This was the most personalized service I have ever had with regard to buying a mattress. I have back problems as does my husband. Joel allowed us all the time we needed in his store to lie down on the various levels of mattresses. He explained thoroughly how the mattresses are made, the latex, organic cotton covering. Also the versatility of being able to have one side firmer or softer than the other so each can sleep comfortably. He followed up promptly to let us know that our mattress would be a bit longer delivery time because of having it shipped from a different warehouse. We have had this mattress only a short time, but I wake up less sore already. If you want specific help with specific problems with your sleep or physical comfort, I would most certainly contact Joel. We have been told by others that we will never have to buy another mattress--ever!

They are only open by appointment and Joel came across as very brash when I asked to set up an appointment. Not a great way to treat a potential customer.

Another advantage of the Stratos mattress is that the foam inserts can be exchanged if you determine that the firmness of the mattress is not to your liking. What a great experience! I had been shopping for a new mattress both online and in stores. I found Bed in a Box through an online search and was impressed by all the positive reviews and the price difference to Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Even with all the positive feed back online and the 120 day return policy I wanted to try out the mattresses in person before I purchased. After searching for a retailer in my area I discovered Heavenly Sleep Bedding. I phoned them and made an appointment to visit their store to try out the mattresses. Although it was a bit of a drive from Miami, I was very impressed with the personal attention from the owner Joel Tanenbaum. Because the store is open by appointment only, I was able to shop in peace and quiet and have Joels undivided attention. He is very knowledgable and helpful without being intrusive or pushy. I was prepared to just try out the mattresses and adjustable bases and then go home and order them online. After visiting Heavenly Sleep Bedding and talking with Joel, I was convinced that I wanted to place my order with him. Joel was even able to accommodate the price difference between ordering online versus in the store due to sales tax. It was so nice to have someone personally place and follow up on my order and make sure that everything went smoothly. I am so happy with my Bed in a Box and the adjustable base. It is the best bed I have ever bought! I am so happy that I purchased them through Heavenly Sleep Bedding.
