Went to Ulta for highlights and a layered cut, Lindsay was amazing! I haven’t been able to find someone to do my hair the way I like it since I moved here from South Africa 6 years ago. Lindsay exceeded my expectations.. so glad I found this place

I went into the Boynton store this evening and a young lady by the name of Lamar was Outstanding! She matched me with the best foundation and she was very patient and very helpful . You can tell she loved what she does for living, she matched me with the best foundation, best Lip toffee color lipstick. And she also suggested the best brushes and sponges for me…I would be shopping there again. I never got that extra service from my neighborhood Ulta in Delray Beach.

I went into this location and was assisted by Lamar! I went in looking for a hydrating hair mask as I just bleached and dyed my hair and it needed a lot of TLC. I was so impressed with his product knowledge! Thank you so much for helping me out today!

Honestly one of my favorite Ulta I’ve ever been too! I’ve been to a lot in Palm Beach and Broward but this place is so nice and comfortable. I go and pamper myself for brows and the girl there is so amazing and gets it right every time! Shout out to Khrystal! Khrystal, the brow tech, was AMAZING. I have gotten my brows done before and she mapped them with precision and speed, and literally nap every time to feeling so calm. She waxed them so good I didnt even know the wax came off! Lol. For my hair I appreciate the blow outs and scalp massages from Lindsay, Clarissa Bridgette! Check them out! They are so sweet and nice! THANK YOU to all the beautiful women and men who work here!

Car service is the best! The store had a huge line n I clicked Im Here and less than a minute I had my purchase in my hands. Dont forget your ID they always have you show it. Highly recommend.

This ULTA store is the singlehandedly best ULTA store Ive ever shopped at. Every employee here is beautiful, kind, and attentive. On Saturday I came in with my mom looking for a replacement brush and a new eyeliner. I was walking around and we talked to Alex. She had the prettiest makeup and was just the sweetest! She showed us like 3 different brushes and answered all of my questions. When I inquired about the brow bar and getting my eyebrows done for my senior pics next month, she answered everything naturally and with lots of good info! She urged us to check if the brow bar had a cancellation on Sat, and check it out if I could. When my mom and I walked over, turns out they did have a cancellation for right that moment! Khrystal, the brow tech, was AMAZING. I have never gotten my brows done before and she mapped them with precision and speed, even dealt with my mom and I bickering a bit. She waxed them so good I didnt even know the wax came off! Lol. When I got home later that day, I had gone to test my eyeliner when I found out it was a total bust! The eyeliner was completely dried out. I called and Carolina said I could return it with no worries, and she would help me if I came back in the same day. When I got to the store she was super busy, so Jayden (idk how its spelled im so sorry) helped me instead. She was another AMAZING employee. Recommended me the PERFECT eyeliner I dont think Ive stopped using lol and was soo sweet and gorgeous. I love this ULTA store so much especially because I recently had a bad experience in the Delray one with rude staff and security guard. THANK YOU to all the beautiful women and men who work here!

This is my go to place for my makeup eyebrows and hair. Great selection of products. The salon is excellent..Lindsay cuts my hair EXACTLY how I describe. I use to fear getting haircuts but Lindsay made me so comfortable and it always looks perfect.

Rude staff many of them don’t even work they just sit there and talk to other coworkers there’s always those people who make you uncomfortable watching your backs when the money is clearly out. You will also notice that some of their stuff is pricey and not even good the manager was not helpful the store is disorganized better off getting a new set of employees! Won’t be coming back anytime soon I rather invest my money on better quality make up and customer service!

Ulta is the BEST. I had bad experiences with hair dressers in the past, therefore i did not get my hair done for a little over a year, because of this!! I did my own color, cut, etc..I didnt like it, but until i could find a DESENT, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL hairdresser, it had to be!! Well, that nightmare ended when i went to ULTAS hair salon today!!! I am just so HAPPY with my hair..Lindsay was fantastic..She explained to me what she was going to do after i told her what i wanted.She was so professional, sweet, outgoing, honest and just a darling!! Not to mention the price was right too!! I was truly impressed!! Thank you so much, ULTA..I finally found someone to do my hair professionally!!! I just left the Ulta Store and I am shocked at the favorable reviews. i was only one of three customers in the store and a tall man with shoes that clicked followed me everywhere. No one once offered help. Another person stalked me in the fragrance area. Im in retail, I understand loss prevention. Making customers feel uncomfortable and disengaged and running them out seems like the loss is greater. I would have had purchased more had a good client experience. It is sad that the store has such loss that clients are treated this way. BTW the girl at the cash register area, needs to show up to work looking clean, groomed and not in stretchy black and white leggings. She works in beauty not at a gym. I would send her home and shed lose the day if she ever showed up at my store ready for work looking like that. Where are the standards? Ulta you lost a customer.

Very pushy staff. After repeatedly explaining I was just looking around, the sales attacks continued. I had a makeup artist have the audacity to tell me I NEEDED his services. Of course in the most condescending voice Ive ever heard. I was followed around like a common criminal, the affronts just did not stop. I walked in there with a $500 gift card but didnt buy ANYTHING after this experience.These glowing reviews just do not add up to the establishment I just visited. Especially when Ive seen several reviews that almost mirror my own.I just can not believe how horrendous this entire experience just was.Ill definitely be sticking to the stores South of here who have ALWAYS been nothing but kind, friendly, and helpful. Unbelievable.

Got my hair cut by Spencer & he gave me by far one of the best haircuts Ive ever had, including ones that cost 5x the price! He only works Wednesday mornings but he is worth adjusting your schedule to see. So impressed, will definitely be going back to him.

Store is clean, well laid out, easy parking. The staff that work in each section are very friendly and helpful. The salon area is clean and attractive. I had my make up done for a dramatic finish to my Halloween costume, the gentleman at the Clinique counter- Kelsey, did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend him and will be back!

Came in to for blowout and makeup for my baby shower. Paulina and Elizabeth were wonderful. I left there feeling relaxed and ready for the party. My makeup looked very natural, I got so many compliments and my hair looked good the whole evening. Would def go back.

I really wish theyd clean this location up. All the merchandise is always in disarray, half is missing, no testers, no correct price tags. They have a lot of associates working at all times, but God bless if you try to ask one if them for help - they take it as a personal insult. Its a shame because its a good location and the store is big, but coming here is ugh....

The one and only reason I am giving this store 2 stars is because they have 2 different music stations playing at the same time. When I asked an employee about it she said it’s because MAC has their own stereo and can play whatever they want. It’s obnoxious and when I asked about it I was treated like I’m an a hole for asking. So 2 stars it is!

Such a great store with so many brands from low end to high end. Store has everything !! Affordable and lots of variety. Very spacious and all the brands are easily laid out so you can find what youre looking for without a hassle. Only issue was that a lot of the items per brand were disorganized on the shelves and many brands did not have a lot of stock. Some shelves were very messy and could be organized throughout the day. They also have great deals on Ulta beauty products at certain times.

I use the salon bar here and my stylist is Robbie. Hes the salon manager and let me tell you always does an awesome job always goes outside the box and wants you to be satisfied with your services!! Busy store and often I have found some of their products have been gone through or damaged by customers. This is not the fault of the staff by any means and I commend them for having to constantly go reorganize products or damage them out. Some people are awful, but the staff at this Ulta are pretty great. They have found produc6 for me in the back multiple times when there was none left. Super helpful.

Good selection for my wife and I use there redken brews hair products. Cant complain and its easy to get rewards with there rewards program.

They pay their associates $9/hr, so no wonder they’re lacking on basic customer service skills, you won’t find that warm, welcoming feeling here. It’s a good place to restock on your basic beauty needs, but that’s about it.BEWARE: They’re not properly trained in lashes so you’re just a guinea pig to them to eventually master their skills. Please do some research before you let someone glue your lids with cheap chemicals that have long term effect on your health. Your eye lid isn’t suppose to burn...

I CAME IN YESTERDAYS WITHOUT A WELCOME OR HELP... I DIDNT FIND THE STAFF WELCOMING JUST PREOCCUPIED WITH THEIR WORK... THE PLEASANT CASHIER JANELLE WAS LOVELY... I believe people are so quick to share negativity and more reluctant to share positivity and that is not right. There has never been a moment where I walked into Ulta Beauty in Boynton Beach that I didn’t feel less than helped and cared for. Each member of their staff is kind , smiling and cheerful. Especially the brow enthusiast and expert Khrystal she goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Not only does she help with the excellent selection of Benefit products but if you ask about other brands she will tell you her thoughts and if she doesn’t know she will ask other experts at Ulta. I also notice that all the other consultants from other major brands are always ready to help and share their knowledge of products. I can easily shop at any other beauty store but I keep coming back to Ulta specifically in Boynton because of the amazing staff and huge selection of products.Update: I know how to spell her name because she gave me a business card :)

FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS LOCATION. I literally just left the store after wandering around aimlessly while 3 associates were just cleaning up. Made eye contact with all 3 and not one came to offer to help me. I had to finally go ask one of them for help. She seemed annoyed. I left after wandering around aimless and confused for a few more minutes. Nice store layout but the staff SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. People in the malls and Sephora are way more helpful than at this location.

Ulta is expensive but they have all the best skincare and haircare products. Everyone at this location is super helpful and informed.

So rude I walked in and was greeted everything was going good I was being help with finding a new foundation as soon as we me and the employee got up to explorer another product another customer came in and started talking to her so I waiting and she walked away from me and never came back to help I waited 10 mins I made eye contact with her. I made i contact with the manager who was the one who helped me first i was looking lost standing there 4 employees walked past no one offered to help i gave up n left Ill never go back again.

I usually go to the Delray Beach Ulta but this is my second time here and the customer service is far better. I’m rarely greeted at the Delray one, but both times here I was fully acknowledged! It’s pretty much the same products but different features. I think I’ll go to this one from now on! Plus the marshalls next door is WAY better than the marshalls next to the one in Delray!

Recently my mother and I both went in for beauty services. I will start with my experience. I went in for a hair cut and style. I get there and the person that was assigned to me did not even introduce herself, I had no idea she was even the one that I was assigned to. I simply thought she was just washing my hair. So anyways she does my wash, cut, and blow dry. At the end of all my haircuts at different salons, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been handed a mirror to check out the back and make sure I am satisfied and pleased with my cut, not at Ulta! She was informed during my blow dry that her next appointment was there, maybe she felt rushed, but you dont slack on your current appointment. She just finished and handed me my receipt to go pay upfront. Once I got home I then realized I did not have the proper cut that I requested. Moving on to my mothers experience. She went in for a facial and that went well. She then decided she wanted eyelashes, biggest mistake. The girl attending the brow bar, same location to get your lashes done. She was applying the lashes and I can tell she is using WAY too much glue. She did not seem to know what she was doing to be quite frank. I take a look at my mothers lashes and the inner band is sticking up on both eyes, the glue is still not dry and this is about 30 minutes after leaving the store. A few hours past by and I wash my mothers hair in the sink at our home, to avoid wetting the lashes so they last longer. A few drops of water roll down her face and hit the lash. My mother is screaming in agony, the glue was still not dry and got in her eye. I quickly pulled the improperly applied eyelashes and rinsed out her eye. The lashes were a complete waste of $15 and the girl applying them needs to be replaced ASAP! I should have just purchased some Ardell lashes and applied it on my mother. I will never recommend anyone to do any of the beauty services at Ulta.Update: Since my review, miraculously there has been a wave of reviews posted on here and what a coincidence they are all about the brow bar person and how amazing she is. These are all fake reviews from obvious friends or associates.

This location by far is outstanding!!!! The staff there was ((to give you an example)) like Chik-fil-a staff on steroids!!! The moment I enteted the door I was greeted by a young man by the name of Kelcey, very warm & welcoming!! Instantly he asked how could he help me? I explained that it was my very first visit & I was looking for makeup for my daughter in law for Christmas, he walked to another associate (which by the way was drop dead gorgeous) & he took me on a tour lol.. Then I was struck by the perfume collection & Tiffany pretty much took it ftom there. I think I smelled almost their entire inventory & then another young lady which I forgot her name explained to me their awesome rewards program for becoming a member, I was blown away by the staff, I never write reviews but I had to give credit when its due!! PHENOMENAL STAFF!!! I DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!!

I walked in to see about buying some filler gifts. No greeting from anyone. Granted, its the Saturday before Christmas, understandable if youre incredibly busy. They were moderately busy, but I spent a good 10 minutes wandering this brand-new store trying to look for items. Had a question about a cosmetics bag. Needed to find my hairspray. No help. Those who were there only wanted to talk to themselves or sell pink makeup to millennials and pointedly made no eye contact. I put the bag down and walked out. This Ultamate Rewards member will continue to drive to Wellington/Royal Palm where I get good service and suggestions. I see Im not the only customer whos had less-than-stellar service here...and theyve barely been opened a month.

I was excited that they Opened a new Ulta location in Boynton so I decided to check it out. The store is nice and very clean, and they have some brands that the Ulta in Palm Beach Lakes doesn’t carry. However, the cashier melani was rude to me. She didn’t greet me at the register, she just started scanning my items. She did not thank me for my business, and just nodded I when said thank you. I visit Ulta frequently because I have a ultamate rewards card, but unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

Great Morning! I arrived at store 1 min before opening time. I was greeted by a manager. Gisselle, a make up artist, who had a beautiful make up face and personality, was called over to assistant me in finding a bronzer and a concealer. After shuffling through a few tarte concealer and using clinique make up remover to remove non matches. I found the perfect match of concealer for my skin tone! She also told me a bronzer deep dark shade was perfect, yet I insisted I wanted a different one. After test and trial Gisselle’s pick was the better one. Overall my shopping visit 🛍 was smooth and perfect. Hope you will experience the same or better ! Thank you Ulta!

Staff was very attentive and helpful.

Beautiful store, however Elise the cashier was extremely rude. She physically looked annoyed and rolled her eyes when we asked to pay with a gift card because she didn’t know how to tell the cash register it was a gift card. She also was unable to help us by scanning a simple coupon on our phone and acted like it was our fault. I’ll drive to the Delray store from now on.

It seems like some of these reviews are highly exaggerated and a bit bratty. Anyways, my experience at the Ulta in boynton is always a pleasure. I took my younger cousin and sister to the benefit brow bar to get a consult on their brows and the young lady there, I think her name was Khrystal, she totally made over their brows and they looked amazing. She also went into detail on tips of how to fill in brows and products to use. My younger cousin is a student so she needed some products that were more budget friendly and Khrystal was more than happy to recommend a less expensive but still good quality product. I think that’s great customer service. Last week I stopped by and I was interested is MAC lipsticks and a young tall man, very friendly, had me try it on. He made sure to clean the product thoroughly before I tried it on and when I didn’t like how the color looked on me he suggested I use a lip liner with it and WOW. After how it looked on me, I was sold. I will continue my visits at Ulta beauty for the service from the staff, and for the products available. They are ON POINT.
