LAIR, SCAMMERS!!! I advise you to use someone else. I took my iPhone XS Max to them to fix my screen problem. Gave me a knock off screen that goes gray every few weeks. He told me he just takes it apart and take out the battery and it works. He never even touched the battery in my iPhone. Well I took it elsewhere n the screen was bad!! Don’t use them avoid them at all cost! I wish I could give them zero stars! I worked hard for my money just to be taken by you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My S9+ shattered. The front screen was toast. Pieces of glass were falling off. The display was also damaged. One of the pixels was not functioning. Naturally, I called around for some quotes and checked reviews of local repair shops. By far, Sean with Switch wireless was the best. He offered the best value for both my front and rear screens. I called about 10 different places and he was the best priced with the screen available same day. Upon completing the repair the vibrator was not sounding right. He didnt hesitate and repaired it with a new one right away. Plus offered me a discount for the extra wait time. To say he offers excellent customer service is an understatement. My phone came out looking new. I live in Sarasota and he was worth the drive to Bradenton. I highly recommend his services. 👍🏽

I cracked my screen on my iPhone 10x max and needed repair.... I brought it to Phone Physician... bad mistake !!! They used inferior parts and stripped screws and left screws out.... William at Switch straightened the the phone out... I ended up paying twice for the same repair but well worth it... I will never go anywhere else again !!!!

Someone was trying to get my business and gave me the impression that, even though my current service (Metro PCS) is technically T-Mobile, I would have to have my T-Mobile iPhone unlocked in order to be able to turn it on through Metro PCS. He wanted me to pay him to do it. I thought that was odd since metro and T-Mobile are the same. I found this company ‘Switch Wireless’ here on a search for ‘Where can I unlock my iPhone near me?’ They could’ve easily taken my money and perform a pointless unlock that I was told I needed but they told me I could, and how to, do it for free. My problem was that I tried calling a Metro PCS store instead of calling the service line and requesting to change devices. I was wondering why the Lady at the metro store had to “have the iPhone in front of” her before she could help me. Seems like they just wanted that in store service charge. Lol smh She could’ve easily told me over the phone that I can use a T-Mobile phone through them without any modifications and that I could do it by dialing 611.. Anyways, who knows? I may still need to get my iPhone and a few other phones unlocked in the future and as long as Switch Wireless can do them I will bring my business to them. I’m always dropping phones so I’m sure I’ll need a screen or something replaced at some point soon and I’ll take it to Switch Wireless. They could’ve took me for the fool and got my money this time but the thought didn’t even seem to cross his mind. That’s good business. HONEST business! They’ve gained a future customer for sure.

These guys know their business. I take all repairs to them including broken iPhone glass, hard drive recovery - you name it, my wife and I have done it (broken it). Reasonable, fair, prompt.

False promises of services. I was told on a Friday if they ordered the part it would be there on Saturday. I was told if it didnt arrive; they would go get the part. Not only did the part not arrive; I offered to go get the part and they wouldnt allow it they wouldnt keep their promise of going and getting it.After that, I was promised they would call immediately when the part arrived. They never bothered to call me. I had to call them.Then I had to wait 3 hours after all that for the repairs. I will pay more money for a business that will provide on time as promised services.

If you break or shatter your iPhone screen, dont go here. We were at the point to checkout to pay for an iPhone repair and the lady behind the counter started asking for personal information that we did not want to share. We asked why they needed this personal information and the woman replied back very snippily and made a face like this was a ridiculous question to ask.Sorry, but this is the United States, and just like you, I have every right to inquire as to why you are collecting certain information. Upon witnessing this reaction, I told her that she doesnt need to have an attitude with me, that I just asked a simple question.The owner of the store proceeds to come out from the back office and tells me to leave the store and that he doesnt want to deal with me. Seems like I hit a nerve, which makes me wonder, what do they do with all of this information that they collect from other customers coming in? Im not quite sure how asking this question deserves such an impolite reaction from both of these individuals.The lesson of this is story is that you should always stick to an Apple store for such repairs. You get what you pay for, and in this case, that was rudeness and shady business practices.

The part didnt arrive on the estimated date so I placed a call to inquire. He confirmed that it didnt arrive and told me hed call me later that day after talking to his vendor. Call never came. You just lost my business. Terrible business etiquette. This is a direct reflection of the service you offer

I had an issue with my I-Phone 3, and AT&T said it needed a new Sim Card, which they provided for free. As soon as I left the AT&T store, the same issue came back. I went to Switch Wireless in Bradenton this morning, and within 5 minutes the issue was resolved. They didnt even want to be paid, though I insisted.I would highly reccommend them for a smartphone repair.
