When I booked the appointment they confirmed the high marks from a bad ceramic coating done elsewhere would come off with this $100 package. I also checked upon arrival that the marks would come off and they confirmed once again that they would come off. Once the job was done they called me and said that the buffer they use for this package is not strong enough to remove the swirl marks and I would need to purchase the number 2 package which costs $200! This is exactly why I asked prior to getting the work done. Not sure if they just dont know what theyre doing or just want to up sell me. Either way severely disappointed. When all they had to do was tell me I needed to upgrade the package. That way Im not wasting my time and money!

In case you didnt know this place has great mechanics!The Ladies that take appointments and talk to the customers are friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I dropped my car off without an appointmentI thought there was prior work on a part that had failed. I was quoted a comped rework if that was the case. It was not, another part had failed not the one they worked on. The work and part was comped anyway! How nice was that?Like I said very good customer service and a shop that takes care of its customers!!!Also, parts and labor prices are comparable to the area. If they can save you money they will.

I asked if my oil change came w/car washI was told yes 3 times by 2 different front counter people. #1 my car has no car wash 😒 dirty. #2 said my drip oil pan leaking. I asked let me see, girl said nothing. My oil hasnt been leaking and better not start now. Liars dont waste 4 hours of my life when you dont do car wash. I even called and complained and she did nothing. I should of went somewhere else than an expensive oil change w/no car wash. Liars

After leaving an upset message about my experience, I was swiftly contacted by the owner to readdress the problem with damage done to my vehicle. He was very kind and understanding of the situation and advised me to a body shop to resolve the issue at hand.

Bought the biggest wash and at first I thought $16 was a bit much for a car wash but i was wrong. My car looked so good, especially the tires and rims!! I was super impressed!!!

Used the car wash for the 1st time in my brand new car and went to lowest and noticed the same scratch pattern that was on my previous car but in s different spot. Cant risk goin back again.

I brought two of my vehicles to this establishment. They didnt top off any of my fluids which is part of the oil change package. I was told they would.🙄. They didnt reset my oil change reminder gauge in either of my vehicles. They didnt change the reminder sticker that theyre supposed to put in the top left corner of the windshield so I dont really know when it will be time to take it for another oil change. 😑. Honestly the only reason why I gave them two stars is because with every oil change you get a free car wash. That was the only good thing out of the deal. Smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

Vacuums are great! Lots of suction. I paid for the $8.00 wash. It did not get all the bug guts off the front of my truck nor my windshield. So now I need to find out what to do about that. Not touchless either. Apparently, you have to use a brush & bucket yourself to try to get the bugs off before was. Not worth the price

Not experience mechanics nor licenses have no clue what they doing spent $$$.$$, now spent more money to fix there screw-ups was working out of town and took someone locally words these people knew what they were doing, while learned a lesson never trust local people they out for money, the ford mechanic said the individual that did my work should never hold and license ever, pictures below says alot, and they tested drove it and said everything was good - if they said they torque the bolts then why is there a bolt missing and why did they say everything was okay after the test drive, something doesnt add up.

Easy to use

I asked the guys as I entered the wash to spray off the back of my Explorer. They advised they do not do that anymore as new equipment has been installed. I told them it never cleans back of my vehicle. They again said they don’t do that as they have new equipment and I needed to complain inside. I did not go inside as I had someplace to be. The new equipment did not clean the rear of my Explorer. I have pictures but can not attach them to this post.

Took nearly 2 hours to get an oil change. Its supposed to be first come first serve but another customer came in 30min after me and was finished before me.

I had my SUV detailed here, and they did a phenomenal job! They take a few hours, but they informed me of this a day prior. I brought a book, and it worked out well. I am so pleased with the quality of cleaning and service here. My carpets are steamed perfectly, leather seats are shiny again, interior is all wiped clean, the tires and rims shine, and my SUV smells and looks like a new car again!! Outstanding!! This was money well spent for superior detailing.

Great Experience. The prices are very cheap. The offer a complimentary vacuum area or you can go and clean out your car before you get it washed. The staff there are very friendly and pay keen attention to detail while spraying off your vehicle before you go through the tunnel.

The cheap washes are decent! I love the free bug stop station to scrub off all the bugs before you go through the car wash. Definitely makes a difference! And who doesnt love free vacuums!

Its been a while since I had my car detailed. They did ok, everything looked pretty nice. When I left, I noticed my windows were pretty dirty on the inside, especially the windshield. It was like they didnt clean them at all. When I got home I noticed little puddles of cleaner or something in most of the nooks and crannies all over the interior, especially in the console.I guess I should have gone back and complained. Partly my fault Im not happy I guess. All I know is that I wont go back.

Wow! $3 car wash all the way to $15, any way you want your car washed. I usually get $12 wash because it has wax and tire shine. Just drive in and relax. Cant beat it.

If I could give a zero, I would. The employee at the start of the wash was inside getting coffee while we were trying to enter the wash. We pulled in to where we thought we needed to be and put it in neutral but the big guy had us pull up more. It ended up being too much and we had to back up. We put it in neutral. Then the wash accelerated us through the wash where we eventually came to a stop in the middle of the wash and the car wash was shut down. The big guy from the start came and asked us what gear we were in and we replied, neutral. Someone else came and asked the same thing. Both accused us of being in drive, which we werent. We finally were able to get out of the wash and went to see about a re-wash or a refund. The second guy again accused us of being in drive, but we were offered a re-wash, just not a re-wash for the one we bought. We were told, You already had one wash. When asked to see the manager, the second guy told us he was the manager. Then we said well call the owner and let him know. The same guy said he was the owner. He told us we can take the re-wash or get out.

The wash tore my tire valve steam off and I got a flat. I noticed because my sensor went off and told me I had low pressure. I immediately left the wash and turned into the tire center. They then informed me that they wouldnt repair the sensor valve, they would only replace it with a basic valve steam.The part they claimed was $50 and that they wouldnt charge me for labor. But then informed me that they cant fully fix the sensor as he wont be able to reprogram it.So they wanted to charge me to fix something they messed up and that they couldnt fully fix. 😂So I had them replace with a rubber steam. I waited 1hr 30min with my newborn for the fix.Could have been handled a little better. They did give me a free wash tho

This car wash is the worst car wash that I’ve ever visited! There equipment does not clean your car at all. Barely any soap, the brushes barley touch your car. What you pay for a two year old could do a better job! When I spoke to the “Owner Jose” about it he says, he’s an “Expess Car Wash” I said to him you can look and clearly see my car is still dirty, he says he can’t help me or at least run it thru again. People, don’t spend your hard earned money with this establishment you will be disappointed!

Free 16 dollar wash with oil service. 64 dollars with tax on a 6 court system synthetics blend at the time. They have a cheaper differential and trany service than the dealer but the quality is there. Faster service and the service writer was working three jobs and did not miss a beat. Kind of felt sorry for him working so hard. You just dont see the pashion for good work these days. You do here.

I have been here a few times now. Just spent 16.00 bucks on a wash and it left my car really spotty with a haze on it. I noticed it down the road getting gas so i called and the VM said they were closed. Super disappointing.

Its a okay car wash. Just went through there with my truck today. Had to call back, Because one of my windshield wipers. Came up missing after going through there.I went back and they found it and put it back on LOL
