I waited in line on my lunch hour to to get wrap. When I asked for Gluten Free Wrap they said we don’t have any here. Other times they go get a pack off the shelf. Today they refused. I was shocked. Everyone in your store has been wonderful until today

I love this publix. The employees are super friendly and always willing to help. I very rarely have any issues except during sales when product is low or unavailable but that is not the stores fault. The deli staff are all great. And the cashiers mostly the front counter where I checkout at most of the time are awesome they are always friendly.

The girl that made me a sub on my visit tonight. She had an awesome attitude and really did a great job. She was by herself and she was very fast. And you could tell she likes her job she did great. I will be back. Thanks

Got an order from the hot deli and the people there were some of the best employees publix could ask for. Will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone i know because of the people at the deli.

Clean and vast array of variety in groceries. Always leave satisfied with the quality of fresh items. Not a 5, because of pharmacy workers being a bit dry and short when dealing with clients. Im not the only one commenting on this issue, not all employees, nor all the times...but it does make me feel rushed and not welcomed.

We love going on the days they have the wing bar but yesterday they didn’t have the flavor we love so we asked if they would have it during the rest of the day. Richard dropped what he was doing and went out of his way to make them for us right then. 15 minutes later and he was SO nice. Couldn’t be more impressed and best wings around

This Publix has become my favorite Publix, even though I live 3 min away from the University’s Publix. I don’t mind to drive the extra miles because every single one of the employees seem to always be welcoming and helpful, even though I may not always need the help.• Products are always in order.• Everything’s clean.• There’s never a cashier that doesn’t ask how the day’s going, no matter how busy the store is.• Produce area is visually satisfying.• Bakery’s always on time.I’m so glad for being introduced to this store.

This is my favorite Publix near where I live. It is so comfortable, clean and the best customer experience ever. The Starbucks inside the store is fantastic too!

All Publix’s are great, really wonderful, but this Publix at Lakewood Ranch is positively the best! The sales, the fruit and veggies, the bakery the people who make sandwiches AND the fact that they maintain a Starbuck’s when the others don’t. Well there you go! It’s just the best place to go shopping and there is a very comfortable sitting area to eat your sandwich and drink coffee! It used to be better because Felipe and Paolo were there but now someone else is there and they don’t know my drinks as well.

Best lunch buffet ever! Great quality and price. This is the only Publix I know of that does a daily lunch buffet by weight.

Nice store and conveniently located to the point I am there almost every other day for something. A lot of the staff are beyond friendly and generous and deserve recognition during the pandemic for being able to keep many essentials in stock and not bending to the pressure. Special recognition to employees like Mimi who treat customers like friends. Also this Publix tends to excel compared to most in the area when it comes to deli subs and meals.

Been a customer for 8 years, been very disappointed in customer service in the Deli, and meats dept. Have ordered several times over the phone and orders have been wrong. Not once but 4 times. We unfortunately will not be going to that store any longer.We will be leaving the Pharmacy too. Going miss Glen. Sorry but you need a better Manager and needs improvement in the service.

Ordered a ultimate sub. Got 5 grain bread Rosey the sub maker found the bread not up to par. She got another piece of bread. The meat was not to her liking asked if I had time for her to cut fresh meats. I said yes. The sub was delicious. Reported her caring attitude to customer service Mgr.

I eat at Publix quite often, I go there today & server was not friendly, put my roll in container where it got to soggy to eat & the chicken was so dry it wasnt eatable & I paid a dollar more than I usually pay. Does food cost more on a Sunday ?? The veggies were good (only thing that was eatable) is only reason I gave 2 stars.Save your receipt!!! If I wouldve I would be demanding a refund.I couldve ate a meal that bad at Walmart for half the price.

Good Publix... idk what is up with their weekend staff though but I have never gotten a good/decent pubsub there on the weekends.. would suggest going to another location for a pubsub on the weekend.. weekdays are great though..

LOVE THE NEW STARBUCKS COFFEE

At 1 pm there is often just ONE person working making sandwiches in the deli and sometimes as many as 7 people in line. So after waiting 10 to 20 minutes to get a sandwich, I struggle to pull out a napkin from the dispenser that is regularly stuffed far past capacity and sit down at a wobbly table where an employee invariable will start spraying noxious cleaning chemicals on the adjacent table as I eat. Also, there are no recycling receptacles in the deli dining area and the trash cans are always filled to the brim with recyclable items.

This location is okay compared to the area, the staff at the registers/checkout (particularly two of the elder staff in the AM when I always go) are grumpy, which isn’t the most pleasant thing at 7 in the morning. I go here maybe 4 times a week in the AM just because they’re so close to work. If the staff were more pleasant to deal with I would be here everyday.Side Note: if you go to a Publix for lunch and go to get a sub the group of ladies that is there making them are FAST and accurate and super nice.

Been coming here for the last 18 years. My favorite Publix. For the most part carries my vegetarian food. I Like all of the folk who work here. Friendly and helpful. One of my all time favorites is Thomas, who packs the groceries. He is wonderful and such a hard worker. Keep up the good work everyone!

The Publix staff at Lakewood Ranch (8330 Market Street) need be commended, they truly are like family. I love this Publix and have been shopping here for years. The fantastic staff always strives to take care of my requests and are always ensuring the store is properly stocked. I am grateful for their hard work.

This rating is for the deli only. Keep in mind I have worked in many restaurants managing both front and back of house departments. Every time I go and get a sub or a wrap made at the deli the staff has no customer service skills whatsoever. They seem annoyed, shouting NEXT. They are not the slightest bit friendly and make your sandwich sloppy and unappetizing. They also do not follow health codes. They are touching the computer screen, cooler doors, etc with the same gloves that touch your food. Health code says you just change your gloves AND wash your hands when changing tasks. Id be happy if they just changed their gloves.I love the Buffalo Chicken tender sub, (when made with the slightest consideration).They are supposed to toss the chicken in a bag with Buffalo sauce when you order a Buffalo Chicken sub. Instead, they just spray it with way too much sauce. And if you order a wrap, good luck watching them fail to wrap it. They all need to be trained better.Ive learned that all this stems down from improper management. From my experience, everything stated above applies to all the staff I have encountered in the sandwich making area, except for one nice lady who I do not know the name of. And I will only get a sandwich if I know she is making them.

Went there on mothers day weekend to buy some flowers, champagne, chocolates, and sweets. While placing all the items up at the counter. A store clerk named Kim was an absolute gem, she assisted in making sure I received all of the coupons for the items I placed up there from her own coupon magazine just because. And she took her time, so to all the Kims out there at Publix, a Dollar here and a dollar there that you help save others its not just doing your job its sweet and its kindness and I hope to pay it forward with recognizing you as an outstanding representative of Publix over in LWR.Thanks and have a great weekend!
