The representative Jose worked for 2 hours with us! We were on the fence of switching from Sprint to AT&T. However Jose went through how much the plan would be monthly helped calculate all base fees and round about taxes. Overall I am happy. I walked out with my iPhone 12 Pro Max in gold and couldn’t be more ecstatic!Plus about it: we are paying about 40 dollars less than Sprint/T-Mobile.

I find buying a phone to be one of the most difficult things to do. Im overwhelmed by the technology of phones. Im never in the mood for phone shopping. Meka made my experience buying a phone that I didnt want to buy but had to due to breaking my existing phone, a calm experience. She answered all of my questions and was very patient with me the entire time. I came into the store after work and was very tired and most certainly not in the mood to buy a new phone. She made the process smooth and easy! We also socialized as we were were waiting for the phone to be set up and she was so very nice to talk to. I truly dreaded walking into the store but Meka turned that dread right around. Thank you, Meka for all your help and the pleasent conversation we had. If I could give you a rating of more than 5 stars I would! Thank you for making this experience a GREAT one!

Great customer service this afternoon! Staff member Mekaila was professional, prompt and patient with every customer that walked in the store. Ran the place efficiently, customers were in and out in a reasonable time. Only saw one customer leave but came back during the hour of my purchase, upgrade and transfer. Relieved it was an easy transition! Thank you AT&T

Would not recommend. Different deals from different sales people. Went to purchase an iPhone 12 Pro as an upgrade and was told I would have to order it because phones in stock are for new customers only, per the manager. Thats BS, I was still a paying customer.Anything for a buck at this store.Also, painfully obvious they work on commission...Switching back to Verizon.

I got the best of the best! Nancy, was patient and knowledgeable. She answered numerous questions and I got the best iPhone ever. I’m so happy she was my representative. I had more questions the next day after I purchased my iPhone and she help me with that too.

Horrible company culture. 8 year customer of AT&T and for the first time I was floored by how they handled a dispute in 2 local stores. 1 kicked us out of the store because we were bothering the employee that was working. Called the retention department because we were ready to switch services at that time. We agreed and were promised a credit to the account on a recorded line. Later the credit was denied for whatever reason. Took it to the executive offices of AT&T and Nicole Lee who works for the office of the President of AT&T, well, lets just say did a horrible job investigating and handling the situation. AT&T came back and told her to tell us that nothing was said on the recorded line for the credit. I have an elephants memory AT&T and I know what was agreed upon, so, now they like to lie to their loyal customers. Goodbye AT&T for life. Oh and to the person that does the responses to these reviews, please dont respond with your boiler plate apology, I dont care what you have to say anymore as not one person was apologetic through the entire review of the situation, sincerely. Fix your culture, fix your management, fix your operations, fix your local stores, fix your signal strength, fix your attitudes, fix pretty much everything from top down. Verizon thank you for taking us with open arms.

My original experience this year when purchasing a device was great. ALLLLL the follow up afterwards and trying to get assistance was horrendous. The service agents are incredibly rude and unwilling to assist. After being a customer for nearly a decade, this is enough to make me switch services. Good riddance!

My husband got a new phone from this store, because in the past, even though we spent no money, the sales people were extreme patient, knowledgeable and kind answering our questions. This time we dealt with Nancy who lived up to the expectations we had when we came into the store. She was extremely patient. Needing help when we returned home, another salesperson was able to talk me through the problem over the phone.When I get a new phone, this is the place I will go for help!

Unpleasant experiences. BRADLEY, ILLINOIS STORE. NANCY TRIED TO HELP ME WHEN I PICKED UP THE NEW PHONE I ORDERED FOR $599.00. UNSUCESSFUL IN GETTING THE PHONE GOING, TOLD ME TO CALL 611 AND DONE WITH ME. I SPENT TIME ON THE WEEKEND WORKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE. STILL NO SERVICE, BUT THEY WERE VERY helpful. WRONG SIM CARD WAS INSERTED AT STORE AND WAS TOLD SOMETHING WAS WRONG WiTH MY ACCOUNT. I WENT BACK 2 DAYS LATER. NANcy told me she actually didnt have to assist me at all!!!. UNACCEPTABLE. she TOLD ME SHE could have given the phone to me and leave. WHAT IS THE STORE THERE FOR IF NOT In person assistance!!!

Absolutely horrible manager. She had an attitude and them in the middle of wanting to buy top apple pro phones and wanting to add top samsung phone upgrades for 2 account. She decided in middle of helping us to stop and help someone else. Horrible service maybe .extremely rude have no idea how can be manger treating customers like that.She would take son legal temp id. Even though walmart did. We went down the street to T-moble and he had no problem. I will be canceling my att account and move to t mobile.

Its a clean store. A woman greeted me and was nice. We talked about what phone I had. I looked around and didnt take any pics here. Some would think your scoping the place out. 😆 Because as soon as you walk in door All Eyes On You.Lay up off the customers and let em look. If they drive way out to you they will probably buy from you. But pushing to hard drives customers away.Tip 101 is Greet them but dont emover due your sale.

I have been to this store many times before and I’ve never been satisfied with the outcome. I just recently visited again and the associate that helped me out was so awesome, Madilyn got us a great offer on the newest LG phone and she was able to get us unlimited data for about the same price we pay now. She is by far the best person we’ve dealt with at this particular store. You can definitely tell when a person really wants to help and get you the best deal possible. Thank you Madilyn!! Wish I could leave Zero stars. Went in to get help forcing a restart on a phone. Worker rolled his eyes as I was described the problem. Told me he was just a salesman and he didnt work on phones. He told me to go to an Apple store. He didnt want to be bothered to help. No wonder no one was shopping in this store. Not sure what he was hired to do, unless being rude and useless is a new job description.

Josh raised his voice, was rude, refused to help and kicked me and my adult son out of the store. We dropped AT&T for multiple reasons and this experience verified we made the right choice! Leave AT&T! Your life will be better in our opinion!

Went in the store to inquire about adding a phone line, had to ask for help before we were greeted (no other customers were in the store). The salesman named Micah was not interested in helping us, seemed bothered and was snapchatting and texting on his phone while “helping” us. He didn’t try to explain anything to us until we said we were leaving and would just call. Terrible service and an embarrassment to AT&T.
