A very good selection a nice clean store the staff is very courteous and helpful the young ladies that helped me in the morning were very knowledgeable and pointed me in the direction of a supplement drink that I could use for breakfast the prices are affordable and the products are plentiful. Its in a convenient location that has great parking with other stores next to it. I purchased a protein drink because I did not have breakfast yet the young lady helped me determine which protein drink would be best for me and gave me her opinion on which flavor are the best and which flavors arent so good again it was just her opinion but it was very helpful. Im not a huge vitamin taker but will start taking some in the future and would highly recommend choosing this store

A wonderfully wide selection of vitamins and supplements. Well trained and knowledgeable staff. We tried their bottled water from Iceland (?). My daughter and I agree that it tastes like melted snow from Michigan. We love it!

The worker thinks he knows everything. Until you personally experience what I am going through. You cant possibly understand. Suggestions are great but you are not the all knowing PhD doctor and authority of ALL health situations.

The managers are very sweet but the other associates can be a little bit rude and snotty like they know better. Their items are a little bit too expensive when we can find cheaper items on the market for the same brand. They should have some sort of a rewards program because at some of their items is so expensive and I wish to shop with them more often And buy more items

Pretty decent selection of supplies. I go there for the teas that you cant find anywhere else (dandelion tea). Located at a busy intersection, so plan on going during off-peak hours, if you want to make a left turn into or out of the parking lot!

My 1st time shopping at Vitamin Shoppe. My visit was really great. Although I went for a particular type of Vitamin, sales associate 046875- I cant remember his name, but he provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, as much as I kept reiterating I wanted my Vitamins, he sold me on Thrive and man the boost those things gave me is WOW! I and my husband will be returning and my husband signed up for the rewards!Thanks Vitamin Shoppe!!

One of my go to vitamin and supplement stores when Walgreens and the grocery store vitamin aisles just arent hitting the mark. Vitamin Shopped always has sales and a great variety. I usually go there for my probiotic capsules and antioxidant elixirs and formulas. Their Elderberry antioxidant elixir is sugar free and can be ingested in a small amount of juice or water. They were buy one-get-one 1/2 price plus the probiotic I like was on sale, 15% off. With the pandemic raging in Florida now, I will not skimp on immunity boosters at this time.

This store is amazing. I wore a mask, associates did as well. It was not busy. I actually left with more than what I went in for based on recommendations of the associate. I highly recommend this location.

Stopped in the Westfield Shoppingtown Brandon (Tampa, Florida suburb) Mall branch of this great national chain to buy probiotic capsules and elderberry antioxidant elixir. Their brand of supplements is always of high quality and priced fairly well compared to the national drugstore chains and supermarkets. I was able to get the probiotic I like and a buy one get one 1/2off on the elderberry elixir.

AMAZING!! The gal that helped me was so knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I even ended up putting at least 3 items on auto ship! I will make this my new 2nd favorite store ;) (to Ross lol) Thank you for taking care of me!!

Customers here are rude and entitled

During this pandemic, all personnel in all stores are wearing masks and taking extra precautions. Unfortunately, here in the Vitamin Shoppe they feel they can do whatever they want even if a customer is immune compromised and concerned. They just DONT CARE. DONT SHOP HERE.

This does wide range and variety of items. Prices are reasonable compared to places. They have name brands and off brand. It is not best place in the world. It will do. Service is not bad at all.Some time lines are little long. I do recommend coming here if you’re close by. So go shop and shop to you drop lol

The young woman that helped was extremely helpful. First time I was in the store. I appreciated the help and the time. At when I go back to make my purchases I know what to get and what the prices are.

Before I begin, I want to express my love for Vitamin Shoppe. I stepped into the building with three gentleman at the counter and not one person greeted me. You might think thats ok. The entire time, not one person acknowledged or asked if I needed help. They talked the entire time at the counter of my visit. I put several items in a basket, but the more I walked around, the more I became frustrated. I put everything back and walked out.The reason a business is open is because of customers. And the greater the customer service, the better the sales. The sales people arent doing a darn thing. At least they could dust and look busy..Vitamin Shoppe, if you need a store trainer call me. I brought a dept to number one in the region and district due to providing and teaching amazing customer service.

Apparently these people do not like making money the store closes at 9 p.m. and me and my wife were at the door at 9:01 and the people in there said we are closed and my wife and i came to buy quite a few products I think that is poor customer service in my opinion way to keep the neighborhood going guys we will take our business else where , Southern Muscle and GNC are probably more knowledgeable of the supplements they sell anyways.
