If youre looking for easy, tasty, macro-friendly meal prep options, this it. I love being able to just walk-in pick up breakfast, lunch, or dinner options for a few days. Staff is always friendly and available to answer any questions. They also have a recycle program, where if you bring in your empty containers you can earn discounts off future purchases. They also have a delivery service available for those not interested in going to the kitchen.

I was very impressed with the service received and the patients shown toward me as a first time buyer. I had a lot of questions and the young African American man was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. I would recommend the food and this location in particular. If you are looking for a tasty and hardy breakfast.... I would suggest the Andrew scrabbling. Its my favorite.

Seriously love this place! The foods taste great and are healthy, some are compatible with those they need gluten free... organic, natural and good portions too! The staff is always friendly and though Ive been going there awhile, well still ask me if theres anything you need, or if you have questions, just let me know yet, they knew me by name. Make sure you take advantage of their bulk meal points plan (sorry, cant enthralled what the name of is called) but itll save you money and also their container recycling program, yes, they are eco-friendly!

Great location! Fitlife food is good. Bbq and Mac is a favorite. Other locations tend to not be as reliable as this one!

I have been coming to this place since 2016. Military discount and I loved the fact I can keep to a diol one healthy diet with their food but I will not be going to this place anymore. They are losing a customer and they proved to me that it doesn’t matter one bit to them. I have to drive 30min now to get to this store since moving 3 years back. So yesterday I didn’t have my wallet with me with atm or credit card only cash in my pocket. I got through the slim pickings of their food supply after 15 or so minutes which I wasn’t happy about. No one offered help or assistance at any time. This place changed. I went to the register to pay with cash and told they won’t be acepting cash anymore. That this company is deciding to go CASHLESS so my hard earned cash on hand was worthless to me at this point. I told the girl I drove 30min to get ther and don’t have anything else right now. I forgot my wallet at home and that I won’t be able to buy anything then as I had no other option. He response was “sorry for the inconvenience” which is the phrase business use when they don’t want to accommodate because of their lack of customer service first protocol. So basically we don’t need your money or you as a client because our police to push cashless digital society is more inportant. Doesn’t matter if you drove 30min out of your way to get to us and have been a customer for years we can’t help you. She instead said the best I can do is offer you a BOGO. A lot that’s going to do when I can’t even make a purchase. I left very annoyed and do not intend to returning. This place lost a customer and sure it’s not a big deal to them. What’s just one customer among many?

Very poorly ran store and overall poor operation . In order to you to buy food at this location you need to be there early Saturday Monday & Thursday morning only that’s when they receive their deliveries . Other than that you will not find any food left . What’s the point of having a retail store open when you have no food . Might as well just open on 3 days morning only . I have tried to contact the Store manager several times the corporate office & no response. Seems like the owner is absentee & the employees just don’t care .

Walked in with no idea what to do. The staff was laid back, laid it all out and explained a couple things to us we didn’t know about some of the ingredients which was a huge help. Both of our meals were so good. Extremely filling, clean and delicious. We appreciate having a place like this so close!

Fantastic place to get healthy meals at a good price. For $6-10 get a meal (two sizes available), heat it there if you like, and even eat. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the selections available. They have a recycling plan that allows you to bring back the containers and get a credit on upcoming purchases. Highest recommendation possible! It’s awesome to have a very tasty, healthy and filling option available to take to work for lunch.

I am very disappointed with my purchase from fitfood in Brandon, Fl. Chicken was overcooked and died out, broccoli raw, and sweet potatoes crunchy. My chicken pad Thai even expired before the “Best Buy” date. I was really hoping to like this place for purchasing simple, healthy meals on the go, but it was an utter fail. I guess I will try freshly out next.

I visited this location today for the first time. I was helped by Ricky, and I was quite impressed by his polite nature and product knowledge. And the meal was quite tasty too. I’ll certainly be back very soon.

Great food and great variety. The staff at this location are nice, and I think I’ve interacted with four or five of their people now. The menu options change sometimes, not everything all at once, but some of my faves have come and gone. Luckily, they keep such a good variety that it’s honestly never hard to find something I like. Definitely recommend this place.

Revolutionized my healthy eating. They do such an excellent job on proportion control and I trust their nutrition guidelines. To the owners or managers, please never lose your quality control on consistency and amounts for your meals, because I love it!I love these stores and theyve saved me time and sanity. The food taste amazing and so much better than most other healthy food stores or plans while still being dead serious about nutrition. They not only share calorie information but even show weight watcher points for their meals.Great for lunch or on the go to help mix up your healthy eating. And the staff are always incredibly nice and helpful.

The two that I met were awesome.! I loved the food. I originally went in there to get a brownie and ended up leaving with four meals. The meals were so delicious and well seasoned that I was craving more! I will definitely be stopping in to get 5 for this upcoming work week, tomorrow. I appreciate this business (especially since its difficult to find time to meal prep). This helps me tremendously ! 😊

Awesome food at relatively decent prices. I recommend the meal plan if you are going to be dedicated to fitlife foods. The meal plan lets you save some money! Also everyone I have encountered is super friendly. Nate and Robert are always great and remember me when I come. I recommend to anyone looking for quality health meals or just a quick way to simply eating.

Friendly staff and great food options. Everything here is freshly made and is labeled with what ingredients are contained in the meals. Its been a big help with my busy schedule. You can order online for the week or pop in to pickup something up.

Dishonest. Over-priced. In town on business, purchased approx. 15 meals for the week. I knew protein count looked low but didnt verify until late in week. Protein says 37 grams for protein. My chicken weighed out to 3.1 oz about 10-11 grams of protein off on stated macros. I was told by clerk we have too many customers to weigh it out, everything is eyeballed. So if the protein is wrong .. what about carbs and fats.. the oil just guesses? For $10 per meal, what a waste. $10 for 3.1 oz of chicken and some spinach. (They gave me a meal for free)

Mhm, where do I start? I was looking for something good to eat and I went here because it seemed healthy and good at the time. The healthy part.. sure but the good part, not so much. Im very disappointed and I dont think I will be coming here anymore. The veggie tacos are not good at all. And its so overpriced. Ik being healthy is good and all, but why go HERE and get something not tasteful and expensive. But on a better note, the service was really nice:)
