Used Cube Smart for 4 months. Friendly staff , followed Covid protocols and good service. David was helpful when we were moving out. He helped with a small issue. I would definitely recommend Cube Smart to anyone looking for storage.

Very friendly and professional! Dropped a star for not being told up front that the unit they were going to give me had a huge support beam in the middle of it. Things I didn’t like is that if you want to register online you are forced to purchase a lock and the insurance and I don’t like being forced to do anything but they were nice and I went into the office to do the registration instead. The other thing is that the unit that they were originally going to give me had a huge square support beam In it which took up allot of space and nobody told me that up front but luckily there was a unit that just opened up that didn’t have the pole in the middle of the unit. The units with the support beams should be disclosed as not a true 10x10 space and should have been disclosed or offered at a discounted rate. But ultimately I’m happy with the unit I received and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them but I would definitely ask if there are any poles or support beams in the middle of the storage space that they assign to you! I would have been very unhappy to have signed up online and been forced to pay almost $20 for a lock and then also have to pay for insurance just to find out there wasn’t a space available with a true 10x10 of storage space available. Things I like was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They made the experience a pleasure. Also I like the rental space discount currently being offered.

Reserved a unit, had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, David was very helpful and understanding. Will definitely go back.

What a great experience! I originally had reserved a storage unit somewhere else and when they were not in when I went to sign the papers, I went to this location instead. We received a friendly greeting from David, the general manager, who was so helpful and a delight to talk to. He explained everything perfectly and was accommodating in finding the perfect unit to meet my needs. I highly recommend this CubeSmart location for your storage needs.

I have been a customer of CubeSmart in Boynton Beach, FL for many years and I have never had any issues with changing units, making payments or even speaking with the staff at CubeSmart. While there have been many changes, Joann has and continues to be a great customer service representative and the Face for CubeSmart at this location. She worries about your unit. She takes the time to give you a courtesy call if your payment is due, to remind you to make your payment. She puts her customers first and that is something you do not see very often nowadays. If you are looking for a great storage facility to hold your items, whether long term or short, call JoAnn at Cube Smart in Boynton Beach at the 3010 Congress Avenue location! You wont regret it!. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I’ve used this Cubesmart for the past 7-8 ? Years!! I started w a little unit, now have a large one. It is always clean here, and always friendly. It feels very safe, I’ve often come here alone and a few times pretty late at night, never felt uncomfortable. Have had some of my friends rent here as well, everybody has had a great experience. 👍🏻

CubeSmart may have a large footprint, but the service and experience felt like that of a local business. Joanne and David were awesome - from the time I began service through a complicated move-out one year later … my family had moved to a new state, and given the challenges of the pandemic, had to retrieve everything via proxy. Joanne and David were more than accommodating, especially in the face of several challenges. They went above and beyond. The communication was outstanding, and, simply stated, they cared. All I can say is THANK YOU.

We used to use a different well known local storage place but were unhappy w the condition and management. We found CubeSmart and everything was clean and the manager, Joanne is great! Clean. Staff (David) was very friendly and explained the unit sizing very well. Helpful with the codes and elevator operation. Worth renting. Contact-less reservation/rentals available due to covid-19.Update: After a few months of storage services my price increased 16% which was awful considering the current financial hardships of the pandemic. As a result I switched to a different storage company. Move out was simple.

This place is Awesome! I have been a happy and loyal customer for over ten years. Ana Claudia and Joanne are the most professional and compassionate people I have ever met. How do they do it? This facility is great. It is always clean, there are always carts and the manager Anna Claudia is amazing. She is very kind and patient and really helps you to find the best storage for your needs. The only thing I feel could be improved at this facility are lights in the parking lot. If you are there after the sun sets it is really dark in the parking lot and the lights on the front of the building just dont cut it. Other than that I would recommend this facility 100%.

Going into this cube smart facility to purchase boxes and inquire about storage for my move I was greeted by Joanne who was very professional and knowledgeable. After speaking with Joanne I know I’ll be back to store at this facility when we are ready to make the move.

Joanne and Ana were both very professional and funny. The unit is on the second floor and very clean. Its very secure since you have to put in your own code to enter the facility and to go up the elevator. The temperature was comfortable. The unit is priced fairly and we like the fact that they also offer a free truck for use to move in!

Im sorry but my original rate was close to $100 and now its $150 in only a year and a half. There have been no improvements made to the building or anything to warrant this. Do not choose cubesmart if you plan on keeping a unit for more than a year.

Ana Claudia was very helpful when we picked out our units. She offered a comprehensive tour and explanation for each choice. Signing the lease was straightforward and she explained my insurance coverage well. We bought the locks right provided which was convenient!

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility working with David, who I believe is the store manager. I needed a place to store some beach wheelchairs and the process at this location was easier than I had ever expected. The first time I arrived I was quickly helped with a quick tour of the building and a sight of the unit I was interested in. I left to check out a space at another storage company, and after quickly realizing the price was way higher for a less confinement and smaller unit at that place, I came back to finalize the space rental at this Cubesmart location. When I came back, the unit rental process was completed within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Because of this great experience at this location, I plan to rent another unit from a Cubesmart location in Miami Beach.

What a wonderful experience with Ana at this location-!! My husband & I went a day early to confirm the rental for our son and daughter-in-law. They were driving to Florida with a UHaul and didn’t think they’d arrive in time to unload everything. No worries and Ana told us that they could come the next day-!! The facility is fabulous, very well kept and it was made much easier with Ana being so personable and helpful-!!

Ana helped us downsize to a smaller unit, as we simply didn’t need as much storage any longer. She was thorough w all details in pricing, terms, and got us setup in just a few minutes. Thx Ana for all your help! You are a pleasure to do business with.

The property is clean, access is easy with long hours, staff is friendly and helpful and there are ample service carts available for moving storage items. Air temperature is kept at about 80 degrees F and most importantly the humidity is low. Theres double door security. Prices are reasonable and lower than others I contacted. The building is well built including extensive water systems in case of fire. We have two storage bays there and I have no complaints.

This facility is good but the girl attend dont have customer service, is a terrible worker, dont make solution to the problem intern because she dont wanna lose her job that was the respond from her....and she dont do nothing and hang off the phone. She doesnt call me because she doesnt care the problems in the facilities. I ask for the district manager or general manager and she said I dont call him because I dont lose my job because is he day off......terrible personal

Ive been using this storage facility for 7+ years. I see Ana and Joanne every week and they take amazing care of me. Although I have moved outside of Boynton I have decided to keep using this facility soley because of them! The facility is clean and convenient - especially for sales reps on the go! A large size unit I have on inspection had a 3 foot column in the middle of it,hindering movements and reducing storage capacity.The associate on duty Immediately acted on my complaint.she found and inspected another unit for me in less than 10 minutes.She further assisted my move-in to help reduce the time of my truck rental.

Great place the rent just increase every year but not the storage sizes

We had just moved down to Florida and were looking at several storage units. Came to cube smart and it was by far the cleanest and well kept storage we had taken a look at! Not to mention that we got our first month and a truck for moving for free! Staff was exclellent and Dave made it very easy to know why I picked Cube Smart.
