I had a terrible experience trying to do a pick up order. First I went to the regency store instead of the mall store. Now that is on me totally. But the woman at the regency store was rude and just said we dont do that here when I asked about a pick up order. And she looked at me like I was dumb. I left went to the mall and waited in line got to the front said I was a pick order. Was told that I had to go back to the front of the store she said see that big sign thats where pick up orders are. There was a circle sign among a million other signs on the BACK WALL that was for pick up orders. I highly recomend that they place the sign somewhere ppl can see it when walking in as most people dont look at the wall behind them after walking into a store. A nice woman came over named Grace and apologized after I told her my saga. Grace was helpful and kind but she told me that the regency store will normally try to fulfill the order when these mix ups happen which was nice except they did not offer that and it kind of made me more angry since that would have been great had anyone bothered to help me. I think Ill go to lush next time instead.

Love love love the candles here, you cant get any better anywhere else. The staff is always ready and willing to help you out!!

I think I’ll just stick with the one at the Brandon mall even though I dislike going to the mall. At least at the mall they acknowledge me and help me out. No one said a word to me until I had already checked out and was leaving.

I looooove this location. I went in and Camille was waiting for me at the door, soooo sweet and helpful! Keep her at the door! She walked my daughter and I throughout the store and introduced me to some new fragrances. I got hand foam soaps, hand sanitizers, and candles. She helped with everything and gave me insight on returns. Awesome young lady. Also Erika the cashier was amazing too.

Management decided to not accept a used return when the policy online states products are allowed to be returned at any time. Wont be returning to this location since they do whatever they want.

The ladies they have working here are so sweet & are eager to help you find what you need. I came here to get my sister a Christmas & Birthday gift. Found amazing things here. They have a 23-24 person limit in the store at a time. I witnessed them sanitizing back to back. They run a tight ship at this location.

More selection on this semi annual sale online than in store ,I was dissapointed

This is an awesome new location that has opened at an unfortunate time, but the store and the staff are really making the best of it! I visited today and the social distancing was strict; only 16 people allowed in the store at a time. I have been to a lot of B&BW locations in multiple states and I would say this one is mid-sized and spacious, especially with the limited number of people currently allowed in the store.Staff were also obeying regulations carefully. A line had formed outside and they were kindly giving customers free water bottles, with paper bags (the kind youd get after checking out) set inside the door so no one had to touch any used shopping totes. Even with all the weirdness they were as kind and helpful as you can expect at these stores! Look for Arely if you want a great scent guide and suggestions!
