My son loved this store and made a big purchase here. The prices are pretty fair but not comparable to Amazon or Walmart on some of their items. The guy that helped us out was super helpful and knowledgeable.

My son recentky was a 1st time customer. He used this company to update his laptop. He was asked if he wanted to have an antivirus add,, he said no. Upon picking up his device he questioned the additional cost only to discover the antivirus had been installed anyway. He asked why and declined to pay. He was rather disappointed that the sales person didnt listen or respect his decision. He was told he have to get it since its been installed. It was then deactivated and the person handling this matter was not happy.BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT👎👎🤔

Great place, great items. Eric is very helpful and they communicate in a way that makes you feel welcomed. He doesnt talk as if he knows better than you. Its a very friendly environment and Ill continue to shop here for as long as I can. Prices are great and sometimes youll find stuff used that is in perfect condition as I did with my computer case that was half off. This is my all time favorite store in the area, hands down.

First, I didnt make a purchase, so I cant speak to that. However, I stopped in because my laptop isnt acting right. Long story short, they listened to the problem, what Ive done so far to attempt to resolve it, and advised me they would only do what Ive already done, so they didnt want to take my money for a diagnosis the same as what Ive already done. They quoted me the price of a new motherboard (as that was the next step in the troubleshooting process), and we both agreed it would be more effective to get a new computer. He took me their refurbished ones and suggested a couple models. He took plenty of time to answer my questions, hear my concerns, and discuss them with me. There was never any pressure. They dont work off commissions, and he had good answers to all my questions.I didnt buy. I walked in prepared to leave my laptop for repairs and wasnt in the mindset to purchase a replacement, but they didnt treat me any differently. I would definitely go back, and intend to purchase my replacement from them when Im ready.Their prices on new computers and repairs are competitive, and they have a pretty good selection of refurbished laptops that is definitely worth checking out.

Nice place to find parts thats local. They have good deals on rigs, and staff will go out of their way to help if you have questions. They didnt have what I was looking for, but the gentleman at the counter dug through everything to try to find it.

Son joined the navy 15 yrs ago. He needed a laptop for his schooling and of course gaming.. Since they were fairly new. They had to send it off to get the hard drive to handle gaming, had it back in no time. They even gave him a discount because he was in the navy..... They wont repair anything until they talk to you first. We love everyone who works there.. They are a Great, friendly and honest group of ppl.

I called the store looking for a computer to preform a specific function. Thay gave me specifications and a good price over the phone fore one of there pre built computers. I went in the store today to buy the computer and they didnt even have anything even close to the price the had told me over the phone. Everything was much more expensive. On top of all that they treated me as if i was inconveniencing them by coming into the store. I cant believe they are in business if they are in the old school mindset of tell the customer anything to get them in the store I definitely would not recommend and definitely will not be shopping there.

Great selection of both new and used electronics. They have T.V.s, computers, laptops, speakers, stereos, keyboards, and everything you need to either build your own PC or make the one you have better, faster, and more powerful. They also repair all sorts of electronics. They can be a lil pricy, but they do great work and are truly worth the extra cash. Great job guys!!
