My experience is that family owned businesses are always the best and the didn’t disappoint, starting with the personnel attention you get when you first walk through the door and are greeted by Erica. After review of the damage on my 2008 Porsche 911 my quote was emailed to me that same day and after visit by insurance adjuster I scheduled my appointment. Repairs were completed on time and beautiful done, always concerned with the color match but I was told they were the best. I couldn’t be happier with the great communication of each step in the process and quality of services that I received, ending with Ray dropping off my car at my home - now that service! I recently used Baystate Collision to repair an Audi that was involved in an accident. I was unfamiliar with the company, but chose them based on recommendation from my insurance company, the online reviews, and the fact that they are Audi Certified. Boy am I happy with my decision! The work performed was superb, the communication from the team was exceptional, and they were able to return my car on schedule. While I hope to never have the need for a repair this extensive again, I will gladly return to Baystate Collision should the need arise.

I needed to paint my car and I was not sure where to take it, I was afraid that it would not be well painted, one day I decided to take it to the Bay State Collision Center, when it was delivered to me I could not believe it the paint was perfect, I do not regret having taken it to this business, apart from the good attention they give you. My Audi A5 was damaged in a parking lot mishap (other guys fault) and upon Audi Norwells recommendation, I took my car to this auto body to have the repairs done. I am so glad I did! The damage to my car was repaired so beautifully that there is absolutely no trace of what happened, even in bright direct sunlight, which is hard to achieve with metallic paint.Oh, and did I mention they detailed the inside of my car before they returned it to me.?Top quality work, utmost professionalism and wonderful customer service here. I feel very comfortable giving Ray and his team this 5-star rating!

So happy with the work BSCC did on my car. My car was ready earlier than I thought it would be, and the work was excellent. On top of that, they cleaned and washed my car, which was an incredible surprise. My car will never be this clean again, sadly, so I definitely appreciated that! Lastly, everyone was really nice, which was a plus. Highly recommend!

A minor fender bender [The fellow behind me at a red light said he lost his brakes....] caused damage to our car which Ray and his team did a beautiful job repairing.Their shop is spotless. Ray Sr. himself was sweeping the floor when we returned to pick up our car. They communicated directly with the insurance company and have a great working relationship with the auto rental company. We left the keys and car with Ray for pick up by the rental company, a real plus.Erin in the office is a bonus to their great repair work. She communicated clearly, followed up promptly and was super efficient in all aspects of the administrative angle of the business.This company is absolutely and without doubt the BEST AROUND.

I had my 2019 Audi A4 for less than 3 weeks when I got rear-ended. Baystate Collision Center was recommended by my Audi dealer for authorized Audi body repair. I contacted them immediately and worked through the insurance claim process. They were super helpful with clarifying the claim process and explained everything in detail. Once the appraisal was done, I scheduled the drop off of my car off for the repair. Throughout the process, they were extremely accommodating to my travel schedule and assisted with dropping and picking up of my car to make it workable for me. The repair is flawless and my car is back in new mint condition that it was before the accident. We brought our 2012 Audi Q7 to Bay State in September of 2013. Needed to repair the bumper cover, left rear quarter panel, and left rear wheel. Ray worked with us to help manage the impact of the deductible so that the repairs were a bit more economical and the work was impeccable. The paint match was as good as could be and the work was done in the time frame promised. I would highly recommend this shop.
