New to the area and had a flat tire. Called and spoke with Kenny. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about what I needed. His calm demeanor helped me through a very stressful situation and he got me and my car back on the road quickly. I’m grateful for such great service and would highly recommend this place.

Too many businesses are taking advantage during the COVID Pandemic. I was in a bind and simply needed TPMS sensors installed. I had sensors from the manufacturer of the vehicle. However, we had to use their brand. Which by the way wasnt learned to my vehicle. I brought in rims mounted on tires but the vendor failed to install the TPMS sensors. Therefore, I purchased the correct ones from the dealership for install. This should have been a simple install but greed is running rampant during this pandemic. And $565.00 later I had their sensors installed and I was on my way. And my vehicle has the TPMS light on the dash so I will need to take it to the dealership to fix this issue. Business is business and I understand this principle. However, they have lost my business forever!

This place is great. Heading out of town, but a nail in my tire was stopping me. They squeezed me in first thing, patched my tire and had me on my way within an hour. Friendly, affordable and well just awesome. Merry Christmas guys! And THANK YOU!

I we going to buy some tires and get an alignment. They told me I needed a lot of work done, to the front end. I told them I wanted to take it to my mechanic, for a second opinion. They told me I would have to pay for a vehicle inspection fee. I told them I did not ask them to inspect the car, and did not think that I should have to pay it. They said I was welcome to get the police involved and they would not release my vehicle until I paid. I paid it and left. By the way my mechanic said the bearings that they wanted to charge me over 800 dollars for we’re fine.

I have been taking my vehicles there for years and the employees tell me how my vehicles are doing and keep the maintenance done.

Incredibly disappointed on how long it took for an oil change and a blinker light replacement, 2 hrs! It wouldve been fine if they wouldve initially informed of the long wait but nope, I got the typical shouldnt take long response. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Was outrageously charged for an oil change as they decided to upcharge me with out my permission, if you want to upsell then do that don’t assume that the client wants something more expensive, I didn’t appreciate the experience. What’s more is I had my lights checked out because they were not working, because they said the lights were over heating, they said they taped them in the meantime until I got new lights. They were correct on the overheating but they did no such thing as tape them, or indicate that they were melting so bad a fire could have started. Thanks! Also did I forget to mention I got the lights fixed on my own but unfortunately tires plus also broke the front screw for my light which is now damaged unless I replace the whole thing.... my lights are 6 months old. I would never go back to that place.

Kudos to Carl for a thorough inspection of my truck for any possible oil leaks or burning of oil, none were spotted. Last shop didnt add the correct amount of oil during my last oil change. I got an out the door quote on there web sight , very pleased with the quote and the Tires were decent as well scheduled an appointment with Another location not this one for next Saturday. I decided that I needed the tires today I called the shop I made the appointment for and asked if I could come in today as I did discover I needed the tires installed asap the person at the shop said no way can it be done today I asked if he could call there other location to see if they could do it today he told me I could go to another location somewhere else no hard feelings ! Really ! So I called Kenny at this location explained my situation and Not only did he say come on down your the next contestant on the price is right he also matched the same exact quote out the door as I had from the other store he upgraded my tires to a much better quality tire and a 60000 mile warranty! Are you kidding me I went there they took my car in out the door in 45 minutes with 2 brand new tires mounted balanced and installed ! I highly recommend you go see Kenny at This Tire plus Great Guy Super knowledgeable Super friendly thats rare in this world today taking all my business to Kenny from now on and my Friends will know too!

Do not take your car here! They will try to scam you! They had my car from 9am to 2pm told me the issues with my car (new spark plugs) I told them to go ahead and correct this. They also tried to sell my on services such as a total engine flush stating I need this, but I just had that done with them the last service.Today all my lights came on today and my car is not running right. Needless to say the problem was not fixed and it seems like I was ripped off. When I called they said they can bring it back and diagnosis it again. No thank you so I can continue to be ripped off!Go elsewhere or be prepared to pay for nothing!

I drive all the way from Riverview to Brandon to get both of my cars serviced here because they are very courteous, very quick and always have the best price on whatever work I need done. Scott, Greg and the rest of the crew at this tire plus keep my Business by doing great work and always managing to beat competitor estimates.

I have never had a oil change and tire rotation take 2-1/5 hours. When! I went to check to see how the progress was going along the service advisor said he didnt know I was there. I called at 12:00 and made an appointment for 2:00 so I would not have to wait to long. I have Parkinsons disease and do not handle stress well. They did not seem at all concerned. And than to add to the bad time they tried to sell me a front end brake job for $700 which I just had my brakes checked out elsewhere saying they were good.Needless to say I will never step foot in there again or definitely never refer them to anyone.

I read the last review from jeff smith and in defense of the store that guy is not being truly honest with his review. The shop had already installed 2 tires and the manager called the customer to go over recommendations and instead of mr jeff smith declining the recommendations he instead told them to not worry about the tires but by this time the tech had already installed 2 tires so he had to pay the tech for his time which he refused at first until he found out his keys would not be released, and yea I was sitting in the lobby right behind jeff when he came to pick his vehicle up. Be honest jeff these guys have family to feed.

Arne made a simple transaction difficult. I informed him that my car was serviced here and I need my coolant topped off. He stated he will take it right back. I went to the waiting room where I waited for almost thirty minutes. I approached the counter and asked how long must I wait for my coolant to be topped off. His response was I had to wait until they finished other cars. There was a total of four people and only two cars in the bay. After much persistence some one topped off my car. While talking to Arne he coughed into his hands which was followed by a series of sneezes without regard to those around him. He did not clean his hands nor the environment he sneezed and coughed on. What a terrible and scary experience.

Im writing this review because I strongly advise anyone not to go to this location. If you do make sure that youre completely educated about the work that youre asking to be done to your car. Arnie and his team are. HUGE scammers! They charged me for services that I never received. Then claimed that the technician forgot to do it. And then they claimed that the reason that I couldnt get paperwork for it was because they were out of ink. No matter how you try to twist the story the bottom line is I was charged for a service that I never received. Arnie told me today as of Monday September 23rd that there alignment printer has been without ink for over three weeks so therefore he has not been able to provide anyone with the necessary proof that they even had their services done. Consumer beware!!! Really hope the tech doesnt forget your oil if you disregard this review, please share!

My first visit here at the Brandon location, the price for service was fair, and the customer service is great. The mechanics were timely and knowledgeable. My car seems to be happy and so am I. I will definitely return to this location. Stay away from the Fowler Ave. Location, you will keep having to return your vehicle for do overs.

I have been a loyal customer to this location and company for 10+ years. You all as a company lost a customer for life. My car was dropped off at 9am for a 10am appt. I had to follow-up three times to find out the status of my car. They never once followed up with me. I come to the store only to wait another 40 minutes for my car to be serviced. Unfair and unsatisfactory. In the end I know I cant rush car services but be upfront in the beginning if you down a man and cant service me be real and say that. Keep me updated. But when I get the BS and run around its a whole other feeling and Ill jump ship in a heart beat.DO BETTER! BE BETTER!

Updated from December.Why on earth would anyone wait hours for service at this place when there are so many other places just as capable with better service. I had an appointment for a flat recheck that they repaired last week but may still be leaking. I had an appointment and still waiting more than 90 minutes before I drove away in disgust. Shame on this place. Stick to selling tires. Everything else is just a waste of our time. I brought my car back today, two months later, because of the continued slow leak. Sam was wonderful and wasted no time helping me with my concerns. On the other hand, the idiot who made my day miserable the last time, chimed in defending his position and arguing with me. He then goes into the shop where you can hear him talking loudly with a coworker about what happened in December. SMH. Thanks Sam.

Ive been coming to this location for a couple years now. The service over the past 9 months has really declined. Today I come in to get an oil change, alignment, and new wiper blades. Guy behind the counter helps guy in front of me, starts to help me but then proceeds to take a call and setup something for another customer. After wait on him for 5 minutes I just leave as the customer on the phone was clearly for important than me standing right in front of him. I never knew business tomorrow is better than business today.

Suppose to be the first appointment of the day. While the sign says 7am it must just be a suggestion. 27 minutes later and the 3 of us waiting get to watch opening procedures. Lesson learned about trying to save time. Then to top it off the oil change that was was suppose to be $30, with lots of attitude from the guy who was late I get papper slammed in front of me for a $70 oil change. WHAT A JOKE!!!!

I had an 8 oclock apt with these guys right? Im about to spend 300.00 dollars with these people. I walk in, only one at the counter, soon a guy comes from the garage area. This guy never said one word to me. Not a good morning how can I help you ? I had to speak to him. I relayed to him that I had an apt for 8 to get an alignment and some camber bolts installed..... still no response... I look around the lobby, bs around while waiting on some sort of response from this guy. After some awkward silence, I just walk out and got in my car and left. How nice, as Im leaving, the guy tries to come out. Sorry, Im not gonna spend my hard earned with people who dont even have customer service skills or common sense for that matter. Communication is key . Communicate with the customer. I dont even know what the guys voice sounds like, because he never said one word.

We have used Tires Plus in Brandon for a number of years, they have fast and reliable service and they have always taken good care of our automobiles. Highly recommended!

Fast friendly and knowledgeable service. I have 4 years schooling and 3 years practice in the automotive field, just didnt have time to do my own tires and check my alignment. Daniel was my service advisor and he was very honest and reasonable with what he came back on my vehicle, he showed me what my options were and didnt even try to sell me the more expensive tires as he knew I didnt need them, they were all terrain and I only drive on city/highway. All in all I was impressed and the honesty and professionalism I found here!

Went for an alignment. Asked specifically if there were any mechanical issues that needed attention prior to alignment. Was assured that there wasnt and that I just needed an alignment. Next day went to Just Brakes (awesome) for them to look at it because it wasnt right. Called to tell them the mechanic did $1,000 worth of work ( tie rods, idle arm, rotors, etc). Called tires plus to ask them how they could have possibly done an alignment on a loose front end?! They said it shouldnt have been done and they would call me back. Never called me back so I went up there the next day to ask for a refund since they couldnt have possibly performed an alignment in that condition. Was told they did the best they could. Also told me they dont have a single mechanic working there. I wouldnt trust them with a single thing. They dont even align the camber just the toe. Not even a complete alignment. What a disgrace for a tire shop. You will not be safe taking your car to them.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and walked out with that, a new battery and new air filter.The battery was under warranty and the air filter was a great price. It pays to get the tires and battery from Tires Plus to begin with... so you can hold them accountable later on.

There not equipped to handle large off road tires, stopped in to have 4 took off and 4new put on and was told there balancing machine would not fit my 35×1250r20 on a 12wide rim. They however was nice and seemed honest and up front about the situation.

Just spent $1500 and I still have the same issue. Terrible customer service from upfront. Mechanics were decent Corey, Luis and Jack but still my issue is unresolved. I will not be back there and I will make sure others know not to either. Horrible customer service and lack of respect for the customer. I apologize this was for the Bloomingdale store!

Had to take my Enterprise rental car here due to a tire problem. These guys got me taken care of quickly and were nice and professional.

Fast friendly service. We had a flat tire and manager sold us a new tire for a great price, he even gave us an extra $15 discount, AND he literally moved a car out of the bay someone had dropped off to be worked on and put us to the front of the line so he could get us back on the road. We were in and out in 35 mins.

Very disappointed, left without getting slow leak fixed when I was told it is $32 plus tax because. I didnt get the protection pkg when I bought 4 new tires from Tires Plus, Im finding your prices to excessive for things like oil changes, and fixing a flat thus no longer get oil changes there...

Usually do my own oil change on the Air Force Base. Had warranty for tire rotation, but saw oil change special and got that done as well. Went to change my oil and the oil drain plug head was rounded out and over tightened by their pneumatic tool, store manager admitted to using. Spent hours on trying to resolve their mistake but was told they couldnt do anything about it due to their volume of customers at that time. Not even look at it . No respect for customer time. No respect for customer dispute. It seems like they all want your money and do not want to take responsibility of their screw up. Already took my issue to corporate and will change review once problem has been resolved.

Service is quick here and completely reliable. I have never felt cheated or taken advantage here and the staff is genuinely caring and diligent in giving you tje most reliable service offered anywhere.

Made an appointment over the phone the day before i went there to get the tires balanced because the car was vibrating after the location on Bloomingdale installed 4 new tires. Got there 10 mins before the scheduled time and 2 hours later they finally got to my car. After checking it out for an hour, they came back to me and said the tires are balanced but the wheels are bent and thats why the car shakes. The car didnt shake before the new tires so I took the car to Christian Brothers to have them look at it. They told me that not one of the tires had been balanced correctly and that one of the tires didnt even have weights on it. Now the car drives fine again and Ill never trust Tires Plus with my car again.

I have been doing business with Terrance (manager) for many years and I wont go anywhere else for tires and alignments. Terrance has worked his way from a GS all the way to management and that experience really shows. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the products & services he provides. Do yourself a favor, stop in and see the difference!

Came around noon to have a car alingment and for them to check if anything else was ok . They came up with a few things which was expected with buying a used car from a lot. My problem is in the fact they I was told that at 2 all would be ready. It is exacly 6:32 and I am still sitting on location, and they came out to give me excuses to pretty much leave it overnight.Not happening !Next time let me know a realistic waiting time so I can go home and come back 6 hours later.

Stopped in late due to a large nail in my rear tire. Guy came to desk asking what I needed, told him what my issue was. Losing air as we spoke, he told me he could not help me because they had 3 cars ahead and were behind. Acted as if he didnt care. Im a mechanic, have never left anyone stranded no matter what. It takes 10-15 minutes tops to change out a tire so that tells me his guys arent that good. Never leave a traveler stranded but its clearly something they dont go by. That told me everything I need to know about that place and would never go there nor recommend anyone to go there.

I had my car towed here. It wasnt starting. They told me I need a dash cluster and the first time they said the part alone was $800. Me not making much money and growing up in foster care made me unsure about where I was going to get the work done. Anyway, someone gave me the money I needed to get the work done so I did. I came back 3 days after my car shouldve been fixed and they said its running poorly. So I told them too fix it because $1400 is alot of money to me. Not to mention my dash cluster didnt work after they put a new one in. So I left my car there and came back again. Now they said it wont start and I need a new engine. Then changed to they dont know whats wrong. So I asked for all my money back and they kept $144 out of what I paid. They dont know what theyre doing here and wont tell you till your car cant drive at all. Then they will tell you to get a cheap car and bring it to them. Dont bring your car here.
