Everyone in this store is friendly, amazing stuff on sale, if you’re a vinyl collector i recommend coming here for walmart exclusives since no one around this area collects them so they’re always in stock. Most of the shelves were fullwhich is always great! Almost everyone was wearing a mask which is amazing

Its Walmart. Always busy here. The older Woman who has been here greeting people since this place opened is always friendly and smiling. The store can use a re-fresh, floors are dirty and old. Garden center not as good as it used to be. Food sections have improved though. Toys, electronics decent. Pretty good selection of sporting goods and fishing tackle. Automotive section pretty good although none of the light bulb, wiper, or battery selection computers were working.

Its a Walmart. Best thing about it is the predictability - you know exactly what to expect. They always meet your expectations.

All good, only complaint is some shelves not stocked properly.

The place is turning into the Rt.80 store. Its a shame, totally went downhill, theres people working there that look like they have Covid.

Great place to go for everything you might generally need. Prices are much cheaper than local grocery stores. Workers are acceptable, no problems there. The store always seems clean and organized.

It was bad enough when stores started charging 10 cents for bags. But today I went in and bought a bunch of stuff and they did even have bags at all. And the lady behind the register said they havent had them for over a week. Also, and this is usually true for most Wal Marts in the area, they dont have their mens solid colored t-shirts properly stocked. And often have a shortage on socks, under shirts, and boxers.

The landscaping is embarrassing, the parking lot is falling apart, still tons of stuff not in inventory when other Walmart are fully stocked. Its pathetic

Is a lot cleaner than other nearby Wal-Mart stores however a lot of their clothing in the clearance section doesnt have tags on them so is very inconvenient when you grab something bring it to check out and they make you wait for management to verify the pricing and sometimes it doesnt even ring up with the discount.

I had no problem finding the items I wanted, the store was clean and the check out was fast and easy

They ran out of bags to purchase for my order. Such a no care attitude towards their customers. I would rather shop at Target. They are much better there.

There are better Walmarts. They are out of inventory often at the Branford location.

Just went to Branford walmart (3/27) and the entire fridge section with the party trays of meat,cheese,Crackers were expired. Over a month expired, I attached pics. The salami or peperoni was actually grey. Couldnt make out which meat it was I was disgusted. I know associates had to have seen that its so obvious 🙄. Makes me think are they putting back food that has sat outside of fridge for a long period of time. Health hazard.

Picked up a 50 t.v. No wait The woman put t.v. on cart and wheeled out to my car. This went so perfectly it was scary. T.V. fit in my back seat with inches to spare and I did not have to take it out of the box. My car is a Honda Accord and they dont have a whole lot of room in the back seat area

I love this branch of Walmart! They are all nice employees, well stocked on everything. The store is clean and while it is a busy store, you arent on top of each other while shopping. I personally witnessed the staff cleaning carts and other items while we watched. If it werent too far from my house, this would be my store of choice. I have no real issues with the store.

This branch of Walmart is very clean and but not as big. One thing I love about this particular Walmart is it’s very large parking space. The workers are also super friendly and courteous. I visit this places a lot for my toiletries life style products .

Its Walmart. Lets get real they want there items at a price thats above realistic. But I got this phone for like 80 dollars. And after 8 months its still in very good shape. It was worth it.

I definitely enjoy this location. Its a big difference from the hustle and bustle of New Haven. I wish they were more organized but its still clean and the staff remain friendly. No fresh fruit or veggies but the frozen/cold section is a decent size

I visited the eyeglass center...bought new Rayban sunglasses with a coupon off...great price! Fantastic customer service& help.Love this place..

They had a lot more to chose from then the Walmart in new haven on route 80 employees were great and the cashier was great also had no problems

Im here at least 1-3xs a week. Just wish the shelves were more stocked. Theres always at least 1 or more items not available because there is no more in stock which is frustrating.

Its Walmart they have stuff there we go there when we cant buy stuff we cant find it in any of the stores lately with all the pandemic craziness going on so we went there for juice boxes cuz all the other local stores dont have them but they were stocked to the brim so Walmart is still necessary in our lives and we thank them

I went grocery shopping here (first time, had to waste 2 hours) and I wish it was closer to where I live. They had pretty much everything I needed plus more. Good prices, wide enough aisles. If I gave to come this way again on shopping day, I will go back.

Branford location cant figure out how 2 keep Haagen Dazs, Ben &Jerrys ice cream stocked. Wont stock any of the new flavors. Breyers,Friendlys fully stocked. No reason 4 this continued negligence. 1-800 Walmart is next call.

First off I have to say for the record: I hate Walmart. I hate their business practices. That being said I was happy to see humans at the cash register, the associate I approached was helpful and my brother was able to get prescription glasses for under $200.

I used to *hate* WM because of their strategy of getting rid of competition by underselling them, then raising prices when the competitors go out of business.However, they DO listen to their customers and employees. And they do hire really good people. They listen. They learn. They are getting better at all of it.Homework: learn what a B-Corp is.

Ah.. it’s Walmart. Doesn’t disappoint when it comes to pricing and quality.

They had just about everything I needed but their OTC program leaves alot to be desired. They dont cover items if it isnt their brand EQUATE.

People crashing into each other in the aisles as usual, and out of boxed Fancy Feast of any kind, scattered separate cans available only. I guess they dont have enough staff on payroll to stock. Empty spaces in cold and freezer cases too for many items. Pharmacist Jordan is very nice though.

Hoping to find denatured alcohol, asked where it was told it had to be ordered online, looked for other items, cant remember the aisle but in the hardware section I found the alcohol. Needed it for my heat pal5000 a portable heater I use when I stay on the sailboat

When is this store ever going to get stocked on mens tank tops always out of stock of XL and shelves are empty dont bother going here unless youre a size 4x

Bought a kitchen item, it was scratched when family went to pick it up, staff didnt seem to care and there were no others left so the item was brought home. I determined I didnt want to pay full price for an item someone else scratched, item was returned and family was able to find a similar item. when searching in the aisle an employee who was aware the item had been returned for being scratched appeared to place the damaged item right back on the shelf!! a slightly damaged item that can be resold should be but why inconvenience someone to pay full price for a damaged item like that?

The lines to purchase items were reaching the end of the store. They need to add more self checkouts or have more walmarts in the area. I normally dont leave bad reviews but I seem to always have to wait and walmart makes enough money were they could address and fix this problem. I stopped going to the walmarts around here and switched to target. The lines at target are 50 times shorter than walmarts. I wouldnt recommend going to walmarts in the Orlando area especially when theres holidays like Christmas or the 4th of July.

Rude and unprofessional staff. I asked someone to check if they had a hat I was looking for in the back and he said Ill look for it when I go back there. I then waited for several minutes... he never came back, I eventually asked someone else and they said they didnt even sell them! Why would that kid not ask for me and make me wait just for him to not even know if they sell them.

This walmart is very clean no clothing on the floor you could food shop they have everything. Not enough cashers long wait in line

Its Walmart. This one is relatively clean and the staff is pleasant. Customer service desk is a little on the slow side but Ive been to much worse.

Sometimes you have to look all over for a shopping cart, also the lines are long, and you will probably be there for a while. Other than that its well assorted with the items you need.

This location even though it is very busy with in app to-go orders and drive-thru orders the staff Was quick to take our counter order. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. The inside the store is well maintained in actually fairly quiet.

It is hard to get service from the Jewelry stand... We were waiting around 20 mins. Anybody came to assist us.

Went in to look for a kiddie pool which I wasn’t able to find so I asked an employee who looked at me like I asked in what section do you carry your purple elephants.... who then asked another employee only to receive the same dumbfounded look and a head nod saying no. He didn’t even speak, apparently to busy sitting at his little table in the gardening section.

My pick up was so conveniently super easy. So easy I didnt even see the huge pick up tower. LOL.

I had only one item and though the all lines were long, the man in charge saw me and opened up a new one and told me to follow him. Great customer service!

Whats going on with the management at the Branford Walmart? Went there today after 8 of snow yesterday. The parking lot is 95% ice, with no sign of any deicer being put down. Last week, the day after a storm the lot was the same but randomly plowed. During todays visit there they did not have the product I was looking for so I went to the Guilford Walmart (same day, same time) to see if I could find it there. What a difference. The parking lot there was 50% wet and 50% dry with no ice! Same weather and snowfall at both stores 8 miles apart but different outcomes! Someone at Walmart needs to remediate this situation. before someone is physically injured.

The shelves/products have been changed in location which is more logical and are very neatly stacked and arranged well😊 Those at the registers were very well trained and moving customers through check out without long delays🤗 I could see things were much more organized and neat as I walked in the door!! This Wal-Mart is awful. They are ok of stock on many things...frozen vegetables, baby food, bacon, ice cream, etc. Poor management. I dont even want to go there anymore since I only have to go to another store (not Walmart) to buy the things I couldnt buy there.

Staff was horrid as usual and the manager was a disgrace if she was the manager. Tried to convince myself that the online was not what it reads. It read that deep freezers were in stock and there were only 3 left. She tried to explain that what that meant was if you order it online you can pick it up in the store??? Naturally l left the Walmart store dumbfounded with there lackluster way of dealing with customers. One employee is less helpful than the next.

Im a disabled man with the need for using one of their electric scooters.Unfortunately, I have found that there are not very many available and caused me to leave the store.The few times that I was fortunate to get their electric scooters,I enjoyed shopping at this located Walmart.Although I live much closer to the Walmart in NewHaven, I find that they never have electric scooters available.After traveling to the Brandford location and sometimes able to get the electric scooter, I was very pleased with the customer service that is provided.The employees working there are much more dedicated and serious with their job.True professionals compared to the poor service given at the NewHaven Walmart location.Im hoping that before long the NewHaven Walmart will take their jobs a little more seriously.
