Came to the AT&T store last week and worked with Daniel. My wife had issues with her phone and kept losing service. Dan not only helped us fixed the issue, but he also saved us some money on our bill and got her into a new iPhone. He also set us up with AT&T TV, so now we can drop our cable company. If you’re looking for a great store to go to for someone to sit down with you and go over with your options on anything this is the location. Dan was my customer rep and went above and beyond on fixing my needs with my phone and letting me know what’s new what’s on promotions etc. everyone was professional! When I went to the store yesterday I was having issues with my phone. The rep that helped me I did not know was in training. I ended up purchasing a new phone. It was almost closing and finally the rep that was supposed to his supervisor came over to help and made the situation worse. She had an attitude from the start of my conversation. Yes I swore at her and she told me to leave when the phone was still not connected. Yes I admit I shouldnt have used fowl language. But theres no excuse for her training and customer service. I would love to have a conversation with the store manager or her supervisor. Thank you.

The team at this store is wicked awesome and will help you with whatever you need! I had a cracked screen and damaged phone and Daniel helped me find a new phone that fit my needs and my budget. While talking, I mentioned I was a teacher and while he went out back to grab the phone I’d picked out, I dug out my school ID. When he came back, his manager came with and they got me all set up! They explained about the discounts AT&T has for teachers (also for police, firefighters, medical workers, etc) and made sure I was good to go with my new phone, accessories, and service. Coming in to upgrade or change anything on my cellphone always makes me nervous and anxious. Came in on a Saturday afternoon not only was the wait short the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Was assisted once on a Sunday by Anais when I had several questions regarding upgrading a couple of phones. Although I did not upgrade she was awesome and answered all my questions and gave me enough information to think about it. I went back to Anais on Tuesday and she preordered my upgrades. Anais was a great conversationalist and had a great sense of humor. It was also nice dealing with a sales person that doesnt try and upsell everything. Had she had gone that way, I guarantee I would not have returned to upgrade since my phones were in perfect working order. If I could give this store a Zero star review I would. I went in for a simple upgrade of my dads phone. The associate said let me review your account I can save you money.3 1/2 hours later I left the store with the phone and an I Pad Pro. (The IPad Pro is another story in itself). So I get my next phone bill its over $700.00. (That was and hour on the phone with customer service. )I get my next bill it is $113.00 more that it should be. I started on the phone with AT&T Customer Service at 7:30 my first call was disconnected and no one called back. My second call is still going on I had to wait on hold for another 25 minutes before someone came on the line. I was being charged for a phone I did not own. It is now 9:30. The issue is still being worked on and I think finally being resolved. So when you go this store and they want to evaluate your bill. BEWARE.

Dan and Anais are the BEST!!! Walked in at the Very last minute to get iwatches.. They didn’t even flinch or make faces. They were so friendly and willing to help us. I’m a manager for a grocery store and would love to have employees as dedicated to customer service as they are. Give them a raise, they deserve it!

I came into ATT today to deal with account changes because my boyfriend if 13 years recently passed away very suddenly. Luckily I was attended to by a young woman that made the process super painless. Anais was so kind and sympathetic to me.
