Managment is usually rude and tolerate rude employees she also shows favoritism to certain customers. Her favorite words are “we are a smaller location you need to to to another.”

My experience with the evening shift employees working on Saturday the 26th of December deserve raises.So helpful and knowledgeable.Friendly and confident.Humble and honest.I thought the price points were reasonable and affordable.Selection was less male Friendly but adequate.I will DEFINITELY be returning.Thank whomever was in charge of staffing this store.I can only imagine what this person gets paid but I am sure its not nearly enough for the service he or she provided to the company and consumer with the selected employees.

My daughter unfortunately busted my lip while I was perusing at this location, however the women were so very kind and sympathetic whilst I was bleeding and crying. I had tissues and an ice pack in less than a minute provided to me. Finished my purchase got asked again if I was ok and will be a forever customer to such sweet humans in my time of need.

I was looking for a blusher that will stay even I remove my face mask. I was assisted by Adrien or Aldrine, sorry can’t recall his exact name, and he was awesome! Recommended me the color that goes well with my skin tone. So happy using my new blusher!

Can I simply say I passed by? I was in the mall and passed many stores. Due to the pandemic the stores are opened by 11 am and closes at 7pm. Customers are not as flooding as before and I observed more on the external than entering stores.

Sephora is one of my favorite places for cosmetics and skin care. I got my Sephora Vit. C&E serum to use for my facial massage. It feels so good on my skin. The lady who assisted me is also awesome and friendly!Will surely be back often!Thank you for the excellent service!

Always a pleasure. Theres a girl Ivy there and she is consistantly (like, for years) pleasant, knowledgeable and really talented with make up. She helps me get just what Im looking for each time. Make up is expensive so going home with just the right shade and texture is so important. She has showed me so many great products and I use them in my routine for years now. Thank you so much. People are super quick to complain (even me) so I just wanted compliments her service.

The Incredibly obnoxious sales associate was way more interested in hanging out with her friend today than working. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

Michelle at Sephora was such a great help. Multitasking making sure everyone who needed helped (or people just sort of looking around) got what they needed while helping me and making sure that I was still her number 1 priority. She took her time with me was proficient and professional and a rare gem.

I would give this place a negative if I could I went in to get some lip stain The girl behind the counter started referring to me as a man then the other lady once I said something she stepped in and started doing the same thing we are sorry sir in front of 3 other women that were customers Ive never been so insulted in all of my entire life I have a son that came out of my vaginae and 2 grandchildren Ive never seen such rude behavior I will never shop at this place ever again they were totally disorganized anyway I went in there to buy things to make myself look nice and feel good about myself I end up leaving feeling horrible probably will need to see my therapist and a plastic surgeon

Same as some others have said. Not friendly except for the youngest woman working there, and they are barely offering to help. Once they did, they were ok. But there was a specially priced palette that I wanted to buy in store. Two of them insisted the special price was over but the youngest one said she thought it was still on sale. The other two insisted no and I didn’t want to pay full price after just missing the sale. I didn’t think to look it up online while I was in the store. When I got home, online I saw the sale price was still at Sephora and every major store. I actually called back to tell them because they never looked it up and the other two were so insistent. This store is only if you know what you need to run in and buy it if you are nearby. Otherwise, go to a different location until they get better staff.

I never shop at Sephora but last week I decided to try it and Im sooo glad I did. Alisa helped me find exactly what I was looking for and she was such a sweetheart. Sephora at the Boynton Mall you have my buisness.

I honestly never like to write bad reviews about this place but if you live in Boynton like me this is the closest sephora there is.. the employees here make you feel like its a burden, dont acknowledge you, ask if you need help. I always get the most negative energy in here and its really disappointing because i keep trying to give it a chance and get let down everytime

I would give a 0 if I could. Shame on you. Michelle is honestly the worst person I have ever seen interacting with people.

I went in to purchase a particular brand that was vegan, cruelty free and asked the sales girl some questions about product. She didnt even know she had the product, we were standing in front of the display. She said no to every question so i had to google to get info on what was in store. She was dismissive, clueless, rude. I will stay away from this place.

I typically go to Sephora in Wellington but on April 28th I was in the area and decided to go to this Sephora. First of all, I spent 15 minutes browsing and not one employee asked me if I needed a hand with anything. Then after I had found all the products I was looking for I stood at the cash for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to come ring my items. When the blonde lady came to the counter she acted like I was a bother and the last thing she wanted to do was ring me through!! I asked her the price of a dry shampoo at the counter and she was so rude!! Then when I gave her my phone with my beauty insider app open so she could add my membership to my purchase she said that it doesnt scan in a rude tone as if I was supposed to know that (it scans literally everywhere else Ive ever shopped). Then she sighed and was so annoyed when she put my email address in. You dont have to love your job but the least you could do is be nice to paying customers. I spent over $60 this trip and I feel like returning it and going somewhere else.

Worst Sephora. The customer service is horrible. You walk around the store wondering if anyone works there and when you actually find someone theyre rude and give you an attitude. Id rather drive all the way to Boca or Wellington than go here.
