Nice big store, clean and well maintained. Sometimes the required sizes are not available. Also the stuffs are bit expensive but they do have some sales.

Ample parking and the staff is quite helpful. But these days these staff is quite less. There seems to be quite a bit of good deals going around. I also use the app for in-store price checking it was an average experience. The place is clean and well maintained. The entrances can be further improved in terms of ease of operation. Anyway a good place.

Very few fitting rooms open. You have to literally go on the hunt to find one. And what’s worse, is that they have only one register open per floor! Like what?! But what made my shopping experience even worse was when I finally located a sales person to ask where I can make a return, she practically accused me of stealing because she saw me trying clothes on in the fitting room first. I literally had to show her my bag of clothes in order for her to answer My question of where I need to go to make a return. Talk about making someone feel disrespected! Anyways, I gave it 3 stars not because of the inferior service, but because they have a decent selection of clothing. If I lived in the area I might have been back for kids clothing, but if I would have gotten the same service/experience, then never again.

I really do like JCP, however...this one seems to go further downhill every time I go and its sad to see. It seemed dirty, and not very well maintained. Of the changing rooms actually open (I only saw two) the one I went into was filthy. The clothes do not have a variety of sizes available and most of the employees looked like they had been through the ringer, and the ones who didnt...were just standing around not doing anything...which painted a pretty good picture of what was going on. Love the clothes and the deals, but this location needs some work.

Clean, neat, orderly. Beautiful and stylish dresses. Can find something for everyone in family but its not considered a budget friendly store like Walmart. They do have sales.

I was able to get a winter pair of slippers. Although there were few sales associates around the one I asked brought me over to them. I was impressed and grateful.

My wife spent an hour and a half in the store. It was located in the super gaint mall, so I expected to spend some time shopping.She was able to find a few nice things and some good deals.

Very poor service. Manager/Ana at Brandon JCPenney store does not care about making a customer happy. I received a coupon that said $20 off $50 purchase because I had not connected for a while. On this coupon it stated can be applied before a percent off coupon. The Black Friday in July 30% off coupon should have worked secondary to my $20 off coupon but it would not. Ana refused to figure out a way to give me my 30% off and said she can not help what the coupon says or that the register would not take it. She also says the company is doing just fine without making me happy.

If I could give JC Penney ZERO stars and a NEGATIVE I would. This store ( all of them ) is complete trash. In the early 90’s up until the early 2000’s it was my go to store. Not anymore. I can see why so many closed down. If they would shutter all of them it would be a happy day.

JcPenney still has a lot to offer especially with the current sales and coupons. I always find something cute for cheap. Today 2 pair of heels for 26 dollars. I saved over 115 off retail. I always check the clearance for the best rates.

My girlfriend decided that she needed to shop on a Sunday and decided to visit the mall in Brandon. We landed in JC Pennys and thats where the story begins with outfit after outfit, modeling down the isle asking for my approval.. We found great deals 35% off certain merchandise and we also found a gold chain with the assistance by the sales rep named Ida.. Now she knows her stuff.. Well be back because of you and your wonderful staff.. Thank for being so patient with us...

I love JCPenney! They always have cute clearance for great prices! If its not on sale it is a little pricey but its all adorable. They allow you to use the dressing rooms so you can try things on which is GREAT!

Wish they had more big and tall, and registers open. Beyond that its one of the few places to have XLTs in brand names.

Always loved JC Penney, but after tonight I will never visit again. We were done shopping at 8pm effect they closed - lines were long, not enough staff, was almost impossible to check out in time. We parked on the other side of the mall from JC Penney, and at 8pm they closed. The mall itself is open till 9pm. JC Penney employees upon asking how to get back to the mall thats open, as they are closing. They had sliding doors blocking off the mall, and staff there. They flat out refused to store is to exit to the mall and we were told to walk outside around the whole mall to get back in!!!!!!!! Literally a mile around speeding cars, dark alleys, etc. Will never go again!!!!!

We enjoy this store greatly. Stumbled on a great deal for granddaughters birthday. The hair salon is great too. Numerous levels of hair stylists.

Two checkouts open in the Brandon Store on a busy Saturday. Shoppers lined up 20+ deep waiting to pay you money. Bad customer service. Really bad. This is why Amazon suceeds.

I shop here from time to time for my kids clothing. They have some good deals but my biggest complaint is the time they close. They close an hour earlier than the mall and the mall already closes early as is.

I have shopped with JCP at the Brandon Westfield Mall for over 20-years but I have witnessed its steady decline. Today, the corporate business is suffering from high debt, poor quality merchandise, higher prices with fewer real-value sales. The once proud mens suit section contained a variety of quality suits from Joseph Abboud, Izod, and better quality Stafford suits...all gone today. No more personal customer service of taking measurements, no alteration service and a significant reduction in staff throughout stores everywhere to reduce operating costs. In short, these cuts only incentivize patrons to turn to e-commerce or other brick and mortar competitors. Its really a sad situation.

Went in 30 mins before closing, was shopping for clothes for my grandson. The selections were greater than other stores that I was in. Everything that I got was on sale. I saved almost as much as what I spent. The store was clean and checkout went rather quickly even though I shopped until closing. Cashier was very pleasant. Overall a great shopping experience.

Ok so I went to the mall which I have not done since the pandemic and JCPenney is my store, but this time they did not have a sale and their spring/summer collection is not whats happening right now. I was highly disappointed and frustrated because I went in wanting to buy up the store, lol. The staff was nice and friendly and it made my shopping pleasurable.

Olga just tried you strong arm me into getting a jcpenny card. I declined the initial offer. She rung me up. I gave her an online coupon code. She wrote it down for future customers cause it worked. Then she said that I could only pay with a jcpenny credit card. I only came for tshirts. I had bought some last week. Used a different code. Didn’t have an issue. She also couldn’t help the lady in front of me with an exchange/refund. She sent her upstairs to god knows where. Now she’s a sweet lady and polite. But she needs to be trained. Tried to call and speak with a manger—that was unsuccessful-so here I am in google reviews 🤦🏾‍♂️

This store has nice clothes at such good peices and have had great sales since reopening after start of pandemic. The fitting rooms are still closed but you have 30 days to return if needed. With such good sales I already got some Christmas gifts here

This location has fitting rooms closed and long wait times in the Juniors area to try on clothes. The check out lines were long as well. Either the store is seriously under staffed or they just dont care.

Terrible customer service. Had to pay 5¢ for a bag after spending a ton of money. And I couldnt get a bag for my purchase because I was asked after the sale was complete so I had to carry my purchases through the mall. Finally another store gave me an extra bag to put my things in. JCPenny has no staff that cares about the customers its really sad.

The cashier was not friendly, couldnt find my coupon and she wasnt kind enough to help me, I bought a suitcase marked in discount price and I get another suitcases only diferent color but the same model same size and the same place only this one did not have the discount ticket. she was just rude and he just told me no, no, this is not special ok I can understand that but there are ways to say things without offending to the people.

A reminder why online shopping is better. The service desk associate however was quite friendly and made up for the insane line we waited in twice.

I needed to return an item with receipt, but the customer service person on the second floor could not find it on my receipt. Its the receipt I was given when I pk upd my order. She said she could look it up because it was an online order an in their system, but she still couldnt find it. I told her I would go get my phone that I had forgotten in my truck because I had an email receipt with picture of the item that I was trying to return. What a hassle, what a long walk to my truck and back to the 2nd floor. She gave a weak apology, wow.

One of the main reason that JCPenney losing its value/business is because of its poor and rude supervisor, Managers and other leadership within JCPenney to its employees. They are not nice to their store employees. The JCPenney corporate should fire or lay off all the Westfield management so that things go back o normal and that the business get back on shape. The store employees are the ones who work hard and taking extra care of the customers but the supervisors and other managers ruining it.
