My husband was looking for a vehicle due to us expecting a baby and him having safety concerns with his current Maxima. He wanted to pay cash for the $80,000 he was looking to buy. We went to Rogers-Dabbs where he was told at minimum he would HAVE to finance a WARRANTY if he was not going to finance the vehicle itself. He spoke with a different sales person there later on who got their sales manager involved. The sales manager first told my husband that he had a NEW vehicle that he had an invoice on that he could put $5000 towards the vehicle until it arrived at the dealership and get first right of refusal if it came in and it wasnt what he wanted. When he found out my husband was paying cash, he changed his story and said he couldnt just put the $5000 down because he had the invoice (which again, he had already told us he had at the beginning). He then told my husband they could not sell to him at all if he didnt finance the car. My husband told him he could go to the bank right then and get the money out and come back, but the manager said they have a quota to meet on financing contracts and he could not sell unless he financed. We later talked to two friends of ours who are attorneys, and both said this may be illegal.

When I walked up to the receptionist desk a young man meet me there. I saw him get up and come there when I walked in the door. After introducing ourselves I learned his name is Thomas Lowe. We went to his desk and very professionally he and I talked about what I was looking for. We interchange fun talk such as about family. Thomas stayed with me throughout the entire buying process. This meant a lot to me. He went to each department with me to ensure I knew the facility. I was impressed with the Service Consultant Andee McCarty. She was very helpful in taking care of my needs. Went to look at some old corvette (1991 and a 2007) to have for a weekend toy. The 1991 idled at extremely high and didn’t have enough gas in it to let it warm up to see if it would come down. When I brought up that it was out of gas they just said okay. The 2007 had less than 8,000 miles. It took them 10 minutes just to get the car door open. After 20 minutes of not being able to start the car I walked away. Wouldn’t recommend them but also wouldn’t say to avoid. I’d definitely check over the car better than they seem to.

I brought in my 2010 Corvette GS to have new tires mounted/balanced, an oil change, and an overall inspection. “David,” the service advisor, was very helpful and super knowledgeable about Corvettes. If you are in the central Mississippi area, this is the place to take your late model corvette for service. David kept me updated every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with.

Having to pay for a transmission flush at 60,000 miles because a person says that Chevrolet says it needs to have this other fluid in it for it to work right but yet they wanted to charge me $200 for the flush to put a new fluid in even though this fluid is what they recommending because of a vibration issue in a transmission. After further investigation I found itIt is a normal problem with the couple of years right there and that I guess sometimes they charge customers for it and sometimes its free and I guess I just pick and choose who they want to charge for it so. So very disappointed in GM for making A loyal customer pay for such a change due to a mistake on GM’s part. If the fluid is the reason The transmission is vibrating and because of the wrong fluid after GM has tested and figured out that it needed this other transmission fluid then they should’ve been liable for it not me.

I arrived at 10:45am. I did not leave till 5pm. And the problem was not fixed. No one thought it was a good idea to tell me they were going to waste my time and have me sitting there all day!!! No one had the decency to be like oh yeah we aren’t even going to look at your car for hours so you need a ride somewhere or have someone pick you up. No one checked on me. No one told me anything. I wasted my whole day for them to say come back Monday and we will fix it!!!!!!!!

One of the worst experiences at a dealership I’ve ever had. Extremely unorganized I scheduled an appointment for a vehicle three days prior to coming when I showed up car was not at the correct store, took them 45 minutes to get it then to only show up to tell me it’s out of gas as well, then when I asked to go test drive it while we get gas to speed up the process I had to pump my own gas while the salesman hung out inside the store. The entire time this was going on they were supposed to be “appraising” my vehicle only for me to come back and then tell me they needed there “Ford” tech to come test drive the car. The car is a high horsepower car and when he gets back they tell me they need time to get offers on the car that they will call me and let me know. I go get in my car to leave and find the thermostat is pegged out and the temp light is on from there employee ragging the car out on the highway. Will never be back. Terrible

My daughter & I almost died due to the fact that my truck cut off due to lost connection. I feel like when I brought my truck in a few weeks ago, they should have caught the issue I had with the mount not connecting to the battery cable or whatever. I had to rent a vehicle for 2 days due to no availability. I understand that I didn’t know my truck would do that. Overall, the staff are friendly when I do come.

We pulled up and were immediately greeted by friendly faces. My cousin came with intentions to test drive an Equinox and a Colorado. The friendly and helpful Nick came to the rescue. This was first GM dealership that I have had contact that actually treated the customer like they were important. I have told several people about my great experience and will continue to do so however due to how GM treated me when my 2020 Terrian broke down ( less than 8500 miles) and took 4 complete months to resolve issue. I still have bad taste regrading GM as a whole and will NEVER buy GM product again.

I had a transmission replacement. The mechanic left bungee cords wrapped around the Exhaust. The breather box was not mounted back, it was just dangling. And the frame was not mounted back to the body. Only 3 bolts was holding it on. Service engine light is now on. Horrible horrible horrible!!! I will NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM!!

Excellent. Got a no-hassle loaner car while repairs made. Only issue: Blend box motor which was an $80 part cost $700 in labor to replace. I am hoping if I have any issues with that repair in the future I will be given some consideration for labor cost already spent.Otherwise, I am very happy with Rogers-Dabbs and have already recommended them to some of my fellow classic Corvette owners.

We were just dealt with in an unethical way because we have special needs. You see my 25 year old son is in a wheelchair and we have to purchase a vehicle and then have it outfitted with a wheel chair lift that will cost me $20,000. To to this we have to finance this vehicle and as you ca imagine borrowing $20k more than a vehicle is worth could be a huge problem. We have found a finance company that specialized in this and are approved.When you sale manager found out that we were not going to finance through GMAC, he said we’d have to pay $5,000 more for this vehicle.Thats just plan bad business. Its like like we were choosing to go else where because we wanted to, we have to.I get that car inventory is tight but this is just plan bad business.

Took my 2015 Silverado in for oil change and to check my brakes because they are squeezing. Wait time was about a hour and a half and I was told that my breaks squeak because they are still new. The service is expensive and unreliable. They released the vehicle back to me with a severe shake in the front end on braking. After spending $1k dollars on brake pads and turning the rotors, they wanted to charge me another $170 to tell me it needs new rotors. Why did release the vehicle back to me with bad rotors to begin with? And, then they want to charge me more to tell me I need rotors. They couldnt figure that out when they had it? They will not refund me the $60 they charged for turning them. Im done with Rogers-Dabbs and Chevrolet. Their products are flawed and their service is unreliable and expensive.Also, the manager was completely unhelpful.

Excellent service! Everyone is very nice and patient. They take the time to explain things and whats going on and the costs of things. While I was there, I witnessed an employee bringing an air filter to a customer to show him that it should be replaced and explain the cost of doing so. It seems like a small gesture, but Ive had service at other places that just perform things and then want you to pay for them.Id recommend everyone go to Rogers-Dabbs!

I was told Warrenty would not cover the problem and you had to pull the gas tank the cost would be $499. I came got the car and took it to A 1 gear and auto in Florence they got the part from GM for $35 and charged me $50 to install it. You tried to rip me off

I made an appointment online for the oil change and to have the check engine light. The diagnostic took 1/2 the day (not sure why I made the appointment). I requested that my tires be rotated and when my husband got home with the paperwork, it did not indicate it was done.But the most scary thing.....when the truck was brought around from the back for my husband to leave, they delivered the wrong truck. The associate drove it to the front, got out and was headed back inside. He had to stop her and ask if she brought that truck to him, it was NOT EVEN OUR TRUCK. Mistake MAYBE avoidable ABSOLUTELY, but scary to say the least.

Went to the Rogers Dabb used dealership part. Salesman was very nice but finance manager wasn’t. Seemed like he didn’t wanna be there and we were bothering him. He would roll his eyes a lot. Walked into the dealership and wasn’t greeted. Finance manager seen us walk in and said nothing. Finally found someone and asked for the person we spoke with. Overall bad experience. We ended up going to another dealership like 20 minutes later and getting a great suv with an affordable note and it was way newer than the one we were trying to buy at Rogers Dabb 🥳. Been there twice in the last two months to look only and test drive one of the cars my wife and I were considering. Both times were stalked by sales team (two different ones mind you) before we even stopped the car the first time and the second time I was finishing up a phone call he stayed outside my truck for about 5 minutes waiting on me. When starting the test drive I was sat down in a chair and started being asked questions about options, payments, trade in etc. wasting my time but also there own. ( I have made it abundantly clear I was not purchasing). The 2nd time being there I was blatantly lied to about what what engine options were available on there lot. (GM doesnt even have the engine option available in the trim they had on their lot. )TL:DR If you go to Rogers-dabbs, go with the understanding you will be treated only as a sale. you are a mark to them. They will approach in the typical friendly fashion but they are not respecting your concerns, needs, or even you as a person.

Scott the finance manager insists on running a warranty scam on me. I signed where he told me to sign. There were only places for signatures. Very deceptive auto purchase. I didn’t ask for a warranty nor was anything ever explained about any type of warranty. I’ve had the truck almost 3 weeks calling and texting Scott everyday asking him to remove the warranty but he continues say it will fall off if I don’t use it. The finance company told me he was lying about that too. This guy has lied to me at least 25 times about things concerning the sale of this vehicle. I told the finance company when they called me the first time about Scotts scam and they put a temporary stop to the financing deal. Then he called the finance company back and lied to them saying he removed the warranty and everything between him and I had been resolved. Turned right around and submitted the same loan form to them again and surprise the warranty was still there. Ruthless and Very unethical! He has no intentions on removing the warranty. It’s all been a scam from the start. I’m reporting this to the attorney General, consumer affairs, and BBB first thing in the morning. Then I will call the finance company back to report that Scott lied and scammed them too. I put 20k down and Scott is playing games with me, my money, and the finance company. My lawyer is on standby to file the written demand statement of arbitration. I would not recommend Roger Dabbs to anyone that I care about! This has been a Horrible experience!Buy your car from somewhere else unless you would rather get ripped off and lied to Over and Over!

I do all my business at Rogers Dabbs and I too, have had this finance manager “Scott.” My guess is, you knew exactly what you were signing up for but when you got home, you probably realized you were “in” over your head, am I right? I’ve had the truck almost 3 weeks calling and texting Scott everyday asking him to remove the warranty but he continues say it will fall off if I don’t use it. The finance company told me he was lying about that too. This guy has lied to me at least 25 times about things concerning the sale of this vehicle. I told the finance company when they called me the first time about Scotts scam and they put a temporary stop to the financing deal. Then he called the finance company back and lied to them saying he removed the warranty and everything between him and I had been resolved. Turned right around and submitted the same loan form to them again and surprise the warranty was still there. Ruthless and Very unethical! He has no intentions on removing the warranty. It’s all been a scam from the start. I’m reporting this to the attorney General, consumer affairs, and BBB first thing in the morning. Then I will call the finance company back to report that Scott lied and scammed them too. I put 20k down and Scott is playing games with me, my money, and the finance company. My lawyer is on standby to file the written demand statement of arbitration. I would not recommend Roger Dabbs to anyone that I care about! This has been a Horrible experience!Buy your car from somewhere else unless you would rather get ripped off and lied to Over and Over!

I called to ask a question in the used cars department and I got put on hold while hearing somebody in the background say “I don’t know why y’all answer the phone” and the man hung up on me. I was trying to make sure I had the right documents before I drive a 1 and 30 minutes to purchase a vehicle.

I showed up at the used car lot and Whiddon came out and listened to what I wanted. She understood that I didn’t just want any truck, I wanted MY truck. I left and 4 months later she called and said, “ Mr Foster, Ive found your truck.” Fast forward to just 2 days later I came back to the lot ready to buy my truck. Upon arrival, I was approached by a slender salesmen who seemed more interested in the other cars pulling into the lot than selling me my truck. He then passed us off to Mr. Jeff Jameson. Now, no disrespect to Mr. Jeff as I think he is a great guy/a cool cat but he seemed as well to not take us seriously either. We went back and forth for a night and the next day before it set in that these salespeople did not want to take me and my money seriously. Two trips to the lot with this slender fellow and Mr. Jeff passing us around was just too much. So, instead of taking my money elsewhere I simply just asked for Whiddon to help us out. She had moved out of sales to a different department by then but she was able to meet us after 5:00. And just like that, I bought my truck. This is a great group of people, the real deal. These people want you to feel satisfied with what you have bought from them. From Whiddon to Justin to Kendall the finance manager, all went above and beyond.

Update to previous post comments/review on this business. Took from February 25th tiI March 9th 2021 for me to find out the finance company did not have proper paperwork needed to finance my vehicle and so they had returned the paperwork on the loan to the dealership. And to note I could have provided this upon request at any time since February 25th if I had known. I had to call the finance company to find this out when I was calling as instructed to do a customer review? It took another 1.5 weeks for the dealership to remember to call me and let me know it was finally financed. Obviously no follow thru for me, and way down on list of priorities? If you buy a car here it could take nearly a month for you to know you are financed, meanwhile you have bought insurance on the vehicle, and they had already sold my trade in, really? I love the car but this has ended any further purchases from here.

I know she’s been a headache for all of us but I just wanted to give a solid thank you to everyone that has helped get her back to normal. Coty killed it on the body work as well back when the original repairs took place the whole side of my truck looks brand new. Thanks again.

This place has horrible service. I hate I purchased my vehicle from there and honestly is considering just giving it back to avoid the issues I’ve dealt with from them. All of the employees there are not to fond of people of color so you will get treated differently. Idk if they said they’re cheaper or what but I wouldn’t recommend getting anything from there.
