Fantastic kitchen granite install! They showed up on time for templating and install. Install is perfect. The countertops look fantastic, are dead level, and the one seam is invisible! High quality work, great communication, and fair pricing. I highly recommend you check them out.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Customer service was horrendous and so was the job. They measured wrong, cut the quartz wrong, and did not cut or install 2 pieces I paid for. The “shop manager “ was a pompous jerk who showed zero interest in fixing the problem. After several phone calls and texts Phil finally got back to me. They attempted for the 3rd time to fix their mistakes but alas, 2 months later I still have an unfinished bathroom and kitchen. I ultimately had to hire a different marble company Atlantic Marble on cape cod to fix it.Buyer beware, there are lots of great Stone companies out there. Northeastern Marble and granite isn’t one of them.

Ok, here comes an awesome review.2 points. Do not give up at the end. Lots of places, lots of multi-level marketing BS, can easily be seen with other companies.These guys have the local store-front, stone at the back. Very straightforward operation.They also helped me show-off my new kitchen for Braintree day, with a very short turnaround.

I very rarely write reviews, but this one is COMPLETELY worth it. I am renovating a rental condo and have had the worst experience all around EXCEPT for Northeastern Marble & Granite. First they were 1/2 the cost of a well known kitchen/bath countertop place. Second, I had to reschedule my templating 3 times because of issues with the cabinet delivery without having to wait a week to 2 weeks. They though delivery would be about 2 weeks and I am confident they will stick to the schedule. On top of that, they have beautiful slabs! If you go anywhere else, good luck! I will always use them moving forward.

DON’T USE THEMProduct ended up looking okay, but:-there was a seam where they put an “L” shape together, when I was made to believe it would be seamless-Workers came in, 3 of them, and had NO MASKS (I wasn’t home or I would have asked them)-They did the sink cutout WITHOUT thought for the dust. Most installers will use a vacuum while its being cut to get the most of the dust. They did not. Did not even use sheeting or tarps or anything. Underneath the sink, there was up to a 1/4”+ of Quartz dust in there, not to mention pieces of cabinet they chipped off, old strips of silicon they peeled off, and even googles underneath all the dust they left behind. I spent hours cleaning it up, probably destroyed a vacuum, and even now, days later still finding areas of dust that I missed. They dust permeated the entire condo, even room, surface and even walls/windows needed to be cleaned.-I left them a message about my concerns, and they never responded, just charged our credit card that they had on file for our deposit.DON’T USE THEM

My cabinet and backsplash was damaged during the granite counter top installation. I asked for them ro repair them and they feel they arent responsible which makes no sense its obvious they were careless. I asked to at least repair the backsplash since I found matching tile and they were ignorant and said no. I wouldnt use them again or recommend them.

This store certainly has better prices than others, and I love the granite I purchased, but when they came to my house to measure my kitchen, they didn’t make a template. We questioned theIr method, and they assured us there’d be no problem. When they came to install, we were very disappointed when they showed up with a large part of our counter in 2 pieces and installed it with a very visible seam down the middle. There was no mention of our counter having a seam in it, and the 2 pieces didn’t match at all. I called to complain and was told they made 2 pieces as to not scratch the walls. My kitchen was gutted, and we didn’t care about scratches. I would never have agreed to a seam if they told me there was going to be one. They asked me to email pictures of the seam to see what they could do. I emailed pictures twice and even spoke to them twice on the phone about it, and they never bothered to respond again. There was also another small section of granite for another area that was cut wrong, which they did replace. I guess when they’re done being paid, they’re done with you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Unprofessional. Poor customer service. Damaged my kitchen. Rude and dishonest.I always look up reviews before hiring anyone and this company seemed to have good reviews. As I came to find out, some are fake reviews. I now know the names of some of the workers and they have given this business 5 star ratings, so please dont believe all of the positive reviews you saw.We chose this company to install granite in our kitchen. When we met with an employee he showed us a beautiful piece of granite and we decided to go with it. When we made our deposit the next day, we asked when we could come see the slab they would use. We were reassured that it wasnt necessary to come as the slab looked exactly like what we saw with him. I was pregnant and with Covid-19 about, I was grateful to not have to go out in public again.The day they came to install, they snapped our island piece right in half. I came home to see the rest of the granite and immediately started crying. It was not what I picked out AT ALL. I picked a beautiful gray and white granite with lots of stripes across it. This granite was mostly white with tons of brown on it. They also damaged our cabinetry along with our wall and there were chips in the granite along the edges near the wall.When my husband spoke to them about the island breaking, they didnt seem to care very much. They did agree to pay for the damages, as they should. I went to pick out the slab for the island because I refused to let them tell me it would be what I wanted. I brought up how disappointed I was in the granite I recieved and the employee kept trying to tell me that my husband agreed to that piece of granite when he came in. My husband NEVER went to the granite yard without me and we only went the one time, so that was an outright lie.I tried to reason with them and sent pictures of what I was shown and what I received and asked for it to be replaced because the difference is so obvious. They were not accommodating in any way. I just wanted what I deserved and paid for. I wanted them to acknowledge that it was not the same as what I picked out. They werent understanding at all and didnt offer any sort of compromise to please their customer. Ive worked in customer service and their lack of it is despicable.The absolute least they could have done was offer us a small discount or a discount on a future purchase to show that they feel bad for us being so dissatisfied with what they gave us. They basically told me to get over it.We need granite and quartz for our master bathroom, our laundry room, and our basement bar. They have lost all of that business from us.They didnt even respond to the last two emails I sent them because they are so unprofessional. Please save yourself the trouble and stress that I have gone through and find a reputable and professional company to work with.Left is what we picked out, right is what we now have in our kitchen unfortunately.

Not my first time hiring these folks and when the time calls for it, wont be my last. Phil is exceptionally helpful and friendly. They are honest, upfront about time frames and cost. Very competitive if not well below other stone places, especially home depot and Lowes. Highly recommend

Update to a small bathroom needed a piece of granite for the top of the vanity. Phil at Northeastern help me sort through remnants and find the exact color I needed. Small job, but careful attention throughout the process. Reasonably priced and quick turn around. Definitely recommend!

Not too happy with Northeast Granite. Showed up late on day of install - no vacuum - granite dust went EVERYWHERE - had to argue with the installer as to the correct size of the cook-top cut out. Called the store twice and got no response to either call asking to speak with someone. Price was low - but I guess you get what you pay for... Better off going with a different company. I can understand something not going well, but when you call to discuss it (twice) with no response... I guess all you have is a google review to air it out.

We really enjoyed working with Northeastern Granite when remodeling our kitchen. Phil was very professional, honest and easily available. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stone selection was of the best quality and price. The entire process was seamless and we are loving the upgrades to our kitchen!

We ordered quartz countertops from Northeastern Granite after a friend recommended them to us. They did an amazing job!! The counters are exactly what we wanted. Im a contractor in the South Shore area and Ive been using Northeastern Granite for 2 years now. Great prices, fast turnaround, very professional. I highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. The granite that they brought show all stained and when I am trying to show them the problem they avoid , do not answer in the phone and keep ignoring the situation. During 10 day without a sink this business owner do not care to even talk for situation. At first they claim that their boss is Bruna Gomez , then this guy Jose claims ownership and start blaming on me, the customer that their product is so low quality same as their service. Beside I paid them in full and all they are causing me and my family is pain and frustration.

Great price and quality workmanship. Turnaround was a bit long from template to installation, 2 weeks but that’s normal since they are so busy due to their popularity. Highly recommended!

I will NEVER buy from these guys again. First of all, very disorganized. They tell you one price but then it ends up being something else, and if they dont have what you are asking them for - they try to convince you to get something else even if it does not match what you want. Second of all, they agreed to install my quartz pieces that I purchased and then when it was time for the guy to do it - he said that he couldnt so my tile guy will not have to do it. Third, they initially gave me a time frame of 2-5 delivery, day before changed it to 1-3. Then the delivery guy called me at 11am and said that they are going to deliver the pieces and leave it on my balcony after I told them not to. They still left them outside and when I called the store - they were very rude. Horrible customer service and service.. PERIOD! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I needed a sink re-anchored. They were able set up an appt in within​ a week which was good. And they arrived on time with a call ahead which was great.But. The technician - or guy they sent had to borrow tools and screws from my son,( And he tried to leave with a Kline screw driver) he only had one tube of silicone which was spread pretty thin.He only put in three anchors. I saw this when I came home.Whens I tried to contact the company I did not receive a call back or return email. Which is shady So, they may do good installation, I dont know, but I would definitely be there to supervise any repair.

Business hours are listed as starting at 9 a.m. We arrived at 9:45 a.m. on Wednesday, and there was a paper sign hung on the door saying that theyd return at 10:30. We called at 9 this morning before heading over there, and they didnt pick up. They did answer 15 minutes later. When we got there, the representative asked us what we wanted, wrote it down, and then told us that he had to send an email so we should look around the showroom while we waited. 15 minutes later, he came back in and asked us again what we wanted. He took us out back to look at the remnants, and could not have been less helpful, only bothering to measure a few pieces when we asked him specifically. He said that all of their pieces were too short or too narrow. We gave up on this company, will find somewhere where the staff cares at least a little bit about the customers.
