Just love our new kitchen cabinets and counter top from Norfolk Kitchen and Bath. Despite working during the Covid crisis Norfolk and Tricia Cahalane their designer were a pleasure to work with. Were very pleased with how things came out.

I was recommended to Norfolk Kitchen and Bath by my contractor for a kitchen and bath remodels. My first visit to the showroom in Braintree was to get design ideas. I met Tricia a member of the design team who was incredibly helpful. My contractor referred me to Nicola Hood who he has worked with in the past. Nicola put so much time and effort into her designs that it was very difficult for me to make a decision. She was patient, great to work with and I am very happy with my design choices. I highly recommend Nicola and Tricia as well for your design needs!!!

I called to get an appointment to look at kitchen countertops. First they put me hold for 8 minutes so I hang up. I called again and someone took my name and number to call me back bu it never happened. What a waste of time, I went somewhere else.

I was quite disappointed that I was notified last minute stating my appointment with the designer Nicola was cancelled! I got a busy job, had to cancel a meeting, ask for childcare service and switch plans in order to make this type of working hr appointment. Not to mention that I live 25 miles away north from Braintree, almost hopped in my car to Braintree then got this call.I feel at least I could be notified a day before, or even if it is an urgent situation, the Norfolk could have someone else taking care of this type of last min cancellation.I have not worked with Norfolk before, but I am sure I can find a different place that cares for customers.I will definitely NOT recommend my friends, neighbors, colleagues for this place!

We went there tonight and patiently waited while the two salespeople worked with clients. We spent nearly an hour looking at cabinets, tile and countertops in preparation for our discussion with whichever salesperson finished first. When one of the salespeople finished she walked by and never acknowledged us. She walked around the showroom putting away samples as the clocked ticked closer to closing. After 12 additional minutes waiting I approached to ask why she didn’t ask whether we needed help. She said she just finished with a client and didn’t see us. I guess it was more important to get home than work with a customer tonight. Fortunately, there are many options for cabinets. I suggest you go to one of them.

Our designer Norma is fantastic. Dots every I and crosses every T. Pays attention to every detail. Looking forward to our new kitchen to be finished in September.

Norfolk Ktichen & Bath did a kitchen and 1/2 bath renovation for me two years ago and the eperience was very positive and I still love everything about it today!!
