Staff very friendly and helpful. Understaffed like everywhere but doing the best they can.

Palmetto..a complete NIGHTMARE..the store..the auto center..ZERO stars..minus stars if possible..especially Caitlin and Chris..horrible people..really need to get into a customer service class or two..!! The SR64 store..wonderful..Scott and Chris righted the wrong..of the Palmetto store..kudos..!!

Got all four new tires mounted and balanced faster than I could shop at Walmart. Very reasonable price, Andy at the tire center was very helpful and nice. Would come back again!

Carried in a flat tire. The guys informed me that it needed to be replaced and more importantly why. They were very nice and informative. Great experience.

My husband had a low tire and they told us it couldnt be fix so he went on line and found tires and we made appointment and they took him right in.

Tires came in on a Friday, set appointment for Sunday, got a call the same Sunday saying one tire was missing. Called customer service as instructed and was told both tires got signed for at the store. They reached out to the store and I was then advised they would call me within 48 hours. Called them again when I was not called within the time frame. I was given the same response that they contacted the store and to wait for another 48 hours. Finally called the store multiple times myself, reached the pickup department and an employee was able to go locate the packages. Something management was never able to do. The auto care employee misinformed me. Then I was told one of the tires could not be installed at this location. It is now Wednesday, and have to go to a separate tire shop to get them installed. Ridiculous

Review is for new tire install.If you want them to scrape your rims while balancing them. Not tell you about it and lose your lock nut key... this is the place to go.

Went in to have a screw removed and tire plugged from center of a tire. Was told that they could not fix the tire b/c there were cracks. I was then asked if i would like to see what they have to purchase tires. I declined and asked to speak to manager. Manager and i went out to car and he determined that tire / tires were acceptable and that they could do repair. I declined and stated that i would not do business w/ Walmart Auto b/c of shady tactics - shame on them. Watch out?

I think Walmart is going the way od Sears and Kmart. No service, no decent products anymore.

Went here to get my oil changed. Customer service was ok. What bothered me was that I usually get the pit crew oil change but this time I was told I had to get the most expensive option they had. I will not be returning here if I wanted to pay that much I could have gone to a much closer oil change place then drive 12 plus miles.

Got my oil changed and had no issues. Staff were very polite, and I was helped quickly.

I have had my car done a couple of times at this location and have been overall pleased. The staff there works their rear ends off. Only reason I’m giving a 4-star review is that there isn’t a place to wait on your service to be done that is comfortable and the staff wasn’t able to give me a hard time frame as to when my car would be completed. It was hard to plan out my day right. Can’t go wrong with this location.

3hrs 2 get a tire fixed with just 3 cars in front of me. When I was sixteen could fix a flat the old way with 2 irons & a rubber mallet in about 15minutes. Now they have all kind of machines 2 do it.

Fine work done by experienced employees. 64E compares to none other! Cortez shorted out my new radio putting in a battery...never realized till it was too late. Guy touched the battery with wrench, said he got shocked...duh?!

Waiting time was about 3 hours , price was great and customer service was much better than Walmart at SR 70.So if you need an oil change or tire change, plan your day. Min 2.5 hours in waiting time.

As soon as you walk in I was welcome with we have 4 hrs wait time, not a good morning at all, but again is Walmart way to treat customers. Oil change prices are good.

Terrible experience! I was told over the phone they could replace my headlights so I bring my vehicle in and wait 15 minutes for them to now tell me it required taking off too many parts and they were unable to perform that much work. But here is where it gets worse... I get back in my vehicle and my windows are rolled down? I guess its their policy.. Well when I go to roll them back up my passenger side wont go up, it would literally go down when I pressed up.. They proceeded to tell me they couldnt do anything and sorry. Never going back!

Its nice that they cant figure out how to put a car into reverse.... they rejected my car because the car wouldnt move as soon as I picked up the car and turned it on idiots somehow turned my emergency parking brake on.... Good to know these people are not commpitant

Good value but make sure when they tell u how many appointments r scheduled when they give the time. They told me 2 hours but it turned into 4 hours because they had appointments scheduled and they did not take into account for them.

Big Thank You too the Tire Guys, they were awesome and checkn out my car when I was worried about my tire pressure.They were great at customer service and helping me with my concern.

*Check the bottom for whether I would actually recommend this service, this is just my experience here.I mean, they got my tires on. Thats about all I can say. The tires dont look new or special when you get them, and your rims dont exactly get quality treatment. I have a set of 1998 Mustang OEM Cobra rims with chrome-on-black plastic-covered cobra logo center caps. On one of my tires, the rim edge around the center cap got all scratched and now half of it isnt black anymore, which sticks out a lot on inspection. Oh, and you know how my center caps have a really long a descriptive name? Thats because theyre very rare, and they were put back on with so little care that the next day one of them had fallen off and is somewhere out on the streets. Luckily, I managed to find the only OEM look-alike cap available on the entire damn internet for $25 dollars after looking for 3 hours. For a piece of plastic, that tells you how hard they are to come by, and this one was used from an auction.Basically, if you have the most plain, boring tires in the world that you dont care about, Walmart has fine service. But for someone like me, who is already trying his best to fix up an old sports car, this service is just an inconvenience.

Confusion over order and time of appointment. Not greeted when we came in. Sarcastic remark about a 3pm appt on Sat when we were told that was the only appt we could have. Write up of Bill was incorrect. The last man we dealt with was friendly and efficient

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Three hours later they tell me i have a broken rear stud. There was nothing wrong before i brought it in. Never again. You get that you pay for. And no customer service at all. Worst experience ever.

Do not waste your time calling!!! They rarely ever answer their phone, and when they do, youre put on hold and they never return! How can they run a department like this with no accountability??

Don`t even bother to call in, they will make you wait and hang up on you without giving you any information. Call center operator is also suck big time.
