The Greek and Alana were friendly and helpful with no pressure.Disappointed with the doc fee of $299 All they had to do was get me to sign the purchase agreement and title application. No financing was necessary. Overpriced extended warranty and windshield insurance should not be necessary if the Audi is as good as they claim it to be. Thumbs up to Andreas The Greek and Alana. Thumbs down to the dealership management and Audi. Hope the Q5 is as good as it appears to be.

We came into Audi Bozeman dealership to browse because the lease on our Audi Etron was coming due in July. Andreas “The Greek” explained our options and assured us that we would get the best price and the best service without any pressure. He was right!We ended up getting our car the same day, traded in the Audi Etron and drove away knowing that we were treated fairly and got a great car.

I have never dealt with a dealership that acted as if they didn’t want to sell me a car until this. I had found the car I wanted on their website and when I asked about it they told me it was not ready, was very stand-off ish about the car and made excuse after excuse for over a month of why it wasn’t ready until I FINALLY got the car. When it arrived it smelled of cigarette smoke and at NO point did they mention the previous owners had smoked in it. Very disappointed, highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
