I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Always friendly employees willing and able to help in anyway. Before we lived here a Publix visit was the first stop after we checked in to go grab that nearly world famous fried chicken! Awesome place, awesome employees just flat out awesome!!!!

Never want to shop again. How nice this service is. Sit and wait for my groceries and a nice bottle of wine. Yay.

Nice clean Publix to shop at when near Braden River

Visited the deli while I was there. Customer service was excellent. Food was fresh and hot. The gentleman waiting on me was very patient and accommodating when I explained I had a food allergy. Service was quick. Cashier was also quick and very pleasant.

Its true, its a pleasure to shop at Publix. Clean with wonderful helpful people. Everything is fresh. Lots of Bogos so you can save on lots of items. If you havent shopped there, try it! Recommend!

Extremely slow deli service. 7 people in the deli including the assistant deli manager and instead of helping the lady struggle making subs they just would look over and go back to what they were doing. Someone should have stepped up and helped especially since the only customers at the deli were all in the line for subs. The assistant deli manager just kept looking back and forth then proceeded to leave the deli and sneak off through publix before heading to the front of the store, not even acknowledging any of the customers. Publixs customer service has really been going downhill over the years.

I love shopping here, its easy to get in and out. Publix deli and fresh food section is perfect for me and for my vegan wife! The BOGOS and coupons are a weekly delight, as I use the Publix app for my grocery list. The staff here is friendly and always helpful and knowledgeable. Also a nice wine selection as well.

Im blessed to have this publics near me the staff is so professional and friendly..for example I was looking for a cheese platter there was a woman working the deli I believe her name is Tammy she helped me and discussed every single cheese what would be nice in the platter the design showed me a book then I did self check out for the first time the girl with glasses was very very helpful staff is just completely great what a great team they have Publix rocks...fyi... sign up for the Publix app all you do is put your phone number in your click track call each visit they give you digital coupons on frequently bought items its amazing how much I save today five

Awesome staff. If they dont have it. Ask the manager to order it and they will. Subs and cooked chicken are great. Fresh meats are pretty good. Seafood of 50/50. Mainly frozen some fresh. Veggies are 50/50 too. Sometimes veggies are moldy which made me start going to LWR location... but almost all publix are GREAT!

I loved the quick service at the checkout with a friendly smile. I found everything I needed and then some.

Lots of out of stock. Seems having employee issues. It’s hit or miss. One day I had really bagger, putting chicken on bottom then heavy stuff on top etc. then other day, had casher noticed I grabbed opened bag and switched it no opening… if I can get 2nd will give them 4stars but service level not consistent.

This store is like the an old time Publix. Everyone is so kind and so helpful. I have shopped at Publix for 40 years. Every other Publix needs to live up to their standard. I miss that hometown feel of shopping at Publix.The Market street Publix needs to get in touch with this place to be in line with Publix values.

5* today for a number of reasons.1st the place is immaculate all of the time.2nd they are friendly and patient enough to help a guy like me find stuff.3rd they usually have what I want, except for those Patio brand frozen burritos. Ya better get these back.4th a slight mixup in a deli order was promptly taken care of.They do everything well.

I just wanted to express how wonderful one of the new employees were. Her name is Geniveve and she works over in the deli. She was the sweetest when my daughter and I stopped in the grab some sandwiches. Being that it took some time to slice the meat and what not, she noticed my daughter (shes a toddler) and gave her a slice of cheese that she left off my sandwich to give to her. She then had an extra bag of popcorn for her and gave that to her as well. My daughter was so happy and it may me very grateful to have had her be the one to help us. I had a very hard day at work and I was absolutely exhausted, but Geniveve really brightened the rest of my day with her kindness!! Please take notice of this special employee!

Theyre very helpful with anyone in the store. The employees are very good and takes their time to help find what you are looking for without hesitation.

If you are a Veteran do not get your prescription from Publix. The VA pharmacy called and left a voicemail to fill my prescription. When I called one of the guy from pharmacy told me that he do not have time to listen to the voicemail because they are busy. What a great way to treat their customers. This happen on 4/13 around 6:25pm. I has to call the VA so they could talk to them directly.

Great food, full bar, great staff, inside and outside dining, and live music! What more could you want?

This store is literally a pleasure on every visit! Store always seems spotless, is always well stocked and the staff are all great!!! Been grocery shopping here since 2007 and have never come away frustrated or stressed out at any time.

Its a fairly standard Publix. This one had fish and meat that looked a bit on the old side.

Smaller but good publix. Easy in and out.

I hate to rate them so low because most of the staff is great but their sandwich shop is the slowest in the area. You can literally have 1 or 2 people in front of you and youll be waiting for 20 to 30 minutes everytime. Ive been here several times at lunch or up to 2pm and theyre our of bread. Ive given up on this location and its a shame being the closest to my home and going there several times a week. It really needs improvement!!!!!

Ive been shopping there for awhile and it is very over priced sometimes so I do shop other places for certain things. The staff is usually great except for Eddie at the customer service counter who was rude and clearly annoyed by my presence. Subs are good, sushi is not.

There are thousands of people in this immediate area & this lazy store closes its doors at 9pm on a weeknight, its absolutely absurd! Every other Publix on the planet closes at 10 p.m.🤬

Nothing special, deli always has problems. New faces nearly every time I go. When instacart decided to team up with Publix and help customers pre-order deli meat, I thought my deli nightmares were over but dont be fooled. The last 2 orders were late (and one was wrong) and the meat is never sliced the way you select. IF YOU WANT THIN ORDER SANDWICH CUT , they refuse to cut it properly. Stood in line for 15 minutes not one employee acknowledged me or asked me what I was waiting for. Got plenty of stares from them though. The guy in customer service (who helped me for an unrelated issue previously, was of no use today. Publix should want to make their shareholders happy and this piss poor service isnt helping.

Publix is a clean and friendly place to shop. The deli has very good hot and cold prepared foods. Publix is my favorite grocery store.

I have rated this Publix 5 stars, THIS TIME, I have stoped purchasing from the deli ( I HAVE EXPERENCED THE SAME POOR DELI SERVICE 😱 , lol , at this store & the meat market at Publix on Manatee Av. , down town). After reviewing those other posts, on the poor deli service, my advice to all : only purchase PREMADE sandwiches/other deli items.

So, today at Publix had a great experience with Daphne and Samuel. Daphne saw me struggling with cart and graciously went and got me a second, very professional and courteous. Continued to check on me to see if I required more assistance. She even showed up at checkout to assist Samuel and I to get my now three carts to my SUV and helped me load it. They both refused tips, which sucks as they deserved a $20, I am sure Publix has its reasons. I suggest Daphne for any future management training you offer as she is a distinct asset to Publix.

Shop here often. Store normally has everything I need including BOGO offers. The bakery and deli doesnt have as many selections as some of the other Publix, but is still well stocked

I ❤ Publix! If you havent been, do so! It really is a clean store. The floors are marked, as to the directions, suggested to walk. 6 feet is marked in the check out lines.An associate is always happy to assist you in finding something.I suggest going an hour before closing time, if your having a hard time purchasing, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, even Dawn, or Lysol etc. You should be able to find it here as the guys are restocking.Publixs has a Deli, seafood counter, bakery. A great selection of wines and beers from everywhere.Come on down, use your digital coupons and they still get you out fast.Dont forget, paper or plastic! They do ask. And Have a nice day, or night! Whichever applies! Peace!

This is a great Publix, the people there always know where things are. It has been a good place to go throughout the pandemic because they have been making sure the store is safe for everyone. Shout out to the stock guys, you must have been working crazy hours to keep things on the shelves and did an excellent job.

Ive shopped here for 10 years but will be switching to Win Dixie. Have not been pleased by their politics but in the past month they have given $300K toward the insurrection in Washington D.C., a violent and deadly riot where they tried to stop a Consitutionally mandated process. And $100K to Desantis to get the contract to deliver COVID vaccines exclusively. The poorest communities of people in Florida live in areas where there typically are no Publix making it very difficult for them to get the vaccine. Their politics are hurting all of us. Time to switch.

First time shopping in a Publix (from PA), I was shocked with the amount of items in the store. So much of a selection of everything. Very clean and spotless. Ordered fresh made subs and they were excellent. Stocked up on a variety of meats I have not been able to find in a long time. Much looking forward to returning for more when these items are gone.

Not sure if they have switched managers since last time I posted on this publix but it has definitely improved in its customer service. I honestly drove to another store not in my area to do my shopping and now Im happy to shop here again

There is this worker named Andrew who works in the cold cut and hot bar area. He is the best help there is in Publix, went out of his way to help me find what I needed. This publix is my home base publix and has excellent customer service.

I was very disappointed in the cashier I had today. She was very rude. The store had two lanes open and the regular lane had two people both with carts full so I went to the express lane. I had 15 items and many were duplicates of each other and I was rudely told this lane was for 10 items or less. I get that but the cashier could have been nicer about seeing that tbe only other lane was a long wait. This store has lost my business. I will go out of my way to shop at a different store from now on. I shop here alot more than twice a day more days than not but I will not tolerate rude people. You can let some one know about something without being rude. She even made sure the guy behind knew that this was a 10 item or less lane

Less than fresh produce. Frequently mismarked prices(on purpose?) on many non-perishables, even after informing the checkout personnel.

10/4. Went in to store to get Flu short. Afterwards, I did some shopping. After looking around while, there was two guys with no masks buying beer. Then I saw two more shopping with no masked. I asked the front end employee if they still required. Yes he said. As I stood there there, three more people that entered. I refuse to use my money to support business that dont support mask mandates. Its capitalism. I have several friends that have suffered and are suffering from covid.
