Good and honest team of service people! Especially AJ, he took the time to explain, took pictures and provided recommendations for outside mechanics, as they couldnt do the type of work needed to make the repairs, to the electrical system of my vehicle.

Staff nice and friendly. However, they could have told us before the 3 hours we waited for an oil change that they couldnt do it because it was a new Ford. 3 hours wasted sitting there to be told they cant do it.

Because its rude when the cashier has to stop and answer the phone and ask to put you on hold. Whoever the manager is wake up and smell the coffee! And dont you dare blame it on the staff! They were hustling as fast as they could!

Kind of a joke...called to arrange to have 4 tires mounted and balanced....I get there and they inform me that they wont install tires on aftermarket wheels???? On any aftermarket wheel!!! Just crazy

Communication between staff and customer needs work on..the techs were great, i had 2 tires put on rims that were already off of my trailer and they swapped and balanced them in less than 5 min Granted it only took me about 45 min to finally be able to purchase the tires..cashier either needs a bit more training or something cause when she was looking up my tires i looked like she was just staring off into space...I mean she didnt even start typing or anything for about a good 2-4 mins..Seriously, just stood and looked at the monitor..I was like what the @$#× man cmon..Maybe she was overwhelmed or something or maybe ...I dunno..its whatever. But definitely need more training with customer relations

Tuesday July 13th was my first encounter, came at 530 to attempt to get my tires changed. From the moment I stepped out the vehicle the employee wouldn’t stop starting giving “dirty looks”. I couldn’t get it in as supposedly they were 4 hours behind yet they closed in 2 hours. Made an appointment for the upcoming Saturday. Supposedly would be the first one in, upon arrival there were already two vehicles inside and I was told it would be about a 2hr wait. The mechanics had an awful attitude & would rudely stare, I purchased like a flat tire warranty and once advised I can go to any Walmart to get it repaired if need be I was happy, I would NOT be returning to this location for tire services! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and un easy to express what Service I am needing.

One poor guy behind the counter. Everyone else was standing around talking. Not helping customers.

Staff was very friendly, but I waited almost 20 min for a simple core exchange and they proceeded to help other people before me even though I was standing at the register. Also one man walked up with his mask on his chin and stood there and talked with an associate for a good ten minutes without them saying anything.

VALRICO - Walmart Auto Care Center is the best !!!Bought tires at the Mulberry store, had themmounted and balanced then left the store only to have a severe vibration in the front end. Went back to the store, only to be told theyve done all that they could do.Went to the Valrico Walmart Auto Care Center and they redid what the Mulberry Walmart Auto Care Center did, and they NAILED IT !!!

I went for an oil change. They open at 7, door opened at 7:20. I was the first oil change in line, and at 9am they hadnt started on my car yet, so I left

They do not answer the phone dont even try calling them drove 10 miles out of my way to find out they didnt stock my size tire thank God there was a Firestone in the area

Extremely rude. Was turned away 2 hours before the auto shop closes even though there werent any cars being worked on. Had to track down anyone to even talk to about getting my oil change done.

They give great service under normal circumstances, but with this recent situation with the virus going on you may have to wait an hour and a half for oil change & other services. The good thing is that in the meantime you can shop for your grocery needs. After 1 week, & at this last visit because of the virus the auto center had to close because there wasnt enough personnel to uphold the place. 😥

I bought two tires for my 2005 Ford Escape. No problems...good price on tires but like every other tire shop, expect to be there 3 hours. At least at Walmart you can shop while you are waiting. Friendly staff. Auto Care staff are very helpful and nice. Ill go back for future tire needs.

Very unprofessional

Today, 3/16/15, I took 4 tires into this Walmart Auto center for installation on my Dodge truck. Fortunately, it was not a busy time and I had the best experience ever at an auto service department. My work order was completed quickly with attention to detail and reviewed by the manager to insure that they were proper tires for my truck. The service advisor then drove my truck into the bay and THREE of the technicians started on my vehicle. The removed the old tires, replaced the valve stems, mounted and balanced the new and had them on the truck in short order. They worked together as a team and followed recommended procedures for wheel installation: like hand starting the lug nuts to insure they are not cross threaded, using a star pattern to tighten them and then torquing them to spec. The entire process was efficient and professional.The work oder was completed, paid for and I was on my way without delay. I know I hit them at a good time and not everyone will be this fortunate, but the ability and attitude of this work group was outstanding on this occasion. Thanks for the great experience.

Always happy when I leave here! Brought my truck in at 830am and got new tires and an oil change. I was done and on my way home by 11! Their customer service is absolutely the best never dealt with anyone who wants extremely nice! Thanks Dwight and crew!

I can sum up my most recent experience with this tire center in one word... Kindness. I was driving on a separated tire and had already received some pretty bad service from another Walmart. I was turned away from the first Walmart because it was about five minutes past 6:30 when I arrived. They closed at 7:00. I took a chance by coming to this store not knowing if Id get there before they closed or if they would tell me the same thing. I got there as they were closing and Ashley, rather than turn me away, suggested I speak with the manager, Anthony. Needless to say I have a new tire. Ashley and Anthony made a world of difference for me today. If they hadnt taken the time to help just one last customer I might have had a blow out on the way home, or worse with my family in the car. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!!!

Called spoke to a Michael at 0800 about tires ...came in around 0940 dealt with Jonathan at the counter very pleasant... 4 new tires completed and paid for by 1130 ... both gentlemen were very professional and will use again...thank you guys

I purchased 2 tires at Brandon/Valrico FL store. Was not told same exact tires would be cheaper if ordered online & free delivered to store. Over $40 difference! Purchased oil change also & not everything was done in purchased package. Spoke with an assistant manager who more less stated too bad, now you know. Not a good experience at all & felt taken advantage of being a female senior.

Excellent service! Despite being short handed, they were able to repair my tire quicker than estimated.

Son went to them and thay checked his battery. To tell him it might be? The alternator or the starter so dad shows up because there equipment is not working to jump state him. But can put a self pick up machine in the lobby. But can not keep good working equipment or employee that know auto repairs. So I showed up and found it started ok after looking at it. Instead of thinking what it might be. I have to look at something before I can tell whats wrong with it. They never trained me to THINK WHATS WRONG WITH IT. I was train to look FIRST. NEVER BEEN WRONG THAT WAY.

Not a bad experience but not good. I needed tires quickly and only needed two. When I need all 4 tires next time Ill probably go to Tire Kingdom.

Work all night. 2nd in line first thing in the morning. First one for battery change took 2 hrs because they had no cashier. Never again.

Terrible!! Almost 4 hours to check a battery. During the whole time at least 4 of 8 techs standing around talking at one point 7 of 8 milking the clock. Everyone waiting with many leaving except for the young spanish speaking young lady who received instant service. Called their Corp office, never received a call back not even from the store manager as promised. Will never return for automotive maybe nothing at all period.

I was there for a total of maybe 25 minutes and they installed 2 new tires for me with no issues.

It was a bit of a wait, but they honored my road hazard and I got a brand new tire for $23.

I went Friday before Spring Break to check my tires to Valrico Walmart. I went after work approximately 3 to 3:30pm. They had my car for a while they couldnt find what was wrong. I got tired of waiting and asked for the keys and left. The following week I went to Causeway location and their customer service was great. Immediately a young lady cashier found the problem. My husband was transitioned to hospice that week and I was driving the Selmon bk and forth frm Brandon to TGH, couldve had a bad accident!

Came in around 710 a.m. on a Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited ten minutes before anyone greeted me, only to be greeted by a Technichian who clearly hates his job and didnt wanna be there. He walked up to me and said what do you want? I said Im here for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked him about how long of a wait and he said I dont know, were just getting started so how could I give you a time frame? I then reminded him I wanted my tires rotated front to back and he replied I know, thats what its gonna be He even told me to go to a different shop if I didnt like his attitude. Worse customer service in my experience at any professional establishment. Amazing they would hire someone like this. Went to the Wal-Mart on causeway and had a great experience. Wouldnt reccomend this one to anyone

DONT BUY TIRES FROM WALMART AGAIN DONT BUY TIRES FROM WALMART!!!!!!!!They dont honor their tire warranties they say there is to much air pressure in the tires which there the only ones that change my oil and rotate the tires and put air in them. So you tell me why I had to pay for two new tires 2 months after I bought the 4 new tires. Totally recomend go to a tire store and paying a little more for your tires so they will honor your warranties..

First off, i was there at 7am for my 7am appointment. They out 4 people in ahead of me. Didnt get checked until 7:27, so yall are a joke for that; then the guy driving cant figure out stick and needed to flare my exhaust (probably over 4000rpm) just to center it, and then i hear the exhaust flare over 10 times in idle. Service was a massive failure, and I wouldnt recommend to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

Had to get my tire repaired. I like Walmarts road hazard policy. The down side is the wait is at minimum 2 hours.

Worst place ever! I took my Cadillac in for 2 tires and left with my rear air suspension blown out and after waiting over 2 weeks to hear back from claims management I was just told they are not at fault and will not fix my car! They said its unfortunately wear and tear of my car. But my air ride system was just fine before taking it in their shop!

I went there 2xs the first time i went they couldnt do the oil change on my car because they didnt have my oil,went back 3weeks later they couldnt do my oil change because they didnt have enough workers? Didnt carry size tires that came on the van. Would not put recomend replacement in tire guide. Said I could take the wheels off my self and bring them in. Then they would put them on. The tires on the vehicle was the same ones that they wouldnt install on the vehicleWent to Sams club, no problem.
