Extremely disappointed in the print shop in this location. I went in with a file I needed printed and I told them they had 5 days to take care of my order. First off, a newer associate was trying to help me and when someone else took over they completely shunned him off and disrespected him in front of me. He was just trying to help and you could have used that as a training opportunity instead of humiliating him because he didn’t know what to do.Second, you cancelled my order. Via auto-mated email. Without a call or explanation as to why. 3 days after it was placed. WHEN YOU HELPED ME FILL OUT THE PAPERWORK FOR WHAT I WANTED. Why couldn’t you call me and ask if there was a different print option I would be willing to do? You just leave someone high and dry 3 days before they said they’d be in to pick it up? Now what am I supposed to do? There should have been a call regarding my order saying what I chose wasn’t going to work and what my other options are. Now it won’t be ready before I need it and the gift I had set up for a friend won’t be brought to the party. THANKS FOR NOTHING.The only reason you’re getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the nice guy who tried to help me in the first place.

The man working the store was super willing to help. He had a great personality and moved quickly. It was such a positive experience. I cant speak of all the Office Depots, but this one in particular I really like! The employees are always helpful when I need assistance with flyers and other the other real estate related marketing material and supplies. Ron went above and beyond today, it was greatly appreciated!

Ill give them this...sometimes they carry things other stores dont. Sometimes. But I try to avoid this place at all costs. $20 for a package of sticky notes?! $8 for the exact ream of paper that Walmart has for $4. $28 for a 5 pack of folders. Places like this that price gouge this way are the reason why there will be no jobs for humans in a few years

Like the last review, I would rate this a negative star if I could. I went into this store (which is dirty and ill-stocked, by the way) to buy a report cover for a report I brought with me, and then asked to borrow their 3-hole punch so I could put the report inside the report cover I just bought and they charged me $4.27 to 3-hole punch a 50-page report. Are you kidding me???????? I have a 3-hole punch at home. I was just asking to borrow theirs as a convenience so I did not have to stop at home. With these kinds of policies, I will NEVER use this or any other Office Depot again.!

The customer service in this store can use an upgrade. I was waiting there for half an hour for service and the people that work there dont really cared if I needed help.

I tried to have them fax two pages to a number that I knew was correct. They were unable to make it go through the first time ask me to wait a few minutes and they would try again. Quite a while later they tried it again and still couldnt get the number to go through. During this wait however I felt the customer service was not the best, they were not really interested in getting the job done. I walked next door to UPS and it went through with no problem whatsoever. Would not go back to this store.

Well when I drove up, it looked closed. But on closer inspection, I saw they moved the entrance to the left and reduced the size of the store. Same address. I guess they are still in flux from the merger of Office Depot and Office Max. Very pleasant and helpful staff though.

This Office Depot is really hit or miss. The first few times I came in the employees were very helpful and made me want to return to the store. The last few times Ive come in they havent had what I needed and I felt like I was being belittled for asking for help. I dont think Ill be returning to this store unless its absolutely necessary from now on.

Customer service is horrible. And no one ever answers the phone. If they do they just leave you on hold. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to staples if I need something printed. Better customer service and better prices.

I would rate this store as a negative star if I could. Rachel (the white woman in printing) barely paid attention to my printing requests, she tried to shoo me out of the store before I gave specifics on my print job, and gave me an apparently unrealistic time for pickup. I originally came in just before noon, she told me to come back at 3pm for pickup. I went back at 4:15pm and they hadnt even began to print my order (a 50 page -front and back- booklet). So I went back at 6:45pm only to see that they hadnt followed my requests of printing at all (wrong paper, not front and back, terrible color, and wrong binding). Needless to say I wont be going back to this store. Although I will commend the OTHER workers there with their nice demeanor and service.

No service.. walked in there went up and down the aisles 3 times looking for phones which I didnt see displayed wanted to see if anybody would help thank you millennials you still have not instilled in a confidence I had no less than 5 people look at me and didnt come up and ask if they could help I come from a very customer service oriented background I can say Im appalled by service nowadays.. one girl said have a nice evening as I walked out..Smh

Real nice, over price for a few nick-nacks. But very clean. For the pricing things thats why not a lot of people in but a lot Out The door. Its So priced it shocks us out the door!!! Sorry if I offended anyone by saying the truth about this store!!

I had a very heavy package to ship with FedEx. I could not lift it myself, so I went into the OfficeDepot, and they immediately offered to bring a dolly to my truck to get the package for me despite the fact that it was sprinkling rain. They even taped the label I had brought onto the box for me.

Great service pick up email, fax copies Send mail or emails faxes and more clean organized and fast working employees.

The clerk was very helpful and explained about the difference in the ink cartridge.

Manager went above and beyond and even found me a coupon on my items. Highly recommend.😊

I would give no stars but I have to pick one to post a review. Customer service was non-existent. I came to the store one evening around 8:15 to find that the store closed at 8:00 p.m. on weeknights. I planned to come back to the store a few nights later (a Sunday evening). I looked up the hours on the website and found the store closed at 7:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:00. As I was shopping, half the lights in the store were turned off. So, because I was unable to see to shop, I put my items down and left. I asked the manager what time the store closed and he said 6:00p.m. When I told him that the website says 7:00, his reply was, Well, the door says 6:00. Really? Thats how you treat a customer? No, Im sorry that happened. Ill definitely look into that so it doesnt happen again. No. Instead I got, you can continue your shopping. Yeah, in the dark. Thats not all. I also needed to have some books spiral bound. There were two employees chatting at the desk. I walked up and neither of them spoke to me. One of them looked at me but NEVER spoke. No, May I help you? Not even a grunt. I said hi. Still no words. She just stared at me until I said what I needed. Still NO WORDS. She grabbed a paper, marked two places for me to fill out. She asked me what type of binding and told me when it would be ready. No smile. No thank you. No customer service. I can tell you that I will never go to Office Depot again. They really have nothing going for them. Theyve always been way overpriced and with no customer service why would anyone shop there when they could get it for less amidst anywhere else? Get a clue Office Depot!

Close to home...can get office supplies quickly as needed.

I went in to buy a laptop. Found what I wanted, but there was literally NO WAY to buy it. Spent 1/2 hour trying to find a way to buy one. No staff helped, no non bolted down product to take to the register, no helpful signage. Nothing useful. Finally gave up & left.

The positive: I come to Office Depot only for their specials, typically their tech specials. They frequently have good sales on hard drives, for example. Today I spent about $115 on what what normally have been a $165 purchase, so you can realize quite appreciable savings if you watch their circulars. Their regular prices, by contrast, are consistently above average in my experience, and certainly higher than places like CompUSA (now TigerDirect).The negative: The employees are woefully ignorant, and this is not a conclusion I came to quickly. In the most recent of a series of interactions with Office Depot employees that has reinforced this impression of mine, today I asked, Which of your printers has the best Linux suport?, to which not-one-but-two employees told me Linux? The operating system? Thats old., as if to imply that it is outdated or obsolete. I shook my head and informed them that Linux is definitely not old in the sense that its outdated; its still very current and widely used. In fact many distributions receive major updates at least four times as frequently as more widely known OSes (*cough* Windows *cough*).I get it; I dont expect every person working at Office Depot to be a computer engineer, but to know what Linux is while simultaneously claiming confidently, Its [too] old is just mind-blowingly ignorant. The cynic in me might suspect (particularly because I received that answer from two different employees) that they are trained to say this to customers who wouldnt know enough to correct them.Go for the deals, dont expect accurate info from the sales squad.
