Stafford is the most helpful and friendliest sales person I have come across in a long time. First, I telephoned the store, he answered and was extremely helpful in assisting me with a claim. Secondly, I went into the store with another issue and he went above and beyond to help me solve a problem. I recommend using this business. They know what customer service is all about.

Stafford Leifert the sales person is helpful and knowledgeable. He provided extremely useful information and was sensitive to our needs. When we arrived we were unhappy because the mattress started to dip on one side. Stafford was instrumental in filing for the replacement within days. When we left, we would buy another bed when ready. We purchased three beds to date and will purchase more!

We had such a great experience! We highly recommend. Stafford was so helpful and knowledgable! He helped us make the right decision for my son! He let us take our time so that we didnt feel rushed to make a hasty decision.

My experience with this company is bordering on scam level. I’m not usually one to post negative things like this because I know every company has bad days but this is beyond a bad day or one bad experience. I’m not trying to be petty, but I came in and spent over $2000 on a bed and was supposed to get a bunch of “free extras” with my purchase such as pillows, mattress cover, etc. I am almost two months later, 7 visits to the store, and 12 calls deep and am STILL getting the run around. They’ve given me every excuse in the book from its out of stock to I don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered you know how it is, to I don’t even know what else. Not to mention, the mattress doesn’t even feel like the one in the store.... I haven’t even tried to do their “hassle free exchanges” yet.... what a nightmare that will be I’m sure. All I can say is don’t walk -RUN- to ANY OTHER MATTRESS STORE besides this one. Don’t waste your hard earned time and money at this store.

Horrible customer service, can not be trusted. I would recommend going to any other mattress store around. Told me the delivery date was the next day from purchasing, then calls day of delivery to say mattress is sold out and will not be available till 2 weeks from the original date.I would not shop at either of there locations.

Let me start of by saying If i could rate it zero stars I would! We came in after going to several mattress stores in the area and found one we liked at a good price. Sat with kristal, bought the mattress and paid in full and was told it would be delivered Monday. Monday comes around and they call, she messed up on the paper work and she was so sorry and would give $150 back for the inconvenience. I go in the store a second time, being reassured that it would come on the next Saturday. Tuesday comes around and we get another call.. they can’t give $150 back, instead it’s $50 and pillows “worth $75.00”. I let her know we do not want the pillows, just give us the $100 and reassure that the mattress will be delivered Saturday. Friday comes around and I call just to make sure it will be delivered as I am now a little hesitant about the company. Jose tells me it will definitely be delivered Saturday and they will call one hour before. Okay.. so Saturday comes. I call jose again to see if there was a window of delivery and he said he sees it out for delivery. No confirmation, no window, just his word. So I call the mattress one down the street by Brooklyn water bagels, the lady said she sees it out for delivery but she will call and see if they are close or have an ETA. She calls me back to say it’s not getting delievered, that it’s out of stock. I go to the store by target, Jose is there and they can’t do anything. I had to sit on hold to speak with Corp to try to get a mattress that is in stock and no luck. Ended up leaving with a refund, that won’t come for 48 hours IF it does. Most shady company ever! The incompetence is unbelievable, lied to several times!! Kristal needs to be fired, and Jose needs to learn how to use the system or retire if he can’t see that it is “out of stock”! Will be writing to BBB! WARNING ⚠️: go to ANY other mattress store! I’d rather have paid more money at City Mattress and already have had my mattress!

Kim was very helpful and patient while helping us choose the right King mattress. Pricing was good and we got a wonderful quality mattress.

Worst store ever! They messed up delivery two days in a row, never answer calls, accuse the customer for their mistakes. Had to cancel my order, and even then it took several phone calls and 2 trips to different stores (N. Boynton was closed up tight during business hours), then waiting at the S. Boynton store for an hour while they processed my refund, which I still have not seen. Read their BBB rating, which speaks volumes to their character, and the mysterious Joan, who is always on the phone with the sales agents, was of no help. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad experience , now stuck with a bed we paid over $800 for and I wake up every single day with back pain . Bought pillow tops , nothing works ! Its the mattress and the store says they can and will do nothing . Unbelievable how bad the customer service is .
