restored our faith in shopping again. Only thing I would probably say was we spent an hour and a half in the store and we were a little thirsty. Couldnt recommend a place more even if we tried though.

Came here to shopping for wedding dresses. Augusta was amazing she listened to the little comments I made about dresses and found the perfect dress which turned out to be completely different to what I thought I would get!! She was respectful of my budget and helped me find all the accessories that matched the dress. She also worked with me to my little alterations to my dress and let me know which products were being discontinued so I could take home certain accessories that day to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The ringing the bell tradition was beautiful and she knew I was about to cry before I knew! Truly an unforgettable experience and I am returning for my bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dress!!

I have just collected my dress from David Bridal Stratford City, from start to finish I have been treated like royalty! Everyone is so helpful and can’t do enough for you even in the times we are in. I had Shazna who was dealing with the alterations and Magdalena who assisted me with purchasing my dress! Honestly worth the visit, such a variety of dress and the staff make it worth while. Davids Bridal in Stratford is an absolute dream of a bridal shop. The employees are so knowledgeable and they make you feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I has Christina as my bridal consultant and she was just amazing. Very friendly, had great suggestions, listened to my wants and just absolutely was a dream to work with. Furthermore, my dress arrived very quickly and during my pick up I worked with Alex to do a try on and he was also fantastic. Provided suggestions, helped me try on several veils and just had excellent taste. During my fitting process, I just loved that I had so many different styles to pick from and that they had loads of options for sizing. Davids Bridal completely exceeded my expectations. I had gone to several other London boutiques and the experience was just the best here.

I would highly recommend this place for bridal dress purchase. Asta has been absolutely amazing and has helped me through my crazy journey. I have had to postpone my wedding due to covid and came running back to her. Im 8 months pregnant and she has been really patient with me and made sure i was comfortable throughout the process.

It was such an amazing experience from start to finish! I contacted the store few times and every single time I was helped with such a warm welcome. I attended my appointment which was at 11:00AM, when we arrived we were welcomed with such a positive attitude and atmosphere. Alex was my stylist, he was so lovely and friendly, he asked all the relevant questions with such attention and asked if I was thinking about a particular style, he picked few dresses for me and also took my measurements to be precise. I was very hesitant reading some of the reviews about the store, they were amazing and even tho I am chubby they didn’t make any comments or forced me to wear something smaller than my size! Alex was just amazing, he showed us some earrings and asked if I was interested in any other accessories, I would have loved a pair of shoes to go with it but the were none in store at the time which was understandable. Being my first time I was not aware that alterations might take some time and Alex was also so super amazing sorting that for me to have a speedy service, my bad now I know and will make sure to visit sooner next time! I wanted to really thank the amazing lady behind the counter, I missed her name and I’m so sorry but she was so amazing and beautiful in everything she did. I already told my husband that I would like to get a wedding dress here for our renewal. Lastly I would like to really leave a personal comment, I had my own fitting room, everyone did, all the stylists were always smiling and very warm and while we were waiting we saw few ladies picking up dresses, now you would understand that a store like this works with appointments for a reason, these ladies were walk in and when Alex approached them they were pretty rude to him telling him that they came a long way to visit the store, if you were planning to visit the store why not book an appointment to avoid any misunderstanding Alex aways only doing his job at the end of the day and I really felt for him. Highly highly recommend going here ! Not only did they have a wide selection of dresses to choose from depending on your event, but the staff and stylists are the most kindhearted people ever! The stylist that helped me choose my dress (which is absolutely gorgeous) , Davina, made me so comfortable while trying dresses on and definitely prioritised my feelings above all. She quickly figured out what size was right for me and what type of dress I would love, and she absolutely hit the nail on the head. I cant describe how amazing my experience there was, but I recommend that you do pop in and give them a go. :) A massive thank you again.

Having purchased my dress back in 2019 6 months before my original date I was very nervous that now 2 and a bit years later and 18 weeks pregnant that I would need a whole new dress. However the alterations team at davids bridal were superb. Not only did they put my dress on a special rush job without charging me due to the pregnancy but they turned what could of been a disaster into something beautiful. Everyone of them was so kind and made me feel like I didnt need to worry especially Ernie who was just fabulous! I ended up needing two lots of alterations and when I picked it up it was perfect. They steamed my dress and veil and wished me a very happy wedding and rest of my life ! Davids bridal was the second shop I went to on my first day of trying dresses. I thought Id found the one and would be wasting my time at Davids .... How I was wrong! My entourage and I chose a few dresses and after seeing what Id chosen and listening intently to what I wanted, Augusta (my stylist) was the one that picked out my dress! Its gorgeous, and I definitely got that feeling the moment I tried it on. I would without a doubt recommend coming here, everyone is lovely, honest and positive! And Augusta was fabulous! We had appointment today at your Stratford store. We had the lovely Alex as our consultant. Alex was very helpful considering i didn’t really have a style or colour in mind. He really knew his stuff. We went in for a bridesmaids appointment, my wedding is in 7 weeks and after initially finding out I couldn’t have a lot of the main collection due to their lead time Alex put me at ease that there were dresses available. He was great at picking out colours and styles to suit the girls and we found the perfect ones!! Alex was then kind enough to spend more time with us due to a cancellation in order for me to try on some wedding gowns upstairs.The whole experience was pleasant and I would highly recommend booking in here!

I had the best experience choosing my wedding dress here! The stylists were very friendly and well experienced. I have tried different dresses and each time we have discussed what I liked and didnt like about each of them. At the end the stylists were able to pick the perfect dress for me and made me feel very special. The stylists were also very considerable of my mum who came with me and was consistently talking to her and asking her opinions while I was trying on different gowns. We have left feeling amazing as we have chosen the one! Highly recommend!

I had the most lovely experience at Davids bridal Stratford today with my parents. My stylist was Debbie, she was so helpful and kind. I just want to say a massive thank you to Debbie and the team she was so lovely and made me feel really special!! She asked me about what I was looking for and what i had in mind she listened to what i wanted in a dress and ticked off all the boxes, and so I was able to say yes to the dress!!

Augusta was fantastic on my visit! All of the staff made me feel welcome. My wedding was 2 weeks before my visit and I was so nervous but I found my perfect dress. They listened to what I wanted. The atmosphere was lovely, and the dresses were all beautiful. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop to anyone.

So I’m back here with an update regarding my last, not so positive review…I would like to say thank you to lovely Ernie, who had taken that time to quality check my dress additionally, Ernie ensured that upon the next collection, I would not be disappointed. You also made it a lovely experience.David’s Bridal you have managed to turn this around and rectify what had been.I would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the previous experience. We went shopping for Bridesmaids dresses for my sisters wedding. It was a Saturday. We had an hours appointment. 3 of us were trying on. We were not rushed at all, and Alex, our fitter was fabulous! He helped all of us choose styles we were comfortable in, and offered his expertise when it was needed. The whole experience was very pleasurable and EASY. Cant wait to receive the dresses when they arrive!

Greatest experience ever. Out of all the dress shops I’ve been to, and even any other sort of shop, this has to be the best out of all of them! An experience I’ll never forget, saying yes to the absolute most perfect dress under the help of Alex. All of the staff are super helpful, but Alex is something else. His whole presence is amazing and he knows what’s perfect for you. He won’t stop fighting until you find your best dress! He helped me find my perfect dress, I felt like a princess, no, in fact like a queen, thank you Alex! Definitely coming here again, and I have to keep my dress, it’s so beautiful! I was expecting good things from Davids Bridal but was quite disappointed with my the experience. I went with three bridesmaids to find their dresses (Sizes 10, 12 and 22) . I had called ahead to make sure there were plus sizes available. When we got there we were told to pick out three styles we liked. We picked out three but unfortunately they did not have any of the styles we wanted in the plus size or colour we needed. The shop assistant kept bringing us dresses which were too small for all the bridesmaids even though we had told her the sizing. There ended up being only two styles (which we didnt even like) for my plus size bridesmaid to try on. At one point we just asked if she could bring us any dresses they had in size 22. This total lack of options and the awkward handling of it left my bridesmaid in tears. We werent really offered any help with styles and they didnt have any of the styles we liked in the colour we requested to try on. In the end my bridesmaids had tried on only 2 or 3 dresses each in a mixture of colours we didnt like and sizes which didnt really fit. I asked a senior looking member of staff why they had no plus size dresses to try on when they advertise having them and I had called ahead to request. They said maybe someone else was trying them on. We were then rushed to finish the appointment. I would also say the changing rooms were very crowded and hot. The shop assistant was nice but seemed quite inexperienced and not very helpful. Overall, I would not recommend Davids Bridal.

Went into this shop with my sister to have a look around and cannot praise the staff enough-they were all so polite, friendly and helpful.A massive Thank You to Bal and Lucia as when we left my sister had a complete outfit: beautiful dress, shoes and even underwear and jewellery to match for her big day.They are not pushy, will stick to budget and so lovely and helpful.If you are looking for a dress for your big day I cannot recommend highly enough-you will not be disappointed!

I brought my bridesmaids here as I had seen that Davids Bridal catered to all shapes and sizes and Im so glad I did. Emma M was an absolute joy as a consultant. They made us feel totally at ease and they have an incredible eye for fashion! With this being the first time my bridesmaids tried on dresses we were expecting to leave feeling a bit worried but instead I ended up ordering them there and then!If youre super skinny, plus sized, curvy, flat or anything in the middle then I would absolutely recommend Emma as your consultant! I visited Davids Bridal looking for a dress for my Mums Surprise 65th Birthday Party and I came with the intention of just browsing what was available. My consultant was Alex and he was absolutely fantastic! He helped talk me through the colours I was interested, the styles I know my Mum would like and he was incredibly helpful and attentive. I would recommend his service to anyone looking for a dress for a special event as he showed me range of options and helped with choosing the perfect dress. Overall it was a great experience!

I have just come away from my appointment at David’s Bridal. My stylist Emma was fantastic throughout. She made me feel comfortable, she listen to my likes and dislikes and what I wanted in my wedding dress. She was never pushy and I didn’t ever feel pressured to buy the dress. All of the staff were friendly and the shop had a lovely selection of dresses to suit everyone. I really liked the fact that they had more than one sample size to try on. I said yes to my dress today at David’s Bridal and I cannot fault the service and the store at all. I can’t wait to visit in a couple of weeks for my accessories appointment. Thank you Emma for helping me find my dream dress and for being so lovely!

The whole team from start to finish were great, initially came in March & got a dress for my sisters wedding in July, the wedding was then postponed to October & we needed a more suitable dress as the one I’d got wasn’t for me! I emailed a photo of me in said dress from March to the marketing team who confirmed Stratford had it, they held it for me and helped me get the dream dress within 24hrs! My sisters wedding is in 2 weeks and I now can’t wait.Brandi and the team were so helpful, can’t recommend them enough!

Emma C was fantastic! My sister left with the dress of her dreams. The staff were so welcoming and warm. They made the experience for our family elite. They make everyone feel comfortable and the shop is very inclusive. Emma C is an absolute joy and has a great eye. She picked amazing dresses for my sister, and she looked absolutely beautiful. I would like to make the biggest shout out to Millie from the Stratford store. She went above and beyond her role, I originally bought a dress but unfortunately my parents were not keen and she took the matter at hands and scheduled a new appointment. Once I found my dress she tried different ways to wear it, like belts, tiaras, flower crowns and Underskirt. Millie carefully listened to all details of the wedding, venue and theme to find the perfect dress and accessories. I cant wait to back in for my fitting appointment. Please someone give her a raise!

I came in with 45 minutes to spare looking for a dress for a wedding. Maisie was amazing in finding me a dress with my limited time. Her service is 2nd to none. The whole store made me feel at ease and helped in picking up accessories too!

She made the whole experience truly memorable, along with her colleagues who also took an interest in the appointment and made my daughter feel at ease and special. Helpful staff and good atmosphere albeit felt a bit rushed. I was disappointed that during my first visit my wedding dress was stuffed into a plastic carrier bag. Bit of an anti-climax. Then this happened yet again with my bridesmaid dresses where all five were rolled up and crammed into a plastic bag. I would assume that after spending all of that money it would at least be presented in a zip clothes bag or box. Makes it all feel quite cheap and like you are just on the conveyor belt. Also, the charges for alterations were very pricey. I was charged two express fees for my bridesmaids dresses even though it was one order. The dresses are lovely but an experience that felt quite cheap and rushed.

I love the place, Francesca was really helpful, she ask a lot of questions to help me find the style of dresses I would like. She also give some good advices and she was honest giving her opinion. I found 2 great bargains. It is cheaper comparing to other brid stores.

Emma was brilliant from start to finish! She was super friendly, and matched up the perfect veil to the perfect dress! The first dress was the best one and I felt like the most beautiful bride!Can’t thank Emma enough for her help!

Najima was absolutely fantastic. So patient and looked after us really well. In the end she pulled out a dress from no-where which ended up being the one! She really listened to our thoughts about each dress and tailored the experience to our needs. Thank you for all your hard work!

After wearing a Davids Bridal bridesmaid dress for my twin sisters wedding back in 2014, I knew I wanted to get my two sisters bridesmaid dresses from there for my wedding this October. The appointment was so good and we only had 14 weeks before the wedding so the girls were amazing at picking out what styles could be fast tracked so we could get them in time.When it came to getting the dresses to me in Bournemouth from London, Victoria was amazing and posted the dresses to me and went over and above to make sure I got them in time for this weekend when both of my sisters are together to try them on ❤

Special thanks to Rhiannon for making the experience special. She listened to the bride and also gave advice on material choices and mixing both satin and shiffon. She was extremely helpful looking up the dresses, sizes and colours before we tried them on (which makes sense as getting your heart set on a dress you cant have isnt a great experience). She was not pushy or salesy but knew her stuff and made the whole group feel completely comfortable.
