Plenty of help in this store. Dude that helped me was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They did not have the style watches I wanted so I will have to buy from Apple. Not a fan of Apple products but for kids and grandmas they are fine. There are two types of people in the world, those that are comfortable with technology, and then those that use Apple products.

Due to the pandemic, my husband was not allowed to come in the store with me. I was a little nervous, but Andy put me at ease and helped me make wise decisions. I didn’t feel like he was steering me towards things that I don’t need and I truly felt safe with the way the store has made extra precautions. Since I am not technologically savvy, I ended up going back with questions on installing the screen protector and that associate was so kind. He didn’t make me feel stupid when I couldn’t figure out how to remove the backing! Great customer service. We have been Verizon customers for 20 years.

Great customer service. Both Cody and Jesus were very friendly and helpful. We encountered an issue trying to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. (Mainly it was just how the family plan was setup at T-mobile. Cody was very patient with us trying to figure everything out. 🙂

I had damage to my cell phone. We went to the store around 7:15 pm, where they close at 8 pm. The sales associate immediately met us at the door to assist me. She quickly accessed my phone and right away started the process of get it replaced.Thats where the fun began. She had to call in to talk with a Level 1 technician for guidance of replacing my phone. Well after being on hold for over 30 minutes. Very patiently I might add. The phone call was disconnected. Therefore, she had to call back, to start the process all over. Not once did she loose temper or talk negative of the situation. She was very professional, along with apologized several times.The second call went through, extremely fast. Fixed the problem, ordered me a new phone. End of store.Bottom line, the sales associates at the store are very professional, polite, upbeat and willing to help with whatever you throw at them.I give Craig, the manger of the Bradley store. All the credit in the world. He has trained his people very well. But as for the Verizon Tech 1 people. I give them 1 star.I recommend this store to anyone having issues with their cell phone. 9.8/10 times. They will get your issue resolved, as you wait.

I went into buy a phone but they would not sell me one since I was one day early for my upgrade. Tom, the associate, and the manager on duty were not interested in helping me. They said there was absolutely nothing they could do to bump up the upgrade one day, so I left.Furthermore, they did not have any interest in making sure the phone I wanted was in stock so that they could order it if it wasnt or if it was, set it aside for me to pick up tomorrow.Tom and the manager on duty had no interest in selling me the phone. It was pathetic. Verizon should be embarrassed to have them representing the company. I have had good experiences in the past working with Craig at this location but unfortunately he was not in today.On a side note, I called called Verizon corporate after I left and they were shocked I was shown the door. Over the phone they were able to bump up my update one day allowing me to purchase the phone. If I was able to do this, there is no reason they could not have made it happen. Absolutely pathetic

Employees used to be very helpful. Now Verizon seems to have changed their customer service to nothing. Any problems have to be solved by calling a person from God knows where. They will not even help you set up a new phone that costs you 100s. Absolutely terrible.

When I broke my phone I came to this location to get help on how to make my insurance claim. I waited almost 40 minutes watching staff wonder around and chat with other associates before a women finally handed me a pamphlet and walked away with no further explanation. I practically chased her down to ask her a few questions. The next time I came a lady asked what I needed and told me she couldnt help me transfer content. Turned me away with no questions asked.I called customer service and they were able to help me and at least give me more information on what I could do to resolve my transfer issue.

Again, I have had the worst customer service here. When i was in there before, I was told one thing by an employee and when i go in there today, they tell me everything that I was told was incorrect information. They need to better educate their employees, so they dont tell customers false information that will cost them a couple hundred dollars.

Last time I went there I walked out on the dude. All I needed was a phone case and he wouldnt stop with trying to add to my account or sell me new equipment. Finally after 20 mins he told they didnt have any cases I needed but really wanted to change my device. How about just doing what I asked for and saved my time. Wont be back. Why would you even need my account info for a phone case.

Terrible service! We are corporate customers and have purchased several of the Arlo cameras to use at our business. All I needed to do was return a camera that was not working. We already had the replacement on the way. Person was extremely rude refused to even look up our accounts to try to help me. Thats what I get for going to the Bradley store. I went to my car called our rep in New Lenox and he took care of it for me (thank you). I expect to walk into any Verizon store and be treated as a valued customer but I now know better that to go to the Bradley store.

Great service. We were dropped by Sprint and ported our old number over. Bought a new phone and started a new policy and it took less than 30 minutes. Also, got 20% off our bill from a work discount. Dont know why I didnt go here sooner.Well, my review has dropped down from 5 to a 3. They were not able to apply the 20% discount because of some bs about standard and nonstandard plans. And even though when we purchased the new phone we were told different we still got bent over the barrel. I should have gotten that in writing. Lesson learned. Verizon has good reception in this area but they will lie to you like any other nickel and dime communications company. If you dont have to have a smart phone, Cricket has good reception in this are at a good price.Update 10JUL2014:The plot thickens. The payment system was down for a couple days in the Midwest and I was told I couldnt pay my bill. I work out of town and returned a week later to pay. Guess what?? $5 late few. Had to go in to get it taken off.Also finally got the discount so I updated the review from 3 to 4. Our plan was changed to preferred. You really have to keep on these people to make them do what they said they would. The lady that works here is great though.

Will never return to this store..each employee gives you different information, plus they all act like a bunch of snobs in there that judge people as soon as they walk thru the door.The newer Verizon store across from Walmart is FAR BETTER than this place, plus they treat you like a human being & dont act like you are not worth helping when you go in there. Dont waste your time here at this corporate location...go to the Verizon store about 2 miles north across from the Walmart Super Center & I guarantee youll love it. This location could really benefit from training by the folks at the newer store north of them on how to treat people.
