Pulled into Velocity today because I needed to schedule an alignment - quickly got me up on the lift and truck being worked on as I write this. In addition to the immediate service, what has really stood out to me is the attentiveness to concerns I presented about an issue I’m having with my vehicle. Mark patiently listened to what I was experiencing, pointed out a few areas to keep an eye out for, and did it with a sincerity you don’t find often in repair shops. I am so glad I’ve discovered this shop so close to our new home!

Absolutely hands down the best vehicle maintenance shop I have ever taken my car to. I cant tell you how many times I felt and have been taken advantage to from other mechanic shops. Since taking my car to Velocity I knew Id be a returning customer always. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Ive had my car inspected for free and have had minor work done free of charge. You will be given a fair quote on work needed and they never try to tack on extra repairs you dont need.

Amazing place! Brand new and beautiful inside. They did a full alignment, changed my alternator, new windshield wipers and oil all for a very cheap price! Owners of lowered or slammed vehicles its a great place for you as well. My car is slammed to the floor and they had no issue getting my car up on a lift.

We have had both of our cars serviced here a few times. They were the only ones that were able to properly align our 4Runner after many other places trying. Very nice people, would definitely recommend!

Extremely dissatisfied with their service went in for an oil change came out with windshield wiper replacement they forgot one when I needed to use it that same day notice it was not there which left a metal to metal mart on my window and now theyre stating that Im a liar because they have video that it was installed the world and if its not there it must have fallen off somehow which means it was not installed properly why go out of my way to take off a six dollar item and make a mark no one in the right mind would do that and they refused to provide me with my viper they refused to reimburse me if I purchased my home they refused to fix the mark that have left me when I used it one time and now the owner ask me a liar and refuses to even egg knowledge anything but Im sorry get over it and deal with that this will be going over to the BBB

The owners and manager here are amazing! They want to satisfy their customers, they dont try to sell you things you dont need, they just want to fix what you need and leave you a customer for life! Their shop is great too, very clean and updated, the waiting area and bathroom are very clean (and that is a big thing for me!). Very friendly and professional place, we highly recommend it!! Great lube shop. It is my regular oil change stop for a few years now. Crew is always friendly and informative without trying to up-sale you. Always brings appropriate issues to my attention and walks me through all available options.

I messaged these guys inquiring about getting new tires I bought installed and balanced. Not only did they get back to me the following morning(apologizing for taking too long, which they didnt)but they included the price which was a lot lower than expected.I got there, they already knew why I was there, took my keys, 20 minutes later my tires were on and balanced. The price that was already lower than expected came with a 6 month warranty for the balance and alignment. Not to mention how nice the guys are. I also got the hand shake call me old fashioned but I like a hand shake after conducting business.Five star service. I will absolutely be referring this place.

Great experience. I am usually a DIY oil change guy, but with the 95 degree temps outside, I decided to stop by Velocity and let them take care of it while I sat in the AC inside the lounge. Very clean, very nice, and very quick. I may never change my own oil again.

I was in and out before I could even find a magazine! Definitely going to be a long term customer. I like supporting local businesses and love the fact Its family owned. Shop was really clean and organized and the mechanics seemed to know what they were doing well.

I called and spoke with the manager on the previous day to determine if they could accommodate my motorhome due to size. I explained that it had been serviced there previously but I knew that there was new ownership and I wanted to verify it was okay BEFORE bringing it in. I also asked if there was a preferred time. I was assured that if it was able to fit in their bay before, they would be able to do it again and the morning was preferred. When I arrived the next day I was turned away because the motorhome was larger than he expected and I arrived later than he meant, saying by in the morning he meant like 8am. Driving a motorhome requires planning. Calling ahead is part of the process as an owner and driver to make sure where the motorhome goes it can be fit. I suggest to this new ownership and manager that when a customer calls ahead, ask them qualifying questions and be specific. If you want me there at 8AM, tell me. If you need the units dimensions ask for them. I did my part as a customer, but you failed as a owner and manager to provide basic customer service. Additionally, dont blame your customer for not knowing what you incorrectly assumed about their vehicle and if you turn a customer away for the size of the vehicle, you should at least help them out when they leave. Your property is difficult to navigate in a car, much less a motorhome. Clearly, customer service is not a strong suit here, especially when your last excuse used was that youre too busy to accommodate me. Keep running your business this way and you wont have that problem very long.

Found this shop to be honest an above board. Took my 97 mercury in for service, when l left it was running worse than when I arrived. I wrote the owner and he had me come back in, tore the engine down an found the problem. Good service, good people, thats why I go back

I arrived on my lunch break (I was a little worried about time because I didnt have too long) but they had me in and out within 10 minutes which made me pretty impressed because there was a few cars already there! I am not the most car savvy person and usually think Im being tricked into unnecessary purchases, but the gentleman was very honest and made me feel like he was giving good and true advice, not just seeing me as an easy sell. This will me my new place! Friendly neighborly staff with all the high end equipment.

FULL SYNTHETIC oil change,vacuum and tire rotation $65.99, all fluids topped off including brake fluid, tire rotation brake inspection and all around check up. Something doesnt feel right or just need a check up,ask well steer you in the right direction!!!

I used to think this place was awesome. But I just went in for a lot of service, $1200 worth. I paid happily, didnt complain...but before I left I had asked them if they could do me a favor. I had a break light and license plate light out and I already had new lights with me, all I asked was for them to put them in for me. Youd think since I just gave them $1200 that theyd just put them in for me. Nope, he told me itd be $29.99 to put the lights in that were already paid for. It just goes to show you that even after taking your money, all they want is more, they dont care about helping you out at all. Its a shame really, I dont understand how repair shops treat you like that.

Buyer beware! My son took his car for an oil change and after it was complete, the technician claimed it wouldnt start. They ran a test on the battery to show him it was bad and wanted to sell him one. He had the wherewithal to call his father and told him what they were claiming. Needless to say, his dad went up there with his own volt meter and the battery read just fine. Miraculously, the car started fine after he got there. These people tried to take advantage of a young person just to make a few dollars. Highly DO NOT recommend!
