Good store, great service and staff

My family no longer shops this store. Every time my elderly deaf father tries to pick up some things for my housebound mother, there is some ridiculous confusion with staff/management. Corporate did not resolve to my satisfaction. There have been no further problems when changing to multiple local stores. It is always the Brandon Kroger. I will be deleting my app and unsubscribing to their emails.

The ClickList at this location is the worst. I ordered my items at 12 for 7-8 and I get there at 7:17 and there are no spots open because they are still pulling orders for this window. It should be a quick and fast process, thats why I order ahead...instead here I am waiting in the parking lot 20-30 minutes.

Amazing store to shop at! Christina customer service was remarkable! She is great at what she does. She helped me sign up for my first Kroger card. Im new to the area and she made me feel at home.

Ms. Alex and Ms. Elaine are the best! I had to order food for my coworkers (30 plates) and without hesitation, they assisted expeditiously and they were AWESOME!!!! Great customer service from both of these sweet ladies in the Deli section!

Kroger at Cross gates in Brandon, MS, is my favorite grocery store.Great selection of name brands, and their house brands are normally just as good.I like their eat and seafood dept, along with the Deli and Bakery, make a one stop shopping for us.

They always have good products and the check-out is great. Their is a parking issue, but that can be maintained. The store is always clean and people are always willing to help. I worked for Kroger when I was going to college and loved it.

Customer service there is awesome. They treat you like family. There are always a ton of great deals and opportunities to save money. Not to mention the quality of the products sold is A1.

Even though krogers is my favorite grocery store the one problem that I see is pharmacy, why is because the shop always for the lower price in medicine not considering the consequences Imagine a senior citizen use to taking pills a certain color and when you constantly change for price you put lives at risk. Many older people get use to certain color pills you confuse them. Please stop putting their lives in danger.

I love this store. Everyone is kind and helpful. Every single person there smiles and welcomes you. The Pharmacy is quick. The seafood is always fresh. Plus, they sure you have downloaded digital coupons to help save money. They will even wait for you to add it on the app. Again, I love this store and the folks that work there!

Absolutely love Kroger. We have recently moved to an area that doesnt have a Kroger. I miss it so. So I drive...also the pharmacy went beyond expectations yesterday getting my prescriptions ready since I drove 90 miles to get them. I love their brands and prices!!

We enjoy Kroger because its always clean wide Isles and easy to find what we need. We have always been treated with courtesy and the sales associates whether they are stocking or checking us out have always been so nice. We also use Kroger Pharmacy for all of my pharmaceutical needs .

We moved back to the Crossgates area four months ago, after living in southern Rankin County for two years. ALL of the employees at the Kroger on Hwy. 49 were awesome, the techs hugged my neck on my last refill, top-notch staff there. So, I decided to continue to use Kroger after moving. I cant say the same about the Kroger in Brandon. I went today at around 2:30, after spending the day in the ER, to fill two prescriptions, pick up two prescriptions and inquire about two others. The little pharmacy technician, TIFFANY, had attitude from the moment I walked up and I certainly didnt need that after the day Id had. I was misinformed about one of three refills from one of my doctors and simply responded with why would she call in two and not the third? A kind response from this so--called technician would be, So sorry, maybe you should contact them, or I cant really say, maam. But this little girl said Because I dont work at their office, virtually rolling her eyes while speaking. I wanted to slap her like her momma probably never did, yet I refrained. When working with the public, its paramount that patients and customers are treated with the utmost respect, PERIOD. Little TIFFANY should go back to tech school where she got her little certificate to stand behind a computer reading information (something a monkey could do with more compassion), and brush up on being tactful and respecting her superiors. I spend way too much money in their store to tolerate that treatment. Shame on you for hiring someone so incompetent. So nice to have a bad day made even worse by some little disrespectful child behind a counter.

Itd a grocery store, not much to say. Selection is good, but good god in heaven the parking lot is hell on earth. Avoid this place if you can unless its a very not busy time of day or you are cool with driving through bumper to bumper traffic for 5 minutes to find a parking spot.

The store has recently been remodeled amd looks great. They have dropped some of the things they used to carry and the cat isle has shrunk, but its still my favorite place to shop. Dont forget 3 cents off a gallon of gas. You can build those savings up.

This is one of the nicest Krogers that I have been to since Ive been in Mississippi Ive been about four theres one down the road us 80 same road about 4 miles the opposite direction and its I would tell you to stay away from it its horrible I was told by 3 people when I moved here to stay away from it dont even go there from milk and I did anyway thinking how could anything be that bad all I can say is this is one of the best Krogers Ive been to in the state of Mississippi its for my opposite direction from The other Krogers and if it was 10 I would still go here the management was on site very helpful all the staff was working the store was clean the produce was Bountiful and all the shells were stocked and things pulled to the front

They stop carrying a lot of things I use to but there. Why fix something that wasnt broke? I still shop there sometime. They need a bigger variety of some things. I guess their still working on that.

Ive always loved shopping at Kroger. Employees seem to able to help you, when you need help with your shopping. I sure do wish there was a way to make the parking lot bigger.....plus some more disabled parking!

The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Thats why I keep going back. The only reason I didnt give them five stars is they are occasionally out of sales items.

Looking at previous reviews, you can easily see the pros..overall nice employees, consistency in store layout, minimal wait lines.Cons- very poor selection of local produce. Very rarely, if ever, anything new in the produce/fresh goods section. No new surprises. Organic section is small and somewhat lacking. Oh and- restroom needs a major revamp.It gets the job done, can be a one stop shop. Nice coupons and deals for kroger card customers. Other stores in the area have better selection.

Great place to use the click list. Can take a few minutes on a really busy day but mostly its swift and better than shoping in the store would recommend using click list

It is a friendly neighborhood grocery store. I had been a customer since I moved back to this area. It is usually a quick in and out or you can linger over the new and trendy items. I purchase item for me personally and for work.

This Kroger is well kept up. The place is clean. And the checkout line is fast. Also the staff is kind. I recommend A + to shop here.

The employees are very good about helping customers. Well stocked with produce, fruit, meats and canned goods. Pharmacy well stocked with OTC items. Organic and international foods available.

I love Kroger. Why? Number 1, its not Walmart. That by itself is motivation enough to shop at Kroger. But, Im always happy with the selections and quality of product. Mostly, I like the way they treat you like they are happy to have your business...., like a customer. Checkout lines are always managed well by the employees so your groceries are bagged for you and you dont have to stand in line unnecessarily long. Their prices can be higher. But, personally, Id rather pay a little more for better service.

The store smells bad...like a dead animal.

Love shopping Kroger. Good values, good Kroger named products, various reduced products that you can really use, fresh produce, clean atmosphere, nice varity of baked goods,.a florist who will make a special arrangement for you if you need one and a free cup of coffee at their dele that is open for three meals daily. 5 stars!!

Rarely has quality ground beef for sale, and the meat department in general is terrible. Today for example there was only 75 percent lean ground beef for sale. And pork chops were all thick cut. Way over stocked in cheap cuts of meat packaged elsewhere and shipped in. Unfortunately no butcher in store to provide better. For a supermarket grocery store, Im always disappointed if I cant even get the basics.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They are always cordial to my family and I. Basically part of the family. Love fuel points and pharmacy on-site.

There are bigger locations all around but this one status my favorite. Having to wait to check out rarely happens at this location.Most important to me is that they keep items in the same location. Some stores constantly are moving everything around which I cant stand! This one still feels like my hometown store!

Right now my Kroger is in the middle of a store remodel. I personally dont like having to look for my shopping items when theyre not where they belong! Especially during the busy holiday season! The remodel will be nice when its done Im sure, but for now, its a bit aggravating! Now, if they end up putting a Starbucks in, (like an out of state Kroger I know), thatll make it all worthwhile! 😁

The butcher very cool guy got some salmon from him and I bought some asparagus tips, love asparagus tips.

Good prices, most stores have similar layout, rewards are great. Only thing Im knocking a star off for, is being forced to self-checkout with two full carts after 9pm. Lets try 11pm, which is 2 hours before closing.

I love the freshness and the produce. The fuel savings and pharmacy points are hugh in my budget. Carol in the pharmacy is the very best I have encountered anywhere. Once I couldnt afford my medicince. I politely told her that I was sorry but I couldnt get the insulin. I was riding not far down the road then she called. She called me to tell me that she could mne a coupon for my insulin and it would save me $85.00. WOW!!

It seems lately that the produce section is not as good as other krogers. Every time I end up going the fruit and vegetables seem like they are on their last leg. This place is always packed !!!!! Aside from that, thereis a decent selection of organic products.

I only gave one star so I could review this crappy place. Every time I use ClickList at this location I have had some kind of issue and this time I ended up with someone else’s order. We had to make 2 trips to this store and all we got was a $15 gift card for our “inconvenience”. HA...that didn’t even cover the two trips to the store for their screw up. I will drive out of my way to a different Kroger before I step foot in this store again!

Employees are wonderful! The parking lot is absolutely horrible though and the aisles are too narrow. They make it very difficult for two shopping carts to go down the aisles.

The employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The store is clean and sale items are available. The store is an older smaller store. That is why 4 stars instead of 5.

Just left Kroger in Brandon W. Government st, a cashier named Kim turned me and my mother down at the 15 item check out line after we told her we had separate orders she proceeded to say no and shake her head laughing so then I told her that I was going to tell her store manager Mr. Drake she laughed again as if he wasnt going to do anything and I told her I work for the company for 10 years and also was a mystery shopper she then got off the register and went to another this is just bad customer service I would have never turned a customer away. I shop at the store sometimes 5 days a week sometimes even three times the day and never been treated this way. I will be following up with Mr. Drake and Mr. Head about this situation.
