I love shopping at this store. I love their products. There’s every type of fragrance you could possibly want in every floral scent or lotions and sprays from fruits like peaches and apricots which I love. I also appreciate that the store has lots of employees available to help you. Their employees have always been friendly and nice every time I’ve shopped here.

Its always a welcoming experience here. The products are good, though a bit expensive. They are doing their best to carry on with the precautions during the pandemic. I liked their annual sale event!

I have not been there since the pandemic. They have someone standing at the door with hand sanitizer and bags to help with your shopping experience. They have some new fragrances. Lets just say I spent more than I planned.

Made my annual trek fir $5.95 one wick candles. Great selection.

I have never seen a team so excited to help and serve! the place is incredibly clean, fragrant and weve found everything we need for a fragrant house❤️ the attendants are amazing.

Staff was nice and all but they made me feel super uncomfortable. I was there with my kids trying to find something for my husband. I noticed a staff member would come around us every minute just to peek under my sons stroller. I ended up buying the marble cologne which I didnt care for, only because my 7 year old wanted to start fathers day shopping and I didnt want to disappoint her.

Loved the sales going on and got extra. No pressure to pick what I wanted and leave. Everyone was very happy and friendly.

Bathandbodyworks is an absolute must stop if youre in town especially when they have the new Key West sprays theyre the best! The top-tier I recommend A+ plus!

The online order and pickup in the store is not very efficient. I waited about fifteen minutes. I couldve just shopped what I needed instead of waiting. The store was not very busy and there were a lot of employees working. All were nice just did not seem to be prompt about a pickup order. Next time I would pay the shipping to have it delivered instead.

The staff is amazingly friendly, cheerful and greeted me instantly. They offered me samples to smell, asked me open ended questions and told me their favorites to help me make a choice. They were able to describe scents and tell me all their sales currently running in the store. They were very clean and neat, constantly cleaning the registers and installed shields!

Disappointed that on-line sale was not available in the store. However, the employees greeting and bidding farewell were friendly, smiled, and courteous. Recommed opening more registers that offer use both cards and cash. The one limited checkout line for debit cards required me waiting too long in line. Please put more of the roaming floor sales assistants on the registers. Most people dont like waiting in store lines. This only incentivizes customers to purchase more on line and frequent brick and mortar stores less or not at all.

Staff was not making people control their kids, very hard to shop under those circumstances, not their fault but unfortunately part of the job

They are great, as long as you get someone who knows their way around the store.Other than that, they are very friendly and they always let you know when they have good deals. Their bags need to be stronger tho, mine broke because the lady placed too many items in that one bag, instead of just getting 2

The entry is overwhelming for me as an asthmatic. However, once in the store, the aroma is quite calm. EVERYONE.... is soooo helpful and friendly.

If I could give 0 stars, I will. They are SO rude with the costumers, it was my first time going to this store and I was excited, because of the global situation I had to wait outside the store for 15 minutes, but I was okay with that. When I get inside it was crazy, people didnt make social distance and it was crowded but I still shopped the candles of this store. I pick up some candles with my mom and we go to the registers. We get to the most rudest cashier ever in the world, and I work in costumer service. They had an offer that if you pick two products you get other one free but the cashier didnt specify which product and FORCED ME to pick one, I go to the place and from the register SHE SCREMED AT ME that it was only one. It was an awful experience, not going to this store anymore.

Always wonderful experience and help available when needed. I noticed some of the same smells will be in different looking bottles through the seasons.

BBW is not just for the women in your life, they have an EXTENSIVE line for men including candles. They are very helpful with scents and knowledgeable.

Horrible experience tonight, there was an older lady standing right by the door (worker) and when I looked at her to come in she shook her head no and looked away. It actually took another worker that was getting off for me to ask are you closing? She said yes politely but there were people inside shopping which was fine ,but I definitely felt like the lady working there standing by the door was very rude and I am a frequent shopper at the Brandon Mall location not this one. If this is an indication of the type of Treatment Bath and Body stands for then I definitely won’t be back and will let my friends and family know as well. I just felt like the lady working that night at 7 by the door could have been much more polite she could have said mamm we are closing that’s all.

Best place to buy basically anything that has to do with in house scent, from candles to many other great stuff. I come here with my wife all the time. Great place to buy little gift of appreciation. Like I said its the best for home fragrance, gifts, body & bath products!

Was greeted by Louis with such enthusiasm. I Felt very welcomed in this store because of Louis he is super friendly and helpful. I was having a hard day in pain and just left Victoria secret feeling badly because I felt unwelcome of the way they were looking at me. Louis had brighten my day with his kindness.

Not the best set up in the store. Walking around like a maze but love the pumpkin marshmallow scent.

Super careful with de pandemic

Beautiful store, nicely laid out. They carry shower gels, several types of lotion, skin care and the best candles youll ever smell. They also carry a mens line of products. So much stuff, I cant fit into this review. My visit was for refills for my plugins and of course the sale that day. Best smelling store in the mall!

The manager, Astrid, took care of me and did a great job. She was very thorough and know her store and products very well. She took her time and gave me great suggestions. Keep up the great work!

Theyre always having a sale and its always a pretty good one. I personally love the lotions and candles. Wonderful scents all around and facial products.

I dont often visit a Bath and Body works but when I do I normally pick up their interesting line of hand sanitizers. Which I recommend buying.They have a ton of different scents and usually some great deals.The stores are usually nice and tidy and smells of floral bouquets and berries.

My advice regarding this store is to go as early as you can in the morning. The store gets almost too busy in the afternoon (especially on sale days which seem to happen often), and it can be a pain when you only have a few items. There are multiple lines but very few cashiers (so be prepared for someone in another line to go ahead of you). The employees can be a bit pushy but some of them actually make good recommendations - today I picked up a specific mist I’ve been using for years and an employee mentioned that she saw me pick it up so she showed me a different mist she thought I might’ve been interested in. I ended up loving it and purchased so many new things I’d never have tried without her recommendations. Luckily everything was on sale when I went but when it’s not, it’s very pricey. This is probably my favorite B&BW in this area, but if you can go a bit further to bigger stores I definitely suggest you do so.

Ive always liked Bath & Body Works. The staff is always very helpful if you cant find something or he will definitely help you find it. I just dont like the fact that they no longer sell the lotion that I use and now I have to try to find it on Amazon., 😏

Love the candles and mens line of products

There is always someone bright and cheerful to greet you as you come in. The store is always nice, neat, clean and fully stocked. Plenty of Associates to help you with your needs. The prices are very reasonable and always great. The special when we visited this time there was free coupons and we are enjoying our free products. Have fun shoppping.
