They got me in showed me things that are going to need taken care of down the road and got things done when they said. They replaced 4 tires for me. Dont waste your time going to Walmart the cost is about the same and you have real mechanics working on your car.

We used to go to Farm n Fleet with our vehicles, but they recently tried to screw us over saying we needed a $1,600 repair that we knew didnt need. We went to Tire Tracks instead and the repair we needed was only $400. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else. Theyre quick, very reasonably priced, friendly, and the shop is clean. Highly recommend!

These guys are great to work with. Ive had tires, brakes, and bearings done on tandem boat trailer and brakes done on car as well as lower ball joints. It didnt cost me a fortune either. Very happy, Thomas Rocks!!!!

Took my car in to have it checked for a front end alignment, they said nothing needed to be done. And still charged me 90 dollars. Dont think that is right? I could see a charge for checking it. But 90 dollars thats out rageous. , I can say I will never go there again. I could see a charge but not 90 dollars.

Took car in for new tires and was keeping old ones because I had a buyer. Great tread but 10yrs old. They cut them so bad could not be used again, was told rubber was old. They came in just fine and left useless. They also misplaced my good lug nuts with a different size on my custom wheels and claim they don’t have lug nuts and it’s what it came in with. I bought the set over a year ago and installed them myself so I know what was on there. I’ll never be back with any vehicle. Fact is I had a buyer and it cost me 500.00 loss cause they ruined the tires, and now I also have to buy new lug nuts so they all match. WOW!!! What a joke

I went to Tire Tracks cuz it was closest place while driving slowly on my flat tire. I had NO MONEY ON ME (Never do that again) I pulled in most importantly liked I said closest place AND knew they had FREE AIR. The gentlemen looked at my tire (I believe he was the owner) I asked him if he could just fill it up so I can make it home which was only 2 blocks away and he refused he said no I’m not going to do that when it’s going to leak out and then you’re going to be on the side of the road. Im just gonna change it out for you. Again I said Sir I literally dont have any money on me his exact words were listen dont worry about it, if it were my wife out there in this situation I would hope someone would help her the same way I couldnt believe it. I started to tear up because Im such a sap.. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM AND HIS MECHANICS IN THIS WORLD. I will also take my car there for any type of work that needs to be done!!!

Horrible customer service!!! I called at 9 AM and asked if they could change the oil and fix a leaking tire on a company fleet vehicle. They stated they could take it at 2 PM and it would take about an hour. When I arrived at 2 PM, the car didnt more from the parking lot for over 90 min then took an hour to actually do the work. 2.5 hours later I got my car back. Also, when I got there, they though they needed more information from the fleet managing company for billing reasons before they would look at the car, instead of calling the fleet management themselves, the guy at the desk, handed me his card and told me to have them call him. So I just stood at the desk and called the feel management and asked them to call him, and continued to stand there while they put me on hold to call him (standing directly in front of me), it was rediculaus.

Sat there 2 hours for them to tell me my tire is to old (he was out there to check the year when I first got there.) Then they put a new tire on my truck.... a DIFFERENT SIZE THEN THE OTHER FRONT TIRE. After I told him they were not stock size on the truck when. I called them about it he told me he didnt check cuz there was snow on my tire so he couldnt see the size. REALLY? And still acted like he did me some big favor then try ed to blame me.. not my job to know what size the tired are... Now they want to charge me to put the correct size tire on... not my fault you do not know how to do your job correctly putting a different size tire on the front end of my truck is in no way helping me out. HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT THEY DID.

They put in our radiator in but broke the nozzle that goes to the radiator so now we need a new radiator and this is a waste of my time. I gave a two because the air compressor blowing cold air is great!
