I’m very picky about which body shop I use as I’ve had bad experiences in the past. I have historically used a shop in the West Roxbury area where I grew up, but now that I have a kid and live in Braintree it would have been a hassle to coordinate dropping my car off and getting a rental etc.These guys came highly recommended by MAPFRE and the rental car company I used and they did not disappoint. I spent half my adult life in the automotive repair industry and I’m not easily impressed when it comes to repair and body work, but I have to give these guys their props. Their work and customer service is excellent and I will be using them for all my body work going forward.

I have been a customer here for years. I hate having to go there because it means I have had an issue that requires body work on a car.They do great work here. This guys approach business so professionally I would call it an ultimate customer service! They were able to negotiate extra fixes with insurance company using their expertise and experience. I am highly satisfied and will use their service again if needed.

I needed body work done from being rear ended and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Dropped the car off rental was waiting and in less than a week I had my car back. It was so easy no headaches or stress just simple and a perfect job done. They detailed the inside and outside as a courtesy which was awesome. This is my second car being taken here and would not go anywhere else. John was so easy to work with and just a superb job. Wouldnt go anywhere else. I brought my car here after it was hit in a parking lot. The process was easy from start to finish. They worked with insurance and told me what to expect in terms of getting the rental car, and made it easy to drop mine off. It was ready in a few days, and the repair looked like new. The most surprising part was that they cleaned my entire car, inside and out. Vacuumed, dusted, shined the tires, everything...pretty impressive. Definitely didnt expect that. Highly recommend this place for any body work you need.

Car Craft fixed my Subaru a couple months ago and did a great job but they just did another amazing job on my Ford. The car was in there for 2 claims at the same time with different companies and they were great at keeping the claims separate,dealing with each company and keeping me updated. The car is not only fixed its never looked so good. Its sparkling clean inside and out. More than it was the day I bought it! They can also have your rental car there and ready for you when you come and you can turn it back in to them

Car Craft and their team did a fabulous job recently on the body work on my car. I had damage from an accident that spanned across both doors on one side, and when I got my car back from them (in exactly the time they estimated!) it looked absolutely 100% perfect! Really cannot thank John and his team enough for their fast, professional, polished work and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing body work for their vehicle.

Went in to get my driver side mirror fixed and John was super friendly. However, they have been slow to respond to move the process along so decided to go with another vendor. I recommend using your car brands collision shop. This place was sketchy!!

Great customer service! I come in for an estimate for a new hood latch, it has been not locking fully, and a nice mechanic comes out, actually fixes the problem with simple tuneup!

I brought my car there for repairs on a Monday for some rear damage.They called Enterprise Rent-A-Car and handled the insurance as well.The car was finished in a week and looks as good as the day I bought it. Beautifully detailed in and out.Friendly, courteous and professional staff.Great results and I would highly recommend them to anyone.My only gripe...I had some additional work performed, not caused by the accident and was informed at the time of pickup that it would be cash or a check only. In this day and age, cash or check only?However, they did allow me to take the car and return a few days later with the cash.

My sons car was passenger door was hit in a driveway accident. Car Craft took beautiful care of the door and side. They even brightened his front headlamp. Which was no where part of the accident. The car was sparkly and clean when we picked it up! They were through, and efficient. The front office was clean and staff was polite.We will go again for repairs.

The fact I cannot give this NO STARS makes me mad. My car got hit during a snowstorm, and my insurance company said it would be quicker to use one their recommended repair shops, so I did. This is a hack job shop that ruined my car. Not only did they scratch my tinted windows and not fix them, they also fixed part of my car by using zip ties!!!!!! I went to get an oil change and the mechanic who has known my family for years, said my car needs thousands of dollars of work, and that is when he asked me if I knew the front end of my car was held by zip ties!!!!!!! This place is the lowest of the low! My car was bought new in 2012, it is now worthless because of these charlatans! I was told I should call a lawyer and sue them, but I am too sick and battling a bigger battle. I am fighting cancer, and I have no money, and now no car. Dont take you car here, run away, find a REAL SHOP! The only way these scums of the earth could make it up to me is to buy me a new car!!!!!! I hope they suffer as much as they have made me suffer. Their bad deeds will come back to haunt them. I am too sick to fight, but not to sick to contact news reporters to investigate them................................

They act like theyre the best auto body shop in the world and make you feel like its a privilege to get an appointment with them. Too bad the work is below average. If youre going to brag to my face about your never ending line of customers waiting to get an appointment because you never called me back and I politely followed up, at least back it up with good work, not below average work. What a disappointment.

My wifes Infiniti got rear ended on I93, and a friend of ours suggested Car Craft. After we dropped it off, they got the work done in a timely fashion and Wiley made the process quite painless. After we picked it up, we saw the new bumper wasnt on right and the trunk was missed entirely. They attached the bumper, and after we dropped it off a second time for the trunk (that was the result of a miscommunication- mistakes happen, again, Wiley made the process painless) the work was done quickly. We picked it up the second time, and all seemed well. They cleaned the interior and everything looked fine. Shortly after the bumper clip came undone again. It looks like whoever did the frame thing didnt get it straight so the new OEM bumper wont stay on. Today while grocery shopping I opened the trunk and cut my hand on the edge! Whoever painted the trunk left a sharp edge of clear coat along part of the bottom! Im sure if I called and complained Wiley would again take it in to fix it, but I dont have the time and money to blow on rental car costs while the workers fix (or half-fix) something that shouldve been done right the first and second times. Meanwhile, my friend is trying to send his car back in for the third time for similar problems. Without some serious proof of them changing their practices, Im never going back and Im telling all my friends to do the same.
